In solving multi-objective vehicle routing problems with time windows (MOVRPTW),most existing algorithms focus on the optimization of a single problem formulation. However,little effort has been devoted to exploiting valuable knowledge from the alternate formulations of MOVRPTW for better optimization performance. Aiming at this insufficiency,this study proposes a decomposition-based multi-objective multiform evolutionary algorithm (MMFEA/D),which performs the evolutionary search on multiple alternate formulations of MOVRPTW simultaneously to complement each other. In particular,the main characteristics of MMFEA/D are three folds. First,a multiform construction (MFC) strategy is adopted to construct multiple alternate formulations,each of which is formulated by grouping several adjacent subproblems based on the decomposition of MOVRPTW. Second,a transfer reproduction (TFR) mechanism is designed to generate offspring for each formulation via transferring promising solutions from other formulations,making that the useful traits captured from different formulations can be shared and leveraged to guide the evolutionary search. Third,an adaptive local search (ALS) strategy is developed to invest search effort on different alternate formulations as per their usefulness for MOVRPTW,thus facilitating the efficient allocation of computational resources. Experimental studies have demonstrated the superior performance of MMFEA/D on the classical Solomon instances and the real-world instances.

BACKGROUND Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignancies *** its insidious onset,the condition often already progresses to advanced stage when symptoms ***,early diagnosis is of great significance for timely clinical intervention,efficacy enhancement,and prognostic *** high throughput,fastness,and rich information,next generation sequencing(NGS)can greatly shorten the detection time,which is a widely used detection technique at *** To screen specific genes or gene combinations in fecal DNA that are suitable for diagnosis and prognostic prediction of CRC,and to establish a technological platform for CRC screening,diagnosis,and efficacy monitoring through fecal DNA *** NGS was used to sequence the stool DNA of patients with CRC,which were then compared with the genetic testing results of the stool samples of normal controls and patients with benign intestinal disease,as well as the tumor tissues of CRC *** genes or gene combinations in fecal DNA suitable for diagnosis and prognostic prediction of CRC were screened,and their significances in diagnosing CRC and predicting patients'prognosis were comprehensively *** High mutation frequencies of TP53,APC,and KRAS were detected in the stools and tumor tissues of CRC patients prior to ***,no pathogenic mutations of the above three genes were noted in the postoperative stools,the normal controls,or the benign intestinal disease *** indicates that tumor-specific DNA was detectable in the preoperative stools of CRC *** preoperative fecal expression of tumor-associated genes can reflect the gene mutations in tumor tissues to some *** to the postoperative stools and the stools in the two control groups,the pathogenic mutation frequencies of TP53 and KRAS were significantly higher for the preoperative stools(χ^(2)=7.328,P<0.05;χ^(2)=4.219,P<0.05),suggesting that fecal TP53 and KRAS ge

Antimicrobial photodynamic therapy(aPDT)has been considered a noninvasive and effective modality against the bacterial infection of peri‑implantitis,especially the aPDT triggered by near-infrared(NIR)light due to the large penetration depth in ***,the complexity of hypoxia microenvironments and the distance of aPDT sterilization still pose challenges before realizing the aPDT clinical *** to the long lifespan and transmission distance of therapeutic gas molecules,we design a multi-functional gas generator that combines aPDT as well as O_(2) and CO gas release function,which can solve the problem of hypoxia(O_(2))in PDT and the problem of inflammation regulation(CO)in the distal part of peri‑implant inflammation under near-infrared(NIR)*** the composite nanoplatform that spin-coated on the surface of titanium implants,up-conversion nanoparticles(UCNPs)were involved in converting the NIR to visible,which further excites the partially oxidized stannic sulfide(SnS_(2)),realizing the therapeutic gas *** green(ICG)was further integrated to enhance the aPDT performance(Ti-U@SnS_(2)/I).Therefore,reactive oxygen species(ROS),CO,and O_(2) can be controllably administered via a composite nano-platform mediated by a single NIR light(808 nm).This implant surface modification strategy could achieve great self-enhancement antibacterial effectiveness and regulate the lingering questions,such as relieving the anoxic microenvironment and reaching deep infection sites,providing a viable antibiotic-free technique to combat peri‑implantitis.

The aging of operational reactors leads to increased mechanical vibrations in the reactor *** vibration of the incore sensors near their nominal locations is a new problem for neutronic field *** field-reconstruction methods fail to handle spatially moving *** this study,we propose a Voronoi tessellation technique in combination with convolutional neural networks to handle this *** from movable in-core sensors were projected onto the same global field structure using Voronoi tessellation,holding the magnitude and location information of the *** convolutional neural networks were used to learn maps from observations to the global *** proposed method reconstructed multi-physics fields(including fast flux,thermal flux,and power rate)using observations from a single field(such as thermal flux).Numerical tests based on the IAEA benchmark demonstrated the potential of the proposed method in practical engineering applications,particularly within an amplitude of 5 cm around the nominal locations,which led to average relative errors below 5% and 10% in the L_(2) and L_(∞)norms,respectively.

BACKGROUND Early adenocarcinoma mixed with a neuroendocrine carcinoma(NEC)component arising in the gastroesophageal junctional(GEJ)region is rare and even rarer in young ***,we report such a case in a 29-year-old Chinese *** SUMMARY This patient presented to our hospital with a 3-mo history of dysphagia and *** endoscopy revealed an elevated nodule in the distal esophagus 1.6 cm above the GEJ line,without Barrett’s esophagus or involvement of the gastric *** nodule was completely resected by endoscopic submu-cosal dissection(ESD).Pathological examination confirmed diagnosis of intra-mucosal adenocarcinoma mixed with an NEC component,measuring 1.5 ***,both adenocarcinoma and NEC components were positive for P53 with a Ki67 index of 90%;NEC was positive for synaptophysin and ***-generation sequencing of 196 genes demonstrated a novel germline mutation of the ERCC3 gene in the DNA repair pathway and a germline mutation of the RNF43 gene,a common gastric cancer driver gene,in addition to pathogenic somatic mutations in P53 and CHEK2 *** patient was alive without evidence of the disease 36 mo after *** Early adenocarcinoma with an NEC component arising in the distal esophageal side of the GEJ region showed evidence of gastric origin.
