低压配电网分类有利于提高低压配电网经济运行管理措施及新能源规划运行方案制定的效率。随着各类新能源、充电桩等新型源荷的不断接入,低压配电网原有负荷特征发生变化,一方面导致配电网负荷特征复杂,另一方面导致变化后可用的新负荷特征数据较少,给配电网分类带来挑战。针对以上挑战,提出一种基于卷积自编码器和模型不可知元学习(convolutional neural network-auto encoder-model agnostic meta learning,CNN-AE-MAML)的低压配电网自适应分类方法。首先,利用卷积自编码器(convolutional neural network auto encoder,CNN-AE)提取可表征低压配电网的配变负荷、光伏发电特征,采用谱聚类(spectral clustering,SC)对低压配电网进行分类;然后,构建基于softmax配电网类型识别方法,利用低压配电网实际数据的降维特征识别配电网类型;此外,利用模型不可知元学习(model-agnostic meta-learning,MAML)方法训练CNN-AE特征提取模型,使CNN-AE模型在少量数据下能自适应提取配电网新负荷特征,最终实现低压配电网准确、快速自适应分类。最后,利用低压配电网实际数据验证了所提方法的有效性。

Sodium-ion batteries (SIBs) are promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) for large-scale energy storage considering the abundance and low cost of Na-containing resources. However, the energy density of SIBs has been limited by the typically low specific capacities of traditional intercalation-based cathodes. Metal fluorides, in contrast, can deliver much higher capacities based on multi-electron conversion reactions. Among metal fluorides, CuF_(2) presents a theoretical specific capacity as high as 528 mAh/g while its Na-ion storage mechanism has been rarely reported. Here, we report CuF_(2) as a SIB cathode, which delivers a high capacity of 502 mAh/g but suffers from poor electrochemical reversibility. As a solution, we adjust the cell configuration by inserting a carbon-coated separator, which hinders the transportation of dissolved Cu ions and improves the reversibility of the CuF_(2) cathode. By using in-situ XRD measurements and theoretical calculation, we propose that a one-step conversion reaction occurs during the discharge process, and a reconversion reaction competes with the oxidization of Cu to dissolved Cu ion during the charge process.

NH_(3)-SCR is an effective mean of NOxremoval in the non-electric industry, however, the high activation temperature and poor H_(2)O resistance of SCR catalysts posed a barrier to its application. In this work, a series of three-dimensionally ordered macroporous(3DOM) catalysts were synthesized via a colloidal crystal template(CCT) method, and various characterizations were carried out to explore the physicochemical property of catalysts. The experiment results reveal that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst presents the excellent low-temperature catalytic activity of nearly 100% at 100℃. Furthermore, the enhanced H_(2)O resistance is achieved, certified by the unaffected NO remove at 150℃ in the participation of 15 vol% H_(2)O. The characterizations results exhibit that the improved dispersion of the active component and enhanced redox ability are conducive to the low-temperature catalytic activity. N_(2) adsorption and desorption experiments indicate that catalyst with 3DOM support possesses a larger pore diameter and specific surface area, which may weaken the condensation of H_(2)O in the microporosity of catalysts and improved the H_(2)O resistance of the catalyst. In situ DRIFTS results manifest that Ce_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)/3DOM-TiO_(2) catalyst could not only absorb more NH_(3) and generate more surface-active sites, but inhibit the competitive adsorption between H_(2)O and SCR reactants.

配电设备由于环境、人为、老化等因素的影响,使得运行状态日益变差,容易引发安全事故,威胁配电网的安全运行。为了避免上述事件的发生,提出基于物联网技术的配电设备运行状态实时监测研究。基于物联网技术搭建配电设备运行状态实时监测框架,以此为基础,结合配电设备主要故障类型,选取合适的配电设备运行状态实时监测指标,联合应用层次分析法与熵值赋权法确定监测指标的权重数值,通过累乘求和获取最终的监测结果,根据制定的运行状态判定规则,即可实现配电设备运行状态的实时监测。实验数据表明:应用提出方法后获得的监测结果与实际监测结果基本一致,充分证实了提出方法具备较佳的设备状态监测功能,符合配电设备的检修需求。

The molybdenum carbide(Mo_(2)C)has been regarded as one of the most cost-efficient and stable electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)by the virtue of its Pt-like electronic ***,the inherent limitation of high density of empty valence band significantly reduces its catalytic reactivity by reason of strong hydrogen desorption ***,we propose a multiscale confinement synthesis method to design the nitrogen-rich Mo_(2)C for modulating the band structure via decomposing the pre-coordination bonded polymer in a pressure-tight tube sealing ***-bonded c/N-Mo in the coordination precursor constructs a micro-confinement space,enabling the homogeneous nitrogenization in-situ happened during the formation of Mo_(2)***,the evolved gases from the precursor decomposition in tube sealing system establish a macro-confinement environment,preventing the lattice N escape and further endowing a continuous *** the multiscale confinement effects,the nitrogen-rich Mo2C displays as high as 25%N-Mo concentration in carbide lattice,leading to a satisfactory band ***,the constructed nitrogen-rich Mo_(2)C reveals an adorable catalytic activity for HER in both alkaline and acid *** is anticipated that the multiscale confinement synthesis strategy presents guideline for the rational design of electrocatalysts and beyond.
