AIM:To explore the effect of orthokeratology(OK)fitting on retinal vessel density in low to moderate myopia adolescents by using optical coherence tomography ***:Children aged 10 to 14y with a cycloplegic spherical equivalent refraction of−0.50 diopter(D)to−5.00 D and astigmatism with more than−1.50 D were *** enrolled adolescents were divided into OK group and spectacle *** regular followup,adolescents were measured respectively at pre-wear,1,3,and 6mo after *** follow-up included uncorrected distance visual acuity(UDVA),axial length(AL),superficial capillary plexus density(SCPD),deep capillary plexus density(DCPD),central retinal thickness(CRT),foveal avascular zone area(FAZ-A),foveal avascular zone perimeter(FAZ-P)and foveal vessel density in a 300-μmwide region around foveal avascular zone(FD-300).The collected data were analyzed using statistical ***:By one month,SCPD significantly increased in the fovea and superior retina,and DCPD significantly increased inferiorly in OK group compared to spectacle group(P0.05).OK group showed a significant improvement in UDVA after wearing OK,compared to spectacle group(P0.05).CONCLUSION:Short-term OK worn can increase local retinal vessel density in adolescents with low-to-moderate myopia.

In this study,the effects of powder mixed method,sintering temperature,and the additive amount of the conductive phase on the dielectric loss tangent and permittivity constant of AlN/Mo composite ceramics were *** the ceramic samples were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS).AlN composite ceramics with additional 10 vol%Mo sintered at 1400℃holding for 5 min exhibit the best dielectric loss tangent,which is greater than ***/Mo ceramics with additional 20 vol%Mo become conductive,with the resistivity of 0.05–0.06Ω·***-energy ball milling is better than magnetic stirring powder mixing *** addition,the additive Mo and lower sintering temperature lead to a better property with the increase in the electromagnetic wave frequency range of 1×10^(3)–1×10^(6)Hz.

The relationship between viscosity/yield stress and flotation rate in different chalcopyrite and lizardite concentrations was investigated by zeta potential measurements,rheological tests,flotation experiments,and DerjguinLandau-Verwey-Overbeek theoretical *** indicated that the concentration of minerals would affect the viscosity and yield stress of the *** is,the viscosity/yield stress in the slurry rises accordingly when the concentration of minerals *** increase in viscosity/yield stress in slurry is also unfavorable to the enrichment of chalcopyrite but is conducive to the entrainment of lizardite in either single or binary ***,the flotation rate of chalcopyrite decreases while that of lizardite increases with the rise in viscosity/yield stress.

The kinetics of ε-Cu particles dissolution in the matrix during welding of a copper-precipitation strengthening steel was determined by a combination of GleebleTM physical simulation, TEM examination and hardness meas urement. The ε-Cu particles underwent a coarsening and part dissolution and then complete dissolution reaction as the peak temperature increased from 750 to 1 000℃, which resulted in the decrease in the number density of ε-Cu particles and hardness in the heat affected zone （HAZ）. The results can be used to understand the evolution of this transformation and a softening behavior of the HAZ during welding of this type of steel.

AIM: To elucidate the role of fibulin-5(FBLN-5) as a suppressor of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell metastasis via ***: The expression of FBLN-5 was determined by immunohistochemistry in 140 HCC samples and matched normal tissues, and was further confirmed by RT-PCR and Western blot analyses in various cell lines. Recombinant FBLN-5 was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3), purified and used in cell attachment assays. Expression of a specific plasmid or a specific si RNA in HCC cells resulted in the overexpression or knockdown of FBLN-5, respectively. Further, the migration and invasion of HCC cells were investigated using the Boyden chamber and transwell assays. The concentration of secreted matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP-7) was determined using ELISA. RESULTS: FBLN-5 expression was found to be downregulated in HCC. Its expression was significantly correlated with advanced tumor metastasis; this was indicative of poor 5-year overall survival. Recombinant full-length human FBLN-5 promoted the attachment of HCC cells via integrins: it inhibited HCC cell adhesionand migration to fibronectin in a concentrationdependent manner. It also inhibited HCC cell migration and invasion through an integrin-binding arginineglycine-aspartic acid(RGD) motif by downregulating MMP-7. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that lower FBLN-5 expression is an important indicator of poor survival and that FBLN-5 inhibits HCC motility via an integrin-dependent mechanism. RGD-dependent suppression of MMP-7 by FBLN-5 might contribute to the development of new therapeutic strategies for HCC.

Cloning and Analysis of the Promoters of Two OsRhoGDIs Genes from Rice

OsRacD, belonging to rice （Oryza sativa L. ssp. japonica） Rho family of the small GTPases, is a pivotal gene involved in rice photoperiod fertility conversion of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice which influences the rice fertility via controlling the pollen tube growth. Using OsRacD as bait, two GDP dissociation inhibitor genes designated as OsRhoGDI1 and OsRhoGDI2 were screened by yeast two-hybrid system. To further study the regulation mechanism of OsRhoGDIs, and also the relationships between OsRhoGDIs and OsRacD, the upstream regulation sequences of OsRhoGDI1 and OsRhoGDI2 were cloned by PCR, and the cis-elements in the promoters were predicted using internet tools in this study. The results showed that there were several kinds of response elements, such as phytohormone response elements, lightregulated elements and adversity induced elements in the promoters of OsRhoGDIs, some of which were similar. Comparing with the promoter of OsRacD, several pollen tube germination related elements were found. On one hand, the expression and regulation mechanism of OsRhoGDIs were complex, they may be regulated by several signaling pathways commonly, and the regulation mechanisms were similar to some extent. On the other hand, it was suggested that the fertility of photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice may be controlled by the cooperative expression of OsRhoGDIs and OsRacD.

In recent years,deep learning has been applied to a variety of scenarios in Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT),including enhancing the security of ***,the existing deep learning methods utilised in IIoT security are manually designed by heavily relying on the experience of the *** authors have made the first contribution concerning the joint optimisation of neural architecture search and hyper-parameters optimisation for securing IIoT.A novel automated deep learning method called synchronous optimisation of parameters and architectures by GA with CNN blocks(SOPA-GA-CNN)is proposed to synchronously optimise the hyperparameters and block-based architectures in convolutional neural networks(CNNs)by genetic algorithms(GA)for the intrusion detection issue of *** efficient hybrid encoding strategy and the corresponding GA-based evolutionary operations are designed to characterise and evolve both the hyperparameters,including batch size,learning rate,weight optimiser and weight regularisation,and the architectures,such as the block-based network topology and the parameters of each CNN *** experimental results on five intrusion detection datasets in IIoT,including secure water treatment,water distribution,Gas Pipeline,Botnet in Internet of Things and Power System Attack Dataset,have demonstrated the superiority of the proposed SOPA-GA-CNN to the state-of-the-art manually designed models and neuron-evolutionary methods in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,F1-score,and the number of parameters of the deep learning models.

Combining Ability and Breeding Potential of Rapeseed Elite Lines for Pod Shatter Resistance

Pod shatter resistance of rapeseed is of great importance for modem farming practice. In order to determine the combining ability of elite inbred lines and the breeding potential of rapeseed hybrids in terms of pod shatter resistance, analysis of a 6×6 incomplete diallel cross was conducted at two locations. Results showed that a significant variation existed among breeding lines and their F1 hybrids for pod shatter resistant index （SRI）, pod length and width. Pod shatter resistance was significantly positively correlated with pod length. The general combining ability （GCA） effects （GCA=l.58） played a more important role than specific combining ability （SCA） effects （SCA=0.20） for pod shatter trait. The elite lines R1, 1019B and 1055B displayed significant positive GCA effects for pod shatter resistance. Four crosses （1019B×R1, 1015B×R1, 6098B×R1, and 8908B×R1） with high mean performance and positive SCA effects were recommended for developing new hybrids for mechanical harvest in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.

BACKGROUND Recently,two naval pilots in a two-seat trainer jet were forced to eject urgently due to sudden mechanical failure during night-time *** were both successfully rescued and sent to the hospital for emergency *** this study,we investigate their ejection injuries and recovery *** SUMMARY We analyzed the clinical data of the traumatic condition and recovery process from ejection injuries of two pilots who ejected from a failed trainer jet and *** being successfully rescued and sent to the hospital,they were diagnosed with multiple ejection injuries,including eye trauma,limb bone and joint injury,rib and spine injury,and so *** cases underwent fluid replacement,acid suppression,nutritional support,hemostasis,bone metabolism improvement,phlegm elimination,psychological measurement,blood circulation promotion and detumescence,physical therapy,and external fixation with braces for 1 mo before being discharged from *** then recuperated in a sanatorium for 2 mo,and the related laboratory tests and supplementary examinations show that they recovered from all the above *** successfully passing the psychological test and physical examination,they returned to flight duty 3 mo after *** The causes and conditions of ejection injury in the pilots were very *** they finally recovered quickly and were released,it also serves as a reminder that attention should be paid to pilots’ejection and parachute training in order to significantly reduce ejection injury and improve the ejection success *** addition,air defense support personnel should strengthen search and rescue and on-site emergency measures,and locate and rescue pilots in distress as early as possible to reduce subsequent injuries.
