Small cell lung cancer(SCLC)is the most aggressive lung cancer with high *** SCLC cells derived from the Rb1L/L/Trp53L/L(RP)autochthonous mouse model grew as adhesion or suspension in cell culture,and the adhesion cells are defined as non-neuroendocrine(non-NE)SCLC ***,we uncover the heterogenous subpopulations within the non-NE cells and referred to them as mesenchymallike(Mes)and epithelial-like(Epi)SCLC *** Mes cells have increased capability to form colonies in soft agar and harbored stronger metastatic capability in vivo when compared with the Epi *** Set Enrichment Analysis reveals that the transforming growth factor(TGF)-βsignaling is enriched in the Mes ***,inhibition of the TGF-βsignaling through ectopic expression of dominant-negative Tgfbr2(Tgfbr2-DN)or treatment with Tgfbr1 inhibitor SD-208 consistently abrogates tumor metastasis in nude mouse allograft ***,genetic deletion of Tgfbr2 or Smad4,the key components of the TGF-βsignaling pathway,dramatically attenuates SCLC metastasis in the RP autochthonous mouse ***,our results uncover the high heterogeneity in non-NE SCLC cells and highlight an important role of TGF-βsignaling in promoting SCLC metastasis.

It was showed that the sedimentary environment of lacustrine basins is more susceptible to basin size than that of marine basins,leading to frequent changes in sedimentary environment and large differences in sediment supply and *** on the comprehensive analysis of clay minerals,spore pollen,major elements and trace elements,the sedimentary environment of Dongying Formation and its evolution in Bozhong Sag were *** results showed that during the sedimentary period of Dongying Formation,the study area was in a subtropical warm and humid climate as a *** addition,the vertical distribution of spore pollen and algae was divided into four zones and each one represents different sedimentary *** zone I is characterized by a large number of spore pollen and algae,including juglanspollenites verus,ulmipollemites minor,abietineaepollenites and pinuspollenites,taxodiaceaepollenites hiatus,leiosphaeridia and granodiscus,and it indicates a relatively hot and dry climatic;Combination zone II mainly contains juglanspollenites verus,ulmipollemites minor,abietineaepollenites and pinuspollenites,pediastrum and *** with I,the number of spore pollen and algae decreases,but the number of pediastrum increases a lot,which represents warm and humid *** combination zone III is dominated by abietineaepollenites and pinuspollenites and chaetosphaeridium,and the species and quantity decrease *** indicates a relatively hot and humid climate at that *** zone IV contains a small amount of spore pollen and algae,and it means the climate was warm and humid at that *** frequent changes of sedimentary environment in lacustrine basins are influenceded by regional tectonic environment and basin *** S/A and E-T parameters,the paleoclimate in the study area was delineated and 10 sedimentary environment interfaces were identified,which further illustrated the characteristics of frequent fluctuati

Electrical capacitance tomography(ECT)has great application potential inmultiphase processmonitoring,and its visualization results are of great significance for studying the changes in two-phase flow in closed *** this paper,compressed sensing(CS)theory based on dictionary learning is introduced to the inverse problem of ECT,and the K-SVD algorithm is used to learn the overcomplete dictionary to establish a nonlinear mapping between observed capacitance and sparse *** the trained overcomplete dictionary has the property to match few features of interest in the reconstructed image of ECT,it is not necessary to rely on the sparsity of coefficient vector to solve the nonlinear mapping as most algorithms based on CS ***-phase flow distribution in a cylindrical pipe was modeled and simulated,and three variations without sparse constraint based on Landweber,Tikhonov,and Newton-Raphson algorithms were used to rapidly reconstruct a 2-D image.

配电设备由于环境、人为、老化等因素的影响,使得运行状态日益变差,容易引发安全事故,威胁配电网的安全运行。为了避免上述事件的发生,提出基于物联网技术的配电设备运行状态实时监测研究。基于物联网技术搭建配电设备运行状态实时监测框架,以此为基础,结合配电设备主要故障类型,选取合适的配电设备运行状态实时监测指标,联合应用层次分析法与熵值赋权法确定监测指标的权重数值,通过累乘求和获取最终的监测结果,根据制定的运行状态判定规则,即可实现配电设备运行状态的实时监测。实验数据表明:应用提出方法后获得的监测结果与实际监测结果基本一致,充分证实了提出方法具备较佳的设备状态监测功能,符合配电设备的检修需求。

human adipose-derived stem cells(hASCs)are a promising cell type for bone tissue *** RNAs(circRNAs)have been shown to play a critical role in regulating various cell differentiation and involve in mesenchymal stem cell ***,how circRNAs regulate hASCs in osteogenesis is still ***,we found circ_0003204 was significantly downregulated during osteogenic differentiation of *** of circ_0003204 by si RNA or overexpression by lentivirus confirmed circ_0003204 could negatively regulate the osteogenic differentiation of *** performed dual-luciferase reporting assay and rescue experiments to verify circ_0003204 regulated osteogenic differentiation via sponging *** predicted and confirmed that miR-370-3p had targets in the 3′-UTR of HDAC4 m *** following rescue experiments indicated that circ_0003204 regulated the osteogenic differentiation of hASCs via miR-370-3p/HDAC4 *** in vivo experiments showed the silencing of circ_0003204 increased the bone formation and promoted the expression of osteogenic-related proteins in a mouse bone defect model,while overexpression of circ_0003204 inhibited bone defect *** findings indicated that circ_0003204 might be a promising target to promote the efficacy of hASCs in repairing bone defects.

The conventional p-n heterojunction photocatalysts suffer from the incompatibility between the interfacial charge transfer efficiency and the redox ability of charge *** optimize the interfacial charge transfer of the conventional BiOI/TiO_(2) p-n photocatalyst,we synthesized the BiOI/Bi/TiO_(2) ternary photocatalyst with sandwiched metallic bismuth(Bi~0)by the oxygen-vacancy assisted *** DFT calculation and structural characterizations confirmed the reaction of the electron-rich oxygen vacancies in the 2D-TiO_(2) nanosheets(TiO_(2)-NS)with the adsorbed BiO~+*** reaction broke the Bi-O bonds to form Bi^(0) nanoparticles in-situ at the interface but still maintained the p-n heterojunction *** NO-TPD and XRD analyses for samples correlated the Bi~0 formation with the oxygen vacancy concentrations *** sandwiched Bi~0 functioned as an electronic transfer mediator like that in the Z-scheme *** with 0.20 BiOI/TiO_(2)-NP(NP,Nanoparticles),0.20 BiOI/Bi/TiO_(2)-NS-a(NS,Nanosheet)showed a much improved catalytic performance,i.e.,duplicated apparent quantum yield(AQY)and triplicated reaction rate constant(k).Also,the formation mechanism and the reaction mechanism were investigated in *** work provides a new strategy for the improving of the conventional p-n photocatalysts and new insights into the nature of the photocatalysis.

A Facile and Green Construction of Biomimetic, Fluorine-free and Superhydrophobic Melamine Sponge with Magnetic-driven Function for Efficient Oil–water Separation and Oil Absorption

Inspired by nature,a superhydrophobic and magnetic melamine sponge(BFSM-MF)was fabricated by a one-step dip-coating *** at replacing nano-Fe_(3)O_(4) particles with a complex preparation process and high cost,the commercial and cheap Fe_(3)O_(4) originated from magnetite was employed as a magnetic *** acquire superhydrophobicity,the hierarchical mirco/nano-sized structure with low surface energy was mainly contributed by bonding hydrophobic Fe_(3)O_(4) and graphene with silicone resin onto the surface of the melamine *** results demonstrated that the water and oil static contact angle values of BFSM-MF were 160°and 0°,revealing that BFSM-MF was superhydrophobic and ***,the self-cleaning ability,magnetic-driven oil absorption ability and continuous oil–water separation performance of BFSM-MF have also been *** expected,BFSM-MF possessed magnetic-driven oil absorption ability and the oil–water separation efficiency for light oil reaches 98%±1%.In addition,the adsorption capacity and recycling performance of diff erent organic solvents were systematically ***,the development of biomimetic,fluorine-free and superhydrophobic foam with magnetic-driven eff ect has potential application value in marine oil spill treatment and separation of domestic oil pollution.
