The transmission line tower will be affected by bad weather and artificial subsidence caused by the foundation and other factors in the power transmission.The tower’s tilt and severe deformation will cause the building to collapse.Many small changes caused the tower’s collapse,but the early staff often could not intuitively notice the changes in the tower’s state.In the current tower online monitoring system,terminal equipment often needs to replace batteries frequently due to premature exhaustion of power.According to the need for real-time measurement of power line tower,this research designed a real-time monitoring device monitoring the transmission tower attitude tilting and foundation state based on the inertial sensor,the acceleration of 3 axis inertial sensor and angular velocity raw data to pole average filtering pre-processing,and then through the complementary filtering algorithm for comprehensive calculation of tilt angle,the system meets the demand for inclined online monitoring of power line poles and towers regarding measurement accuracy,with low cost and power consumption.The optimization multi-sensor cooperative detection and correction measured tilt angle result relative accuracy can reach 1.03%,which has specific promotion and application value since the system has the advantages of unattended and efficient calculation.

Reinforcing oxygen electrocatalytic activity via selective dualphase heterointerface engineering for rechargeable Zn-air batteries

Dual-phase heterointerface electrocatalysts（DPHE） constructed by oxygen reduction reaction（ORR）-and oxygen evolution reaction（OER）-active elements exhibit excellent bifunctional activity and long-term durability due to the abundant interface exposure and synergistic catalytic effect.Herein,low-dimensional N-doped graphene nanoribbons（N-GNRs） coupling with ultrathin CoO nanocomposites（N-GNRs/CoO） were controllably fabricated through a facile two-step approach using synthesized Co（OH）2nanosheet as CoO precursor.Density functional theory（DFT） calculations and experimental characterizations prove that the formation of interface between N-GNRs and CoO can induce local charge redistribution,contributing to the improvement of catalytic activity and stability.The optimal N-GNRs/CoO DPHE possesses hierarchically porous architectures and presents outstanding bifunctional activities with a small potential gap of 0.729 V between the potential at 10 mA·cm-2for OER and the halfwave potential for ORR,which outperforms Pt/C+IrO2and the majority of noble-metal-free bifunctional catalysts.Liquid-and solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries assembled with N-GNRs/CoO as the cathode also display high peak power density and fantastic cycle stability,superior to that of benchmark Pt/C +IrO2catalyst.It is anticipated to offer significant benefits toward high activity,stability and mechanical flexibility bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for rechargeable Zn-air batteries.

Multimode fibers(MMFs)are a promising solution for high-throughput signal transmission in the time domain.However,crosstalk among different optical modes within the MMF scrambles input information and creates seemingly random speckle patterns at the output.To characterize this process,a transmission matrix(TM)can be used to relate input and output fields.Recent innovations use TMs to manipulate the output field by shaping the input wavefront for exciting advances in deep-brain imaging,neuron stimulation,quantum networks,and analog operators.However,these approaches consider input/output segments as independent,limiting their use for separate signal processing,such as logic operations.Our proposed method,which makes input/output segments as interdependent,adjusts the phase of corresponding output fields using phase bias maps superimposed on input segments.Coherent superposition enables signal logic operations through a 15-m-long MMF.In experiments,a single optical logic gate containing three basic logic functions and cascading multiple logic gates to handle binary operands is demonstrated.Bitwise operations are performed for multi-bit logic operations,and multiple optical logic gates are reconstructed simultaneously in a single logic gate with polarization multiplexing.The proposed method may open new avenues for long-range logic signal processing and transmission via MMFs.

Lignocellulosic fraction-induced niche differentiation within dissimilatory iron reducing bacterial groups in a paddy soil

Responses of soil DIRB to lignocellulosic fractions during a 6-week microcosm incubation were investigated.Anaeromyxobacter,Bacillus,and Clostridium maintained their domi-nance throughout the incubation.Distinct DIRB groups proliferated under specific lignocellulosic fraction amendments.Limits of insufficient ferric iron on the proliferation varied by DIRB group.Dissimilatory iron reducing bacteria(DIRB)are phylogenetically and physi-ologically diverse in paddy soils,where iron reduction closely couples with the oxidation of rice straw-derived carbon in the straw returning scenarios.However,few studies have addressed the niche differentiation within DIRB groups during the degradation of lignocellulosic fractions of rice straw.This study conducted a 6-week microcosm incubation experiment to reveal the distinct responses of DIRB groups under specific lignocellulosic fraction amendments with and without ferrihydrite(Fh)addition in a flooded paddy Ultisol.Results showed that the total absolute abundance of the 19 detected DIRB groups did not vary significantly during the incubation.Anaeromyxobacter,Bacillus,and Clostridium were the dominant DIRB groups for all lignocellulosic treatments whereas Thermincola was dominant but only under xylan amendment with Fh addition.DIRB-nodes in the co-occurrence networks of bacterial community mainly belonged to Anaeromyxobacter and Bacillus.Clostridium and Thermincola,Alkaliphilus and Anaeromyxobacter,and Alicyclobacillus,Desulfobulbus,and Desulfosporosinus were specifically proliferated under xylan,cellulose,and lignin amendments,respectively.Whether the proliferation was limited by insufficient ferric iron varied by bacterial group.These findings suggested the lignocellulosic fraction-induced niche differentiation within DIRB groups,which advanced our understanding of the ecology of DIRB in paddy soils under straw returning.

BACKGROUND Differences in the preoperative characteristics and weight loss outcomes after sleeve gastrectomy(SG)between patients with familial aggregation of obesity(FAO)and patients with sporadic obesity(SO)have not been elucidated.AIM To explore the impact of SG on weight loss and the alleviation of obesity-related comorbidities in individuals with FAO.METHODS A total of 193 patients with obesity who underwent SG were selected.Patients with FAO/SO were matched 1:1 by propensity score matching and were categorized into 4 groups based on the number of first-degree relatives with obesity(1 SO vs 1FAO,2SO vs 2FAO).The baseline characteristics,weight loss outcomes,prevalence of obesity-related comorbidities and incidence of major surgeryrelated complications were compared between groups.RESULTS We defined FAO as the presence of two or more first-degree relatives with obesity.Patients with FAO did not initially show significant differences in baseline data,short-term postoperative weight loss,or obesity-related comorbidities when compared to patients with SO preoperatively.However,distinctions between the two groups became evident at the two-year mark,with statistically significant differences in both percentage of total weight loss(P=0.006)and percentage of excess weight loss(P<0.001).The FAO group exhibited weaker remission of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)(P=0.031),hyperlipidemia(P=0.012),and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)(P=0.003)as well as a lower incidence of acid reflux(P=0.038).CONCLUSION FAO patients is associated with decreased mid-to-long-term weight loss outcomes;the alleviation of T2DM,hyperlipidemia and NAFLD;and decreased incidence of acid reflux postoperatively.

Influences of shale microstructure on mechanical properties and bedding fractures distribution

The difference in microstructure leads to the diversity of shale mechanical properties and bedding fractures distribution patterns. In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of Longmaxi marine shale and Qingshankou continental shale were studied by X-ray diffractometer(XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope(FE-SEM) with mineral analysis system, and nanoindentation.Additionally, the typical bedding layers area was properly stratified using Focused Ion Beam(FIB), and the effects of microstructure and mechanical properties on the distribution patterns of bedding fractures were analyzed. The results show that the Longmaxi marine shale sample contains more clay mineral grains, while the Qingshankou continental shale sample contains more hard brittle mineral grains such as feldspar. For Longmaxi marine shale sample, hard brittle minerals with grain sizes larger than 20 μm is18.24% and those with grain sizes smaller than 20 μm is 16.22%. For Qingshankou continental shale sample, hard brittle minerals with grain sizes larger than 20 μm is 40.7% and those with grain sizes smaller than 20 μm is 11.82%. In comparison to the Qingshankou continental shale sample, the Longmaxi marine shale sample has a lower modulus, hardness, and heterogeneity. Laminated shales are formed by alternating coarse-grained and fine-grained layers during deposition. The average single-layer thickness of Longmaxi marine shale sample is greater than Qingshankou continental shale sample. The two types of shale have similar bedding fractures distribution patterns and fractures tend to occur in the transition zone from coarse-grained to fine-grained deposition. The orientation of the fracture is usually parallel to the bedding plane and detour occurs in the presence of hard brittle grains. The fracture distribution density of the Longmaxi marine shale sample is lower than that of the Qingshankou continental shale sample due to the strong heterogeneity of the Qingshankou continental shale. Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer(BC)has been the most challenging subtype of BC,consisting of 20%of BC with an apparent correlation with poor prognosis.Despite that pyrotinib,a new HER2 inhibitor,has led to dramatic improvements in prognosis,the efficacy of pyrotinib monotherapy remains largely restricted due to its acquired resistance.Therefore,identifying a new potential antitumor drug in combination with pyrotinib to amplify therapeutic efficacy is a pressing necessity.Here,we reported a novel combination of pyrotinib with chrysin and explored its antitumor efficacy and the underlying mechanism in HER2-positive BC.We determined that pyrotinib combined with chrysin yielded a potent synergistic effect to induce more evident cell cycle arrest,inhibit the proliferation of BT-474 and SK-BR-3 BC cells,and repress in vivo tumor growth in xenograft mice models.This may be attributed to enhanced autophagy induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress.Furthermore,the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin induced ubiquitination and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase(G6PD)degradation by upregulating zinc finger and BTB/POZ domain-containing family protein 16(ZBTB16)in tumorigenesis of BC.Mechanistically,we identified that miR-16-5p was a potential upstream regulator of ZBTB16,and it showed a significant inverse correlation with ZBTB16.Inhibition of miR-16-5p overexpression by restoring ZBTB16 significantly potentiated the overall antitumor efficacy of pyrotinib combined with chrysin against HER2-positive BC.Together,these findings demonstrate that the combined treatment of pyrotinib and chrysin enhances autophagy in HER2-positive BC through an unrecognized miR-16-5p/ZBTB16/G6PD axis.

Direct ink writing of multifunctional gratings with gel-like MXene/norepinephrine ink for dynamic electromagnetic interference shielding and patterned Joule heating

Intelligent electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding modulators with a wide tuning range and cyclic stability are urgently needed but their fabrication remains challenging.A gel-like MXene/norepinephrine ink is developed and multifunctional MXene gratings with wide EMI shielding effectiveness(SE)tuning range,superior reversibility,and high mechanical flexibility are constructed by direct ink writing approach for dynamic EMI shielding and patterned Joule heating applications.The modulable MXene/norepinephrine grating with a high conductivity of 3510 S·cm-1 can conveniently realize the seamless modulation of the EMI SE by adjusting the angle between the MXene grating filaments and the electric field of the incident electromagnetic waves,offering highly reversible switching between shielding“On”(28.0 dB)and“Off”(0.5 dB)states.Notably,due to the optimized integration of the MXene ink and the rationally designed pattern,a superior specific EMI SE of 95,688.2 dB·cm^(2)·g^(-1) is achieved in the“On”state.Furthermore,the MXene/norepinephrine ink can be used to fabricate many complex patterned gratings with superior stability,instant responsibility,and superb mechanical flexibility,exhibiting a unique patterned Joule heating behavior.Direct writing of multifunctional gratings paves a means for developing intelligent EMI shielding materials,wearable electronic devices,and advanced thermal management materials.

Phase behavior of gas condensate in porous media using real-time computed tomography scanning

The phase behavior of gas condensate in reservoir formations differs from that in pressure-volume-temperature(PVT)cells because it is influenced by porous media in the reservoir formations.Sandstone was used as a sample to investigate the influence of porous media on the phase behavior of the gas condensate.The pore structure was first analyzed using computed tomography(CT)scanning,digital core technology,and a pore network model.The sandstone core sample was then saturated with gas condensate for the pressure depletion experiment.After each pressure-depletion state was stable,realtime CT scanning was performed on the sample.The scanning results of the sample were reconstructed into three-dimensional grayscale images,and the gas condensate and condensate liquid were segmented based on gray value discrepancy to dynamically characterize the phase behavior of the gas condensate in porous media.Pore network models of the condensate liquid ganglia under different pressures were built to calculate the characteristic parameters,including the average radius,coordination number,and tortuosity,and to analyze the changing mechanism caused by the phase behavior change of the gas condensate.Four types of condensate liquid(clustered,branched,membranous,and droplet ganglia)were then classified by shape factor and Euler number to investigate their morphological changes dynamically and elaborately.The results show that the dew point pressure of the gas condensate in porous media is 12.7 MPa,which is 0.7 MPa higher than 12.0 MPa in PVT cells.The average radius,volume,and coordination number of the condensate liquid ganglia increased when the system pressure was between the dew point pressure(12.7 MPa)and the pressure for the maximum liquid dropout,Pmax(10.0 MPa),and decreased when it was below Pmax.The volume proportion of clustered ganglia was the highest,followed by branched,membranous,and droplet ganglia.This study provides crucial experimental evidence for the phase behavior changing process of gas condensate in porous media d

Inherent thermal-responsive strategies for safe lithium batteries

Safe batteries are the basis for next-generation application scenarios such as portable energy storage devices and electric vehicles,which are crucial to achieving carbon neutralization.Electrolytes,separators,and electrodes as main components of lithium batteries strongly affect the occurrence of safety accidents.Responsive materials,which can respond to external stimuli or environmental change,have triggered extensive attentions recently,holding great promise in facilitating safe and smart batteries.This review thoroughly discusses recent advances regarding the construction of high-safety lithium batteries based on internal thermal-responsive strategies,together with the corresponding changes in electrochemical performance under external stimulus.Furthermore,the existing challenges and outlook for the design of safe batteries are presented,creating valuable insights and proposing directions for the practical implementation of safe lithium batteries.
