Clinical analysis of multiple primary gastrointestinal malignant tumors:A 10-year case review of a single-center

经由《礼记·玉藻》提出、《汉书·艺文志》阐发的“左史右史”说是中国学术史上的公案。在传统语境下,经学家利用左史、右史与太史、内史的跨文本阐释,普遍维护《礼记》说而否定《汉书》说,但脱离经学政教的影响,《汉书》说实则更加深入人心,冠名《礼记》而实取《汉书》的文化现象更为常见。不过伴随着经学反思意识的觉醒以及近代学术思潮的发展,以章学诚为代表的诸多学者,对左史、右史官制有无和记言、记事是否二分提出各种质疑和批评,严重冲击了这一学说的合理性。但这些批评与质疑并未引起近现代学者的充分注意与积极回应,坚持旧有经说并力证“左史右史”者依然大有人在。这一境遇主要是由于近现代史学史学科的兴起与其他相关人文研究的发展,需要借助“左史右史”说作为学科建设与理论阐发的起点,故而保守地承认甚至维护“左史右史”说成为部分学者的选择。

为确定土壤侵蚀主要的控制因子,以黄土高原为例,利用相关分析和小波相干分析,分析了土壤侵蚀与控制因子之间的关系。结果表明:黄土高原土壤侵蚀整体呈下降趋势,大部分地区土壤侵蚀强度较弱,高强度土壤侵蚀区域集中在东北—西南带的丘陵沟壑区或河流密度较大的区域。地表植被覆盖变化和水土保持措施对侵蚀空间异质性的影响最为显著,降雨侵蚀力增加了土壤侵蚀。研究结果为土壤侵蚀防治提供参考。

数字弱势群体作为数字鸿沟现象的伴生品，存在物质基础薄弱、信息获取能力匮乏与维权意识不足的固有特征，理应获得国家倾斜保护，遵循内在赋能与外在保护双轮治理模式，在增强弱势群体数字素养能力的同时聚焦侵权救济。本文提出完善法律体系与引入风险预防模式、惩罚性赔偿的建议，并在明晰三类个人信息公益诉讼的基础上，厘清数字弱势群体不同公益诉讼路径的衔接关系，以切实维护弱势群体的数字权益。

Controlled Radical Polymerization of Styrene in the Presence of Different Copper Complexes and Organic Halides

The polymerization behaviors of Styrene (St) in the presence of CuX/L [X=Cl or Br; L= 2,2 bipyridine (bpy), 1,10 phenanthroline (phen) or 4,7 diphenyl 1,10 phenanthroline (DPP) ] and R X (R=trichloromethyl, benzyl or allyl; X=Cl or Br) have been studied and examined. In a CuCl/bpy/RCl/St system, a bimodal GPC peak at the early stage of polymerization was observed, and a concept of multi active species was proposed to explain this phenomenon. In a CuCl/phen (DPP)/RCl/St system, the \%M\%\-n of polystyrene (PS) increased linearly with St conversion and ln[M] o/[M] also increased linearly with time, indicating the living nature of this system. Furthermore, the stability of the propagating active species in a CuBr/phen/RBr/St system is higher than that in the CuBr/phen/RBr/St system.

Salicylic acid and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in production of rice trypsin proteinase inhibitors induced by the leaf folder Cnaphalocrocis medinalis(Guenée)

The roles of signaling pathways in the production of trypsin proteinase inhibitors(TrypPIs)in rice infested by the leaf folder(LF) Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were *** by LF increased TrypPI levels in the leaves of rice plants at the tillering,booting and flowering stages but decreased TrypPI levels at the ripening stage;TrypPI levels in rice stems did not increase at any developmental *** by LF at the tillering stage systemically increased TrypPI levels in leaves but not in stems;it also enhanced salicylic acid(SA)levels in leaves and stems,and the ethylene level released from ***,LF infestation did not increase JA *** application of SA or ethylene enhanced TrypPI levels in the leaves and stems of plants at the tillering stage,whereas treatment with both SA and ethylene induced lower levels of TrypPIs than treatment with SA or ethylene alone,suggesting an antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene on TrypPIs *** results suggest that both SA and ethylene signaling pathways are involved in the production of TrypPIs in rice induced by LF;moreover,the antagonistic effect of SA and ethylene may explain the changes in TrypPI levels seen at different plant developmental stages and in different organs.

Negative impact of hepatitis B surface seroclearance on prognosis of hepatitis B-related primary liver cancer

AIM To assess the impact of hepatitis B surface(HBs Ag) seroclearance on survival outcomes in hepatitis B-related primary liver *** Information from patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer admitted in our hospital from 2008-2017 was retrieved. Cases diagnosed with HBs Ag(-) and HBc Ab(+) liver cancer were included in the HBs Ag seroclearance(SC) group. HBs Ag(+) liver cancer patients strictly matched for liver cancer stage(AJCC staging system, 8 th edition), Child-Pugh score, and first diagnosis/treatment method(surgery, ablation and TACE) were assigned to the HBsA g non-seroclearance(NSC) group. Then, clinical, pathological and survival data in both groups were *** The SC and NSC groups comprised of 72 and 216 patients, respectively. Patient age(P 0.05). Overall survival was lower in the SC group than the NSC group(P = 0.019), with 1-,3-, and 5-year survival rates of 82.1% vs 85.1%, 43.2%vs 56.8%, and 27.0% vs 45.2%, respectively. Survival of patients with AJCC stage Ⅰ disease in the SC group was lower than that of the NSC group(P = 0.029).CONCLUSION Seroclearance in patients with hepatitis B-related primary liver cancer has protective effects with respect to tumorigenesis, cirrhosis, and portal hypertension but confers worse prognosis, which may be due to the frequent occurrence of highly malignant ICC and CHC.

Methylation of Dickkopf-3 as a prognostic factor in cirrhosis-related hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM:To investigate the prevalence and time of Dickkopf(DKK) family methylation and its clinical significance in hepatocarcinogenesis. METHODS:Methylation of DKK family genes was quantitatively analyzed in 115 liver tissue samples,including 50 pairs of primary hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and matched noncancerous cirrhotic tissue samples,as well as 15 liver cirrhosis biopsy samples. RESULTS:The methylation level of DKK3 was significantly higher in HCC tissue samples than in matched noncancerous cirrhotic tissue samples(P1%) was significantly shorter than that of those with a lower DKK3 methylation level(PMR≤1%)(P=0.0255) . Multivariate Cox analysis indicated that methylated DKK3 was significantly and independently related with a shorter survival time(relative risk=2.527,95%CI:1.063-6.008,P=0.036) of HCC patients. CONCLUSION:Methylation of DKK3 is an important event in early malignant transformation and HCC progression,and therefore might be a prognostic indicator for risk assessment of HCC.
