Rapid and long-range distance measurements are essential in various industrial and scientific applications,and among them,the dual-comb ranging system attracts great attention due to its high ***,the tem-poral asynchronous sampling results in the tradeoff between frame rate and ranging precision,and the non-ambiguity range(NAR)is also limited by the comb cycle,which hinders the further advancement of the dual-comb ranging *** this constraint,we introduce a Vernier spectral interferometry to improve the frame rate and NAR of the ranging ***,leveraging the dispersive time-stretch technology,the dual-comb interferometry becomes spectral ***,the asynchronous time step is unlimited,and the frame rate is improved to 100 ***,dual-wavelength bands are introduced to implement a Vernier spectral interferometry,whose NAR is enlarged from 1.5 m to 1.5 ***,this fast and long-range system also demonstrated high precision,with a 22.91-nm Allan deviation over 10-ms averaging *** a result,the proposed Vernier spectral interferometry ranging system is promising for diverse applications that necessitate rapid and extensive distance measurement.

The dynamic mechanical behavior of Al-Mg-Si alloy was investigated under different strain rates by mechanical property and microstructure characterization,constitutive behavior analysis and numerical simulation in the present *** the strain rate increases,the yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and elongation increase first,then remain almost constant,and finally *** alloy always exhibits a typical ductile fracture mode,not depending on the strain ***,as the strain rate increases,the number of dimples gradually *** deformation can refine grains,however,the grain structure is slightly affected by the strain *** optimized Johnson-Cook constitutive equation was used to describe the mechanical behavior and obtained by fitting the true stress-strain *** parameter C was described by a function related to the strain *** fitting true stress-strain curves by the JC model agree very well with the experimental true stress-strain *** true stress-strain curves calculated by the finite element numerical simulation agree well with the experimental true stress-strain curves.

Intelligent gold nanocluster for effective treatment of malignant tumor via tumor-specific photothermal–chemodynamic therapy with AIE guidance

Precise and efficient therapy of malignant tumors is always a challenge. Herein, gold nanoclusters co-modified by aggregation-induced-emission（AIE） molecules, copper ion chelator（acylthiourea） and tumor-targeting agent（folic acid） were fabricated to perform AIE-guided and tumor-specific synergistic therapy with great spatio-temporal controllability for the targeted elimination and metastasis inhibition of malignant tumors. During therapy, the functional gold nanoclusters（Au NTF） would rapidly accumulate in the tumor tissue due to the enhanced permeability and retention effect as well as folic acid-mediated tumor targeting, which was followed by endocytosis by tumor cells. After that, the overexpressed copper ions in the tumor cells would trigger the aggregation of these intracellular Au NTF via a chelation process that not only generated the photothermal agent in situ to perform the tumor-specific photothermal therapy damaging the primary tumor, but also led to the copper deficiency of tumor cells to inhibit its ***, the copper ions were reduced to cuprous ions along with the chelation, which further catalysed the excess H2O2in the tumor cells to produce cytotoxic reactive oxygen species, resulting in additional chemodynamic therapy for enhanced antitumor efficiency. The aggregation of Au NTF also activated the AIE molecules to present fluorescence, which not only imaged the therapeutic area for real-time monitoring of this tumor-specific synergistic therapy, but also allowed us to perform near-infrared radiation at the correct time point and location to achieve optimal photothermal therapy. Both in vitro and in vivo results revealed the strong tumor elimination, effective metastasis inhibition and high survival rate of tumor-bearing mice after treatment using the Au NTF nanoclusters, indicating that this AIE-guided and tumor-specific synergistic strategy could offer a promising approach for tumor therapy.

Creep constitutive model considering nonlinear creep degradation of fractured rock

Stability analysis of underground constructions requires a model study of rock masses’ long-term performance. Creep tests under different stress conditions was conducted on intact granite and granite samples fractured at 30° and 45° angles. The experimental results indicate that the steady creep strain rates of intact and fractured rock present an exponential increase trend with the increase of stress level. A nonlinear creep model is developed based on the experimental results, in which the initial damage caused by fracture together with the damage caused by constant load have been taken into consideration. The fitting analysis results indicated that the model proposed is more accurate at identifying the full creep regions in fractured granite, especially the accelerated stage of creep deformation. The least-square fit error of the proposed creep model is significantly lower than that of Nishihara model by almost an order of magnitude. An analysis of the effects of elastic modulus, viscosity coefficient, and damage factors on fractured rock strain rate and creep strain is conducted. If no consideration is given to the effects of the damage, the proposed nonlinear creep model can degenerate into to the classical Nishihara model.

Filtering and regret network for spacecraft component segmentation based on gray images and depth maps

Identifying and segmenting spacecraft components is vital in many on-orbit space missions,such as on-orbit maintenance and component *** depth maps with visual images has been proven effective in improving segmentation ***,existing methods ignore the noise and fallacy in collected depth maps,which interfere with the network to extract representative features,decreasing the final segmentation *** this end,this paper proposes a Filtering and Regret Network(FRNet)for spacecraft component *** FRNet incorporates filtering and regret mechanisms to suppress the abnormal depth response in shallow layers and selectively reuses the filtered cues in deep layers,avoiding the detrimental effects of low-quality depth information while preserving the semantic context inherent in depth ***,a two-stage feature fusion module is proposed,which involves information interaction and *** module effectively explores the feature correlation and unifies the multimodal features into a comprehensive ***,a large-scale spacecraft component recognition dataset is constructed for training and evaluating spacecraft component segmentation *** results demonstrate that the FRNet achieves a state-of-the-art performance with a mean Intersection Over Union(mIOU)of 84.13%and an average inference time of 133.2 ms when tested on an NVIDIA RTX 2080 SUPER GPU.

tWe proposed a facile synthesis of single-Ni-atom catalysts on low-cost porous carbon using a calcina-tion method at the temperatures of 850-1000°C,which were used for CO_(2) electrochemical reduction to *** porous carbon was prepared by carbonizing cheap and abundant humic *** structural characterizations of the as-synthesized catalysts and their electrocatalytic performances were *** results showed that the single-Ni-atom catalyst activated at 950°C showed an optimum catalytic performance,and it reached a CO Faradaic efficiency of 91.9% with a CO partial current density of 6.9 mAcm^(-2)at-0.9 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE).Additionally,the CO Faradaic efficiency and current density of the optimum catalyst changed slightly after 8 h of continuous operation,suggesting that it possessed an excellent *** structure-activity relations indicate that the variation in the CO_(2) electroche-mical reduction performance for the as-synthesized catalysts is ascribed to the combined effects of the increase in the content of pyrrolic N,the evaporation of Ni and N,the decrease in pore volume,and the change in graphitization degree.

The recent increase in blast/bombing incidents all over the world has pushed the development of effective strengthening approaches to enhance the blast resistance of existing civil *** geopolymer composite(EGC)is a promising material featured by eco-friendly,fast-setting and strain-hardening characteristics for emergent strengthening and ***,the fiber optimization for preparing EGC and its protective effect on structural elements under blast scenarios are *** this study,laboratory tests were firstly conducted to evaluate the effects of fiber types on the properties of EGC in terms of workability,dry shrinkage,and mechanical properties in compression,tension and *** experimental results showed that EGC containing PE fiber exhibited suitable workability,acceptable dry shrinkage and superior mechanical properties compared with other types of *** that,a series of field tests were carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of EGC retrofitting layer on the enhancement of blast performance of typical *** tests include autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC)masonry walls subjected to vented gas explosion,reinforced AAC panels subjected to TNT explosion and plain concrete slabs subjected to contact *** was found that EGC could effectively enhance the blast resistance of structural elements in different *** AAC masonry walls and panels,with the existence of EGC,the integrity of specimens could be maintained,and their deflections and damage were significantly *** plain concrete slabs,the EGC overlay could reduce the diameter and depth of the crater and spallation of specimens.

Membrane fouling inevitably occurs during nanofluidic reverse ***,the impact of multi-fouling on the energy conversion performance of negatively charged conical nanochannels under asymmetrical configurations is systematically *** results reveal that in Configuration I,where a high-concentration solution is applied at the tip side,at small concentration ratios,multiple foulings reduce the electric *** Configuration II,where a low-concentration solution is applied at the tip side,multiple foulings near the base side contribute to the electric *** fouling that formed near the lowconcentration entrance diminished the electric power and energy conversion ***-fouling lowered the electrical power consumption by 69.27%and 99.94%in Configurations I and II,*** Configuration I,the electric power first increased with increasing fouling surface charge density,reached its maximum value,and thereafter *** Configuration II,the electric power first decreased with increasing fouling surface charge density,reached its minimum value,and thereafter *** negative or positive charge densities of fouling contribute to the electric power and energy conversion efficiency.
