Interfacial engineering to alter the configuration of active sites in heterogeneous catalysts is a potential strategy for activity enhancement,but it remains unelucidated for metal-organic frameworks(MOFs).Here,we demonstrate that the surface of two-dimensional Co-based MOF is modified by decorating Ag quantum dots(QDs)simply through in-situ reduction of Ag+*** oxygen evolution reaction(OER),it reveals that the catalysis is mediated by the reversible redox of Co sites between Co^(3+) and Co^(4+) states coupling with transfer of OH*** decoration of Ag QDs decreases the redox potential of Co sites,and thus effectively decreases the overpotential of *** TOFs of Co sites are increased by 77 times to reach 5.4 s^(-1) at an overpotential of 0.35 *** attribute the activity enhancement to the tuning of the coupling process between Co sites and OHions during the redox of Co sites by Ag QDs decoration based on Pourbaix analysis.

MXenes with metal nanoparticles(NPs)immobilized on their surface are greatly desired for high-performance electrocatalysts,while the homogeneous nucleation and growth of NPs are still ***,a new method has been proposed for uniformly anchoring Ni NPs on the altered surficial *** pre-vacuum treatment on Mo_(2)TiC_(2)T_(x)(oMX)not only removes the surficial terminal groups but also induces surface oxidation ***,the nucleation and growth behaviors of Ni NPs on the oMX are altered in the hydrothermal reaction,which results in a grain-size reduction of more than 50%as well as homogeneous ***,the oxidized surface contributes a strong coupling between oMX and Ni NPs via Ni−O binging,which endows the Ni@oMX hybrid with the lowest overpotential and high durability over 75 h in 1 M KOH solution for electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).

Lithium-selenium batteries,as an advanced rechargeable battery system,have attracted wide ***,its application is hurdled by the ambiguous underlying mechanism such as the unclear active phase and the key role of the host ***,a three-dimensional(3D) functional matrix derived from the Co/Znmetal organic framework is synthesized to unravel the questions *** reveals that the strong interaction and voids in the 3D matrix serve to anchor the amorphous Se with high electrochemical *** obtained 3DC/Se exhibits 544.2 and 273.2 mAh·g^(-1) t current densities of 0.1C and 2.0C,respectively,with a diffusion-controlled *** excessive amount of Se beyond the loading capacity of the matrix leads to the formation of trigonal phase Se,which shows an unsatisfying electrochemical property.

V4C3Tx MXene:A promising active substrate for reactive surface modification and the enhanced electrocatalytic oxygen evolution activity

Presented are the synthesis,characterizations,and reactive surface modification(RSM)of a novel nine atomic layered V4C3Tx *** the advantages of the multilayered V4C3Tx MXene that can simultaneously support the RSM reaction and keep the inner skeleton stable,a series of amorphous Ni/Fe/Vternary oxide hydroxides thin layer can be successfully modified on the surface of the V4C3Tx MXene(denoted as MOOH@V4C3Tx,M=Ni,Fe,and V)without disrupting its original *** to the in situ reconstruction of highly active oxide hydroxide layer,the nanohybrids exhibited an enhanced oxygen evolution reaction(OER)activity and excellent long-time stability over 70 *** particular,a current density of 10 mA cm−2 can be reached by the nanohybrid with the optimized Ni/Fe ratio at an overpotential(η)as low as 275.2 mV,which is comparable to most of the state-of-the-art OER catalysts and better than other MXene-based *** by the tunable physicochemical properties and excellent structural stability of these nanohybrids,we may envision the promising role of the M4X3-based MXenes as substrates for a wide range of energy conversion and storage materials.

The different reservoirs in deep Songliao Basin have non-homogeneous lithologies and include multiple layers with a high content of hydrogen *** gas composition and stable isotope characteristics vary significantly,but the origin analysis of different gas types has previously been *** on the geochemical parameters of gas samples from different depths and the analysis of geological settings,this research covers the diverse origins of natural gas in different *** gas components are mainly methane with a small amount of C_(2+),and non-hydrocarbon gases,including nitrogen(N_(2)),hydrogen(H_(2)),carbon dioxide(CO_(2)),and helium(He).At greater depth,the carbon isotope of methane becomes heavier,and the hydrogen isotope points to a lacustrine sedimentary *** increasing depth,the origins of N_(2)and CO_(2)change gradually from a mixture of organic and inorganic to *** origins of hydrogen gas are complex and include organic sources,water radiolysis,water-rock(Fe^(2+)-containing minerals)reactions,and *** shales of Denglouku and Shahezi Formations,as source rocks,provide the premise for generation and occurrence of organic ***,the deep faults and fluid activities in Basement Formation control the generation and migration of mantle-derived *** discovery of a high content of H_(2)in study area not only reveals the organic and inorganic association of natural-gas generation,but also provides a scientific basis for the exploration of deep hydrogen-rich gas.

Herein,we propose an experimentally feasible scheme to show the quantum phase transition of the Jaynes-Cummings(JC)model by modulating the transition frequency of a two-level system in a quantum Rabi model with strong *** tuning the modulation frequency and amplitude,the ratio of the effective coupling strength of the rotating terms to the effective cavity(atomic transition)frequency can enter the deep-strong coupling regime,while the counter-rotating terms can be ***,a deep-strong JC model is *** ratio of the coupling strength to resonance frequencies in the deep-strong JC model is two orders of magnitude larger than the corresponding ratio in the original quantum Rabi *** scheme can be employed in atom-cavity resonance and off-resonance cases,and it is valid over a broad *** nonzero average cavity photons of the ground state indicate the emergence of a quantum phase ***,we demonstrate the dependence of the phase diagram on the atom-cavity detuning and modulation *** the parameters used in our scheme are within the reach of current experimental *** scheme provides a new mechanism for investigating the critical phenomena of finite-sized systems without requiring classical field limits,thereby opening a door for studying fundamental quantum phenomena occurring in the ultrastrong and even deep-strong coupling regimes.

The phytohormone jasmonate(JA)coordinates stress and growth responses to increase plant survival in unfavorable *** JA can enhance plant UV-B stress tolerance,the mechanisms underlying the interaction of UV-B and JA in this response remain *** this study,we demonstrate that the UV RESISTANCE LOCUS 8-TEOSINTE BRANCHED1,Cycloidea and PCF 4-LIPOXYGENASE2(UVR8-TCP4-LOX2)module regulates UV-B tolerance dependent on JA signaling pathway in Arabidopsis *** show that the nucleus-localized UVR8 physically interacts with TCP4 to increase the DNA-binding activity of TCP4 and upregulate the JA biosynthesis gene ***,UVR8 activates the expression of LOX2 in a TCP4-dependent *** genetic analysis also provides evidence that TCP4 acts downstream of UVR8 and upstream of LOX2 to mediate plant responses to UV-B *** results illustrate that the UV-B-dependent interaction of UVR8 and TCP4 serves as an important UVR8-TCP4-LOX2 module,which integrates UV-B radiation and JA signaling and represents a new UVR8 signaling mechanism in plants.

In this paper,we study the accuracy of delay-Doppler parameter estimation of targets in a passive radar using orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM)signal.A coarse-fine joint estimation method is proposed to achieve better estimation accuracy of target parameters without excessive computational ***,the modulation symbol domain(MSD)method is used to roughly estimate the delay and Doppler of ***,to obtain high-precision Doppler estimation,the atomic norm(AN)based on the multiple measurement vectors(MMV)model(MMV-AN)is used to manifest the signal sparsity in the continuous Doppler *** the same time,a reference signal compensation(RSC)method is presented to obtain highprecision delay *** results based on the OFDM signal show that the coarse-fine joint estimation method based on AN-RSC can obtain a more accurate estimation of target parameters compared with other *** addition,the proposed method also possesses computational advantages compared with the joint parameter estimation.

Objective The latest perspective suggests that elevated levels of inflammation and cytokines are implicated in atonic postpartum ***(LPS)has been widely used to induce inflammation in animal ***,this study aimed to induce uterine inflammation using LPS to investigate whether local inflammation triggers dysfunction and atrophy in the myometrium,as well as the potential underlying molecular mechanisms *** In vivo,an animal model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 300μg/kg LPS in rats on gestational day ***-eosin(H&E)staining and Masson staining were employed to determine morphological changes in the rat uterine smooth ***-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect inflammatory ***,tissue fluorescence,and Western blotting were conducted to assess the expression levels of the uterine contraction-related proteins Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and the nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB)signaling *** vitro,human uterine smooth muscle cells(HUtSMCs)were exposed to 2μg/mL LPS to further elucidate the involvement of the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway in LPS-mediated *** In this study,LPS induced uterine myometrial dysfunction in rats,leading to a disorganized arrangement,a significant increase in collagen fiber deposition,and widespread infiltration of inflammatory *** both in vivo animal models and in vitro HUtSMCs,LPS elevated IL-6,IL-1β,and TNF-αlevels while concurrently suppressing the expression of connexin 43(Cx43)and oxytocin receptor(OXTR).Mechanistically,the LPS-treated group exhibited TLR4 activation,and the phosphorylation levels of p65 and IκBαwere notably *** LPS triggered the TLR4/NF-κB signaling pathway,inducing an inflammatory response in the myometrium and leading to uterine myometrial dysfunction and uterine atony.
