Aero-Hydro-Elastic-Servo Modeling and Dynamic Response Analysis of A Monopile Offshore Wind Turbine Under Different Operating Scenarios

This paper constructs a coupled aero-hydro-elastic-servo simulation framework for a monopile offshore wind turbine(OWT).In this framework,a detailed multi-body dynamics model of the monopile OWT including the gearbox,blades,tower and other components(nacelle,hub,bedplate,etc.)has been explicitly *** effects of pile−soil interaction,controller and operational conditions on the turbine dynamic responses are studied systematically in time domain and frequency *** results show that(1)a comprehensive drivetrain model has the capability to provide a more precise representation of the complex dynamic characteristics exhibited by drivetrain components,which can be used as the basis for further study on the dynamic characteristics of the drivetrain.(2)The pile−soil interaction can influence the wind turbine dynamic responses,particularly under the parked condition.(3)The effect of the pile−soil interaction on tower responses is more significant than that on blade responses.(4)The use of the controller can substantially affect the rotor characteristics,which in turn influences the turbine dynamic responses.(5)The tower and blade displacements under the operational condition are much larger than those under the parked *** model and methodology presented in this study demonstrate potential for examining complex dynamic behaviors of the monopile *** ensure accuracy and precision,it is imperative to construct a detailed model of the wind turbine system,while also taking into account simulation efficiency.

Evolution of interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior and microstructure during sub-rapid solidification of molten steel with different hydrogen contents

Typical Q235 low-carbon steel samples with different hydrogen contents(0.0004,0.0008,and 0.0013 wt.%)were prepared by adjusting the environment humidity and *** effects of hydrogen on interfacial heat transfer,contact behavior,and microstructure evolution were investigated using a novel droplet solidification *** results revealed that when the hydrogen content increases from 0.0004 to 0.0013 wt.%,the maximum heat flux between the molten steel and cooling substrate decreases from 8.01 to 6.19 MW/m^(2),and the total heat removed in the initial 2 s reduces from 10.30 to 8.27 MJ/m^(2).Moreover,the final contact angle between the molten steel and substrate increases from 103.741°to 113.697°,and the number of pores on the droplet bottom surface increases significantly from 21 to 210 with the increase in *** surface roughness of the droplet bottom surface increases from 20.902 to 49.181 *** addition,the average grain size of the droplet increases from 14.778 to 33.548 pm with the increase in the hydrogen *** interfacial contact condition becomes worse due to the escape of hydrogen from the steel matrix during the cooling process,which leads to the reduction in the interfacial heat transfer and the increase in the grain size.

Geochemistry and origins of hydrogen-containing natural gases in deep Songliao Basin,China:Insights from continental scientific drilling

The different reservoirs in deep Songliao Basin have non-homogeneous lithologies and include multiple layers with a high content of hydrogen *** gas composition and stable isotope characteristics vary significantly,but the origin analysis of different gas types has previously been *** on the geochemical parameters of gas samples from different depths and the analysis of geological settings,this research covers the diverse origins of natural gas in different *** gas components are mainly methane with a small amount of C_(2+),and non-hydrocarbon gases,including nitrogen(N_(2)),hydrogen(H_(2)),carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),and helium(He).At greater depth,the carbon isotope of methane becomes heavier,and the hydrogen isotope points to a lacustrine sedimentary *** increasing depth,the origins of N_(2)and CO_(2)change gradually from a mixture of organic and inorganic to *** origins of hydrogen gas are complex and include organic sources,water radiolysis,water-rock(Fe^(2+)-containing minerals)reactions,and *** shales of Denglouku and Shahezi Formations,as source rocks,provide the premise for generation and occurrence of organic ***,the deep faults and fluid activities in Basement Formation control the generation and migration of mantle-derived *** discovery of a high content of H_(2)in study area not only reveals the organic and inorganic association of natural-gas generation,but also provides a scientific basis for the exploration of deep hydrogen-rich gas.

The improvement in the efficiency of inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs)is significantly limited by undesirable contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite *** this study,a novel microstructure-control technology is proposed for fabrication of porous NiO_(x)films using Pluronic P123 as the structure-directing agent and acetylacetone(AcAc)as the coordination *** synthesized porous NiO_(x)films enhanced the hole extraction efficiency and reduced recombination defects at the NiO_(x)/perovskite ***,without any modification,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)of the PSC with MAPbl_(3)as the absorber layer improved from 16.50%to 19.08%.Moreover,the PCE of the device composed of perovskite Cs0.05(MA_(0.15)FA_(0.85))_(0.95)Pb(I_(0.85)Br_(0.15))_(3)improved from 17.49%to 21.42%.Furthermore,the application of the fabricated porous NiO_(x)on fluorine-doped tin oxide(FTO)substrates enabled the fabrication of large-area PSCs(1.2 cm^(2))with a PCE of 19.63%.This study provides a novel strategy for improving the contact at the NiO_(x)/perovskite interface for the fabrication of high-performance large-area perovskite solar cells.

Optimal central venous pressure during partial hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma

BACKGROUND:Low central venous pressure(CVP) affects hemodynamic stability and tissue *** prospective study aimed to evaluate the optimal CVP during partial hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS:Ninety-seven patients who underwent partial hepatectomy for HCC had their CVP controlled at a level of 0 to 5 mmHg during hepatic parenchymal *** systolic blood pressure(SBP) was maintained,if possible,at 90 mmHg or *** B surface antigen was positive in 90 patients(92.8%) and cirrhosis in 84 patients(86.6%).Pringle maneuver was used routinely in these patients with clamp/unclamp cycles of 15/5 *** average clamp time was 21.4±8.0 *** patients were divided into 5 groups based on the CVP:group A:0-1 mmHg;B:1.1-2 mmHg;C:2.1-3 mmHg;D:3.1-4 mmHg and E:4.1-5 *** blood loss per transection area during hepatic parenchymal transection and the arterial blood gas before and after liver transection were ***:With active fluid load,a constant SBP ≥90 mmHg which was considered as optimal was maintained in 18.6% in group A(95% CI:10.8%-26.3%);39.2% in group B(95% CI:29.5%-48.9%);72.2% in group C(95% CI:63.2%-81.1%);89.7% in group D(95% CI:83.6%-95.7%);and 100% in group E(95% CI:100%-100%).The blood loss per transection area during hepatic parenchymal transection decreased with a decrease in *** to groups D and E,blood loss in groups A,B and C was significantly less(analysis of variance test,Pline,the blood oxygenation decreased significantly when the CVP was *** excess and HCO 3-in groups A and B were significantly decreased compared with those in groups C,D and E(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:In consideration of blood loss,SBP,base excess and HCO 3-,a CVP of 2.1-3 mmHg was optimal in patients undergoing partial hepatectomy for HCC.

Zinc-based metal-organic frameworks as efficient carriers for anticancer drug to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy

The rational design of a specific co-drug delivery platform that can address the unavoidable resistance, toxic side effects and low targeting efficiency of traditional cancer treatments is of great ***, Zn-based MOF-zeolitic imidazole framework-90(ZIF-90) was selected as the drug delivery carrier, with the cancer therapeutic drug mercaptopurine(6-MP) and glucose oxidase(GOD) as the drug models, hyaluronic acid(HA) was used for protection and targeted delivery, which designed and fabricated an intelligent drug delivery platform(6-MP@ZIF-90@GOD@HA). This platform aims to reduce the toxic side effects of 6-MP and enhance its efficacy while improving the targeting ability of GOD,thereby further enhancing the treatment outcome. Notably,results from both in vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate that the targeted synergistic chemo/reactive oxygen species(ROS)-mediated/starvation therapy inhibited the cancer cell growth while reducing the chemotherapy toxicity, which provides new possibilities for the development of more precise and effective treatment strategies.

Achieving a superior Na storage performance of Fe-based Prussian blue cathode by coating perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydride amine

Fe-based Prussian blue(Fe-PB)cathode material shows great application potential in sodium(Na)-ion batteries due to its high theoretical capacity,long cycle life,low cost,and simple preparation ***,the crystalline water and vacancies of Fe-PB lattice,the low electrical conductivity,and the dissolution of metal ions lead to limited capacity and poor cycling *** this work,a perylene tetracarboxylic dianhydride amine(PTCDA)coating layer is successfully fabricated on the surface of Fe-PB by a liquid-phase *** aminated PTCDA(PTCA)coating not only increases the specific surface area and electronic conductivity but also effectively reduces the crystalline water and vacancies,which avoids the erosion of Fe-PB by ***,the PTCA layer reduces the charge transfer resistance,enhances the Na-ion diffusion coefficient,and improves the structure *** PTCA-coated Fe-PB exhibits superior Na storage performance with a first discharge capacity of 145.2 mAh g^(−1) at 100 mA g^(−1).Long cycling tests exhibit minimal capacity decay of 0.027%per cycle over 1000 cycles at 1 A g^(−1).Therefore,this PTCA coating strategy has shown promising competence in enhancing the electrochemical performance of Fe-PB,which can potentially serve as a universal electrode coating strategy for Na-ion batteries.

Photosynthetic co-culture system of algae and human umbilical vein endothelial cells:The effect on alleviating hypoxia and hypoxia/reoxygenation injury

It is a developed photosynthetic co-culture system to alleviate the hypoxia and hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-injured human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs).The algae,Chlorella vulgaris,were encapsulated to slow their growth while not affecting the photosynthetic oxygen-producing capacity by Layer-by-layer(LbL)using gelatin and sodium alginate as the positive and negative charges materials,***,the photosynthetic co-culture system of HUVECs and self-oxygenating alginate hydrogel(Algae-gel)was constructed in which the optimal ratios between algae and HUVECs were 5:1 and 20:1 for a 2D or 3D co-cultured manner,*** indicated that the 3D cocultured manner of HUVECs needed more O_(2) by the production of algae than it did in a 2D co-cultured *** co-cultured Algae-gel could alleviate hypoxia and the oxidative stress injury of hypoxia and hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)-treated HUVECs in the proliferation,intracellular ROS and cellular migratory *** addition,the Algaegel could downregulate the expression of hypoxia-inducible factors 1α(HIF-1α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of hypoxia and H/R-injured HUVECs due to the improvement of hypoxia and H/R *** photosynthetic co-culture system could offer a promising approach for repairing hypoxia and H/R-injured cells or tissue by providing safe and stable O_(2).

Unified Classification and Rejection:A One-versus-all Framework

Classifying patterns of known classes and rejecting ambiguous and novel(also called as out-of-distribution(OOD))inputs are involved in open world pattern *** neural network models usually excel in closed-set classification while perform poorly in rejecting OOD *** tackle this problem,numerous methods have been designed to perform open set recognition(OSR)or OOD rejection/detection *** methods mostly take post-training score transformation or hybrid models to ensure low scores on OOD inputs while separating known *** this paper,we attempt to build a unified framework for building open set classifiers for both classification and OOD *** formulate the open set recognition of K-known-class as a(K+1)-class classification problem with model trained on known-class samples *** decomposing the K-class problem into K one-versus-all(OVA)binary classification tasks and binding some parameters,we show that combining the scores of OVA classifiers can give(K+1)-class posterior probabilities,which enables classification and OOD rejection in a unified *** maintain the closed-set classification accuracy of the OVA trained classifier,we propose a hybrid training strategy combining OVA loss and multi-class cross-entropy *** implement the OVA framework and hybrid training strategy on the recently proposed convolutional prototype network and prototype classifier on vision transformer(ViT)*** on popular OSR and OOD detection datasets demonstrate that the proposed framework,using a single multi-class classifier,yields competitive performance in closed-set classification,OOD detection,and misclassification *** code is available at https://***/zhen-cheng121/CPN_OVA_unified.
