元胞面积相同的增强型垂直GaN/AlGaN异质结场效应管比横向HFET能承受更高的电压和更大的电流,适用于大功率领域,但在耐压时漂移区场强峰值高而容易提前击穿。提出了一种嵌入分段半超结的增强型垂直HFET,利用p型掺杂GaN栅和p+型掺杂GaN电流阻挡层抬高GaN/AlGaN异质结导带至费米能级之上,在栅压为0时夹断异质结的2DEG沟道,实现增强功能;在漂移区两侧插入2段p-GaN柱,形成p/n/p型离散半超结,改善电场均匀性。采用Silvaco TCAD软件模拟了Al组份、CBL浓度、p-GaN柱的宽度和厚度等参数对器件性能的影响。结果表明,相比于包含普通半超结的HFET,器件的击穿电压提升了8.67%,静态品质因数提升了11.25%,导通延时缩短了16.38%,关断延时缩短了3.80%,可为设计高性能HFET提供新思路。

Plant hormones are important for regulating growth,development,and plant-pathogen *** of them are inhibitory to growth of fungal pathogens but the underlying mechanism is not *** this study,we found that hyphal growth of Fusarium graminearum was significantly reduced by high concentrations of IAA and its metabolically stable analogue 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D).Besides inhibitory effects on growth rate,treatments with 2,4-D also caused significant reduction in conidiation,conidium germination,and germ tube *** with 2,4-D had no obvious effect on sexual reproduction but significantly reduced TRI gene expression,toxisome formation,and DON *** importantly,treatments with 2,4-D were inhibitory to infection structure formation and pathogenesis at concentrations higher than 100μ*** presence of 1000μM 2,4-D almost completely inhibited plant infection and invasive *** ***,2,4-D induced ROS accumulation and FgHog1 activation but reduced the phosphorylation level of Gpmk1 MAP *** analysis showed that the accumulation of a number of metabolites such as glycerol and arabitol was increased by 2,4-D treatment in the wild type but not in the Fghog1 *** expressing the dominant active FgPBS2^(S451D T455D) allele were less sensitive to 2,4-D and had elevated levels of intracellular glycerol and arabitol induced by 2,4-D in *** together,our results showed that treatments with 2,4-D interfere with two important MAP kinase pathways and are inhibitory to hyphal growth,DON biosynthesis,and plant infection in ***.

Effect of surfactant frequently used in soil flushing on oxygen mass transfer in micro-nano-bubble aeration system

In-site soil flushing and aeration are the typical synergetic remediation technology for contaminated *** surfactant present in flushing solutions is bound to affect the aeration *** purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of surfactant frequently used in soil flushing on the oxygen mass transfer in micro-nano-bubble(MNB)aeration ***,bio-surfactants and chemical surfactants were used to investigate their effects on Sauter mean diameter of bubble(dBS),gas holdup(ε),volumetric mass-transfer coefficient(kLa)and liquid-side mass-transfer coefficient(kL)in the MNB aeration ***,based upon the experimental results,the Sardeing's and Frossling's models were modified to describe the effect of surfactant on kL in the MNB *** results showed that,for the twenty aqueous surfactant solutions,with the increase in surfactant concentration,the value of dBS,kLa and kL decreased,while the value ofεand gas-liquid interfacial area(a)*** phenomena were mainly attributed to the synergistic effects of immobile bubble surface and the suppression of coalescence in the surfactant *** addition,with the presence of electric charge,MNBs in anionic surfactant solutions were smaller and higher in number than in non-ionic surfactant ***,the accumulation of surfactant on the gas-liquid interface was more conspicuous for small MNB,so the reduction of kL in anionic surfactant solutions was larger than that in non-ionic surfactant ***,the modified Frossling's model predicted the effect of surfactant on kL in MNB aeration system with reasonable accuracy.

Intensive management is known to markedly alter soil carbon(C)storage and turnover in Moso bamboo forests compared with extensive ***,the effects of intensive management on soil respiration(RS)components remain *** study aimed to evaluate the changes in different RScomponents(root,mycorrhizal,and free-living microorganism respiration)in Moso bamboo forests under extensive and intensive management practices.A1-year in-situ microcosm experiment was conducted to quantify the RScomponents in Moso bamboo forests under the two management practices using mesh screens of varying *** results showed that the total RSand its components exhibited similar seasonal variability between the two management *** with extensive management,intensive management significantly increased cumulative respiration from mycorrhizal fungi by 36.73%,while decreased cumulative respiration from free-living soil microorganisms by 8.97%.Moreover,the abundance of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)increased by 43.38%,but bacterial and fungal abundances decreased by 21.65%and 33.30%,respectively,under intensive *** management practices significantly changed the bacterial community composition,which could be mainly explained by soil pH and available *** fungi and intensive management affected the interrelationships between bacterial *** equation modeling indicated that intensive management changed the cumulative RSby elevating AMF abundance and lowering bacterial *** concluded that intensive management reduced the microbial respiration-derived C loss,but increased mycorrhizal respiration-derived C loss.

Although some species that accumulate only cyanidin(Cy)in nature can produce blue flowers through iron ions,there has been no evidence of blue chrysanthemums being generated in this *** study revealed that flavonoid extracts from the ray florets of the chrysanthemum cultivar‘Wandai Fengguang’turned blue when exposed to Fe^(3+).Samples that could turn blue were labeled as CB(Cy-determined blue flowers),while samples that did not turn blue were labeled as CN(Cy-determined non-blue flowers).After a series of experiments,a stable screening system was established using flavonoid extracts containing NaAc buffer at pH 5.5 and a total anthocyanin concentration(TAC)of 30 μmol·L^(-1),and the addition of Fe^(3+)from 0 to 0.25 μmol·L^(-1)allowed for the selection of five CB samples from 39 chrysanthemum *** five CB samples exhibited flower color phenotypes that belonged to Cluster-I with redness(a*)values ranging from 29.03 to 45.99,yellowness(b*)values from-11.31 to 3.77,and brightness(L*)values from 29.07 to ***,the ratio of TAC to total luteolin concentration(TLC)was found to be a critical factor for distinguishing between CB and CN *** realize the desired blue hue in the flavonoid extracts with the participation of Fe^(3+),a TAC to TLC ratio of 2.25 and above is ***,the protoplasts and ray florets of CB samples that turned blue with the involvement of Fe^(2+)showed great potential for cultivating blue chrysanthemums through ferric-anthocyanin ***,this study reveals that blue flowers can be cultivated through the increase in the iron ion concentration,combined with the accumulation of Cy.

There is an increasingly urgent need to develop cost-effective electrocatalysts with high catalytic activity and stability as alternatives to the traditional Pt/C in catalysts in water *** this study,microspheres composed of Mo-doped NiCoP nanoneedles supported on nickel foam were prepared to address this *** results show that the nanoneedles provide sufficient active sites for efficient electron transfer;the small-sized effect and the micro-scale roughness enhance the entry of reactants and the release of hydrogen bubbles;the Mo doping effectively improves the electrocatalytic performance of NiCoP in alkaline *** catalyst exhibits low hydrogen evolution overpotentials of 38.5 and 217.5 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2) and high current density of 500 mA·cm^(-2),respectively,and only 1.978 V is required to achieve a current density of 1000 mA·cm^(-2) for overall water *** functional theory(DFT)calculations show that the improved hydrogen evolution performance can be explained as a result of the Mo doping,which serves to reduce the interaction between NiCoP and intermediates,optimize the Gibbs free energy of hydrogen adsorption(△G_(*H)),and accelerate the desorption rate of **** study provides a promising solution to the ongoing challenge of designing efficient electrocatalysts for high-current-density hydrogen production.

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers *** results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.
