Objective:Primary dysmenorrhea(PD)is a prevalent gynecological *** Zhitong oral liquid(YHZT)presents a promising alternative treatment for ***,the mechanisms underlying its efficacy remain *** study aims to investigate the potential targets and mechanisms of action of YHZT in treating PD using network pharmacology,molecular docking,and molecular dynamics ***:Potential compounds from YHZT were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP)and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Information Database(TCMID).The relevant targets of these compounds were identified using the similarity ensemble approach(SEA)and the Swiss Target Prediction ***-related targets were retrieved from the Genecards,DrugBank,and Disgenet *** was utilized for Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment *** compound-target-pathway(CTP)network was constructed to facilitate the identification of key compounds,core targets,and signaling ***,molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations were performed to evaluate the interactions between the targets and ***:A total of 153 putative compounds and 129 targets of YHZT were *** topology analysis revealed eight core targets and six key *** effects of YHZT were mediated by genes associated with hormone and steroid metabolism,as well as pathways involved in steroid hormone biosynthesis and cytochrome P450 *** results showed free binding energies ranging from-6.06 to-10.85 kcal/mol,indicating strong binding affinity between the compounds and *** dynamics simulation results further confirmed the stability of these ***:This study demonstrates that YHZT treats PD by suppressing inflammatory reactions and modulating hormone and cytochrome P450 *** compounds such as ferul

Facile synthesis of high-brightness green-emitting carbon dots with narrow bandwidth towards backlight display

High-performance carbon dots(CDs)allowing the application in high-end display devices are highly desirable and usually limited by the absence of simple and easy synthesis *** this work,we exploited an easy-to-implement strategy for the one-step synthesis of green-emitting CDs(G-CDs)with superb optical *** G-CDs were synthesized using m-phenylenediamine(m-PD)as a single precursor,and the reaction reacted at 180℃for 12 h The resultant G-CDs exhibit high-purity and excitationindependent green fluorescence with the photoluminescence(PL)peak located at 516 nm,full width at half maximum(FWHM)of 46 nm,and PL quantum yield(QY)of∼80%under the 470nm excitation *** G-CDs and corresponding composite film prepared with polyvinyl butyral(G-CDs@PVB)exhibit good PL stability after undergoing long-time storage for one year and 360 h exposure under 460nm blue *** G-CDs@PVB film was used as color-conversion materials in green-emitting light-emitting diode(LED)application,exhibiting a Commission internationale de l’Eclairage(CIE)chromaticity coordinate of(0.21,0.44).The film was also used in CD-based liquid crystal display(CD-LCD)application,achieving a color gamut value of 85%.This work will offer a working basis for the synthesis of high-performance CDs as well as their application in displays.

In this present paper, we propose a new proxy blind signature scheme, which is publicly verifiable distributed. The algorithm uses the idea of secret sharing schemes to distribute original signer＇s ability and the power of the proxy signer, and ensure the property of publicly verifiable secret sharing schemes. A new concept ＂verifiable time period＂ is also introduced to reduce the time cost in the period of verifications and increases the efficiency of our scheme.

Identification of novel and differentially expressed micro RNAs in ovine ovary and testis tissues using Solexa sequencing and bioinformatics

Micro RNAs（mi RNAs） are small, single stranded, non-coding RNA molecules, about 19–25 nucleotides in length, which regulate the development and functions of reproductive system of *** discover novel mi RNAs and identify the differential expression of them in ovine ovary and testis tissues, the study constructed two libraries by using next-generation sequencing technologies（Solexa high-throughput sequencing technique）.As a result, 9 321 775 and 9 511 538 clean reads were obtained from the ovary and testis separately, which included 130 562（90 genes of ovary） and 56 272（85 genes of testis） of known mi RNAs and 486 potential novel mi RNAs *** this study, a total of 65 conserved mi RNAs were significantly differentially expressed（P〈0.01） between the two *** them, 28 mi RNAs were up-regulated and 3 mi RNAs were down-regulated on ovary compared with *** addition, the known mi RNAs with the highest expression level（5 mi RNAs） and 30 novel mi RNAs with the functions related to reproduction were validated using the real-time quantitative ***, the gene ontology（GO） annotation and Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes（KEGG） pathway analysis showed that differentially expressed mi RNAs were involved in ovary and testis physiology, including signal transduction, gonad development, sex differentiation, gematogenesis, fertilization and embryo *** results will be helpful to facilitate studies on the regulation of mi RNAs during ruminant reproduction.

Effective separation of coal gasification fine slag: Role of classification and ultrasonication in enhancing flotation

Effective separation of residual carbon and ash is the basis for the resource utilization of coal gasification fine slag(CGFS).The conventional flotation process of CGFS has the bottlenecks of low carbon recovery and high collector *** order to address these issues,CGFS sample taken from Shaanxi,China was used as the study object in this paper.A new process of size classification-fine grain ultrasonic pretreatment flotation(SC-FGUF)was proposed and its separation effect was compared with that of wholegrain flotation(WGF)as well as size classification-fine grain flotation(SC-FGF).The mechanism of its enhanced separation effect was revealed through flotation kinetic fitting,flotation flow foam layer stability,particle size composition,surface morphology,pore structure,and surface chemical property *** results showed that compared with WGF,pre-classification could reduce the collector dosage by 84.09%and the combination of pre-classification and ultrasonic pretreatment could increase the combustible recovery by 17.29%and up to 93.46%.The SC-FGUF process allows the ineffective adsorption of coarse residual carbon to collector during flotation stage to be reduced by pre-classification,and the tightly embedded state of fine CGFS particles is disrupted and surface oxidizing functional group occupancy was reduced by ultrasonic pretreatment,thus carbon and ash is easier to be separated in the flotation *** addition,some of the residual carbon particles were broken down to smaller sizes in the ultrasonic pretreatment,which led to an increase in the stability of flotation flow foam layer and a decrease in the probability of detachment of residual carbon particles from the ***,SCFGUF could increase the residual carbon recovery and reduce the flotation collector dosage,which is an innovative method for carbon-ash separation of CGFS with good application prospect.

Solid superacid catalysts promote high-performance carbon dots with narrow-band fluorescence emission for luminescence solar concentrators

Facile and efficient method for constructing carbon dots(CDs)with narrow full width at half maximum(FWHM)is a major challenge in the field,and researches on regulating the FWHM of CDs are also rare and *** this work,we delved into the synthesis of CDs with narrow fluorescence emission FWHM(NFEF-CDs)in the m-phenylenediamine(m-PD)/ethanol system,utilizing solid superacid resin as cata-lyst with solvothermal *** resulting NFEF-CDs exhibit a photoluminescent(PL)emission peak at 521 nm with a narrow FWHM of 41 nm,an absolute PL quantum yield(QY)of 80%,and display excitation-independent PL *** comprehensive characterization,we identified the protonation of edge amino on NFEF-CDs as the key factor in achieving the narrow ***,we validated the broad applicability of solid superacid resins as catalysts for synthesizing CDs with narrow FWHM in the m-PD/ethanol ***,we utilized a self-leveling method to prepare NFEF-CDs film on the surface of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)substrate and investigated the solid-state fluorescence properties of NFEF-CDs as well as their performance as luminescence solar concentrator(LSC)for photovoltaic *** results revealed that the as-prepared LSC exhibit an internal quantum efficiency(η_(int))of 42.39%and an optical efficiency(η_(opt))of 0.68%.These findings demonstrate the promising prospects of NFEF-CDs in the field of LSCs and provide a theoretical basis for their application in photovoltaic conversion.
