The length and width of insect body are critical parameters for entomological radar species identification. However, the body width is not measurable in entomological radar currently. In this study,the scattering matrices(SM) of 159 insect specimens were measured using an X-band fully polarimetric laboratory rig in a microwave anechoic chamber. The relationships between the polarimetric radar crosssection(RCS) parameters extracted from the SM and the insect body width were studied. It was found that all these parameters have good correlations with the body width and can be used to estimate it. The mopping relationships between the polarimetric RCS parameters and the body width are built, and can be used as empirical formulas for insect body width estimation. In addition, based on these parameters, two new body length estimation methods were proposed. The performance of the proposed body width and length estimation methods when the echo signals were noisy was analyzed. It was found that the parameter that represents the product of the RCSs when the polarization direction is parallel and perpendicular to the insect body axis has the best performance for both the estimation of body width and length.

The traditional models of evaluating human resources are mainly based upon the discounted value of future payment, but these models fail to take the employment risk into account, and often neglect the uncertainty and underes- timate the human resource value. This paper first introduces the option theory, and then presents human resources as the real commodity for the call option. Second, concerning the choices for the uncertainty decision, the decisions of delay- ing the employment of the human resources, expanding or deducing the scale of human resources, giving up or chang- ing human resources, etc., are made to deal with the future uncertainties appropriately. This will cause the investment to be more beneficial or to reduce the loss. Finally, the expand option theory of real options is used to evaluate the value of reinvestment in human resources, and the expand option theory could be provided as a reference for management im- plementation and decision-making in human resources.

Starting from the generalized ambiguity function of bistatic SAR （BSAR）, it is shown that 3-D point target estimation can be carried out in space-surface bistatic SAR （SS-BSAR）. Appropriate analytical equations, based on maximum likelihood estimation （MLE）, are derived and confirmed via computer simulation. Furthermore, the performance of the estimate using the Crammer-Rao bound is analyzed for the case in question, thus further revealing the possibility and potential of target 3-D position estimation. Setting the determinant maximum of the information matrix as the criterion, the optimal receiver position and multi-receiver configuration are analytically determined in the SS-BSAR system. Simulation results also validate the correctness of the analytical calculation.

Forward scattering micro radar is used for situation awareness; its operational range is relatively short because of the battery power and local horizon, the free space propagation model is not appropriate. The ground moving targets, such as humans, cars and tanks, have only comparable size with the transmitted signal wavelength; the point target model and the linear change of observation angle are not applicable. In this paper, the signal model of ground moving target is developed based on the case of forward scattering micro radar, considering the two-ray propagation model and area target model, and nonlinear change of observation angle as well as high order phase error. Furthermore, the analytical form of the received power from moving target has been obtained. Using the simulated forward scattering radar cross section, the received power of theoretical calculation is near to that of measured data. In addition, the simulated signal model of ground moving target is perfectly matched with the experimented data. All these results show the correctness of analytical calculation completely.

目的:通过细胞和小鼠模型实验研究新型KRAS^(G12C)抑制剂VT198的体内外抗肿瘤作用。建立VT198和其阳性对照药MRTX849的LC-MS/MS方法,研究VT198在大鼠体内的药动学特征。方法:运用CTG发光法、Transwell迁移实验检测VT198对KRAS^(G12C)突变的人非小细胞肺癌细胞NCI-H358增殖及迁移的影响。建造裸小鼠肿瘤细胞系移植模型,口服给药后测定荷瘤鼠的体重及肿瘤体积。灌胃(ig)给予SD大鼠VT198和其阳性对照药,建立LC-MS/MS方法测定大鼠血浆中的药物浓度,并计算药动学参数。结果:VT198的IC50为3.07 nmol·L^(-1),细胞迁移率为(36.39±1.87)%,体内肿瘤体积抑制率为124.56%。大鼠单次ig给药(剂量10 mg·kg^(-1))后,VT198的Tmax为(3.33±1.15)h,C_(max)为(627.67±102.94)ng·mL^(-1),AUC_(0-t)为(3805.33±1167.07)h·ng·mL^(-1),阳性对照药的T_(max)为(6.00±0.00)h,C_(max)为(69.63±18.11)ng·mL^(-1),AUC_(0-t)为(609.25±77.88)h·ng·mL^(-1)。结论:体外细胞实验表明VT198对NCI-H358细胞具有生长抑制及迁移抑制作用,体内药效学实验表明其能够有效抑制肿瘤体积增长,体内药动学实验表明VT198的吸收程度和速度优于阳性对照药MRTX849。VT198作为治疗KRAS^(G12C)突变蛋白相关癌症的潜在药物,具有进一步研究的价值。

The bistatic spaceborne/stationary In SAR configuration could be applied to generate digital elevation model(DEM). However, two factors limit the DEM precision improvement. On one hand, due to the effects of the illuminator’s sidelobe and the high objects’ shadow, the pixels in the corresponding area might be polluted by the noise. On the other hand, owing to the presence of deviation(between the real value and the nominal value of the master/slave antenna positions), after utilizing the nominal value to compensate for the reference phase, the residual reference phase would remain. In order to solve the problems, we proposed a new bistatic DEM generation algorithm. Firstly, we applied the coherence-phase joint analysis method to select high-coherence points. Secondly, we deduced the transforming relationship from the deviation to the residual reference phase, and then compensated for the residual reference phase. In the experiment, the Yao Gan-3(an L-band spaceborne SAR) was selected as the transmitter and the two stationary receivers were mounted on the top of a tall building. The algorithm recommended in this paper was applied to process the measured bistatic data. The analysis of the results demonstrated that the elevation error of the generated DEM for some targets had been limited to the level of 1–2 m.

The cumulative expression of multistage deformation is complex multiperiod fractures,which are commonly seen in tectonic *** Middle Triassic Leikoupo Formation in the western Sichuan Basin Depression,China,is a typical marine carbonate reservoir with natural fractures caused mainly by tectonic *** to outcrops,drill cores,image logging,and fluid inclusions,the fracture characteristics,types of natural fractures,and interactions of fractures are *** total,419 natural fractures in 493.2 m of cores from 7 wells are investigated,which are mainly shear and tensile fractures with a small number of weathering generated ***,the results of the stable isotope analysis of δ13C and δ18O,as well as the flow fluid inclusion data,reveal four tectonic periods of fractures with different *** on the history of regional tectonic evolution,indicating one period of weathering fractures ascribable to stratal uplift and three periods of structural fractures related to the sequential tectonic movements of the Longmenshan fault *** analyzing the interaction relationships of fractures,three types of fracture interaction relationships are observed:cutting,restraining,and *** four stages fractures are chronologically assigned to(1)the early Indosinian N-S trending compression,(2)the late Indosinian NW-SE compression,(3)the middle Yanshanian NE-SE compression,and(4)the early Himalayan E-W *** influence of natural fractures on gas migration and well production in marine carbonates is discussed,and indicates that tectonic fractures could provide seepage channels for gas migration and accumulation from near or distant hydrocarbon source rocks into the Middle Triassic Leikoupo *** study utilizes a pragmatic approach for understanding the fracture genesis mechanism in oil and gas field with multiperiod fractures.
