N-phenoxycarbonyl(NPC)as the monome.,which was obtained without the use of highly toxic reactants,such as phosgene or phosphorus halide,to synthesize P-Nme. under open-vessel *** adding BnNH_(2) as an initiator at 80℃,we can obtain controllable short chain length P-Nme. with narrow dispersity.

The synthetic gauge field and exotic vortex phase with spin-orbital-angular-mome.tum coupling

Ultracold atoms endowed with tunable spin-orbital-angular-mome.tum coupling(SOAMC)represent a promising avenue for delving into exotic quantum phenome.a. Building on recent experime.tal advanceme.ts, we propose the generation of synthetic gauge fields, and by including exotic vortex phases within spinor Bose-Einstein condensates, employing a combination of a running wave and Laguerre-Gaussian laser fields. We investigate the ground-state characteristics of the SOAMC condensate, revealing the eme.gence of exotic vortex states with controllable orbital angular mome.ta. It is shown that the interplay of the SOAMC and conventional spin-linear-mome.tum coupling induced by the running wave beam leads to the formation of a vortex state exhibiting a phase stripe hosting single multiply quantized singularity. The phase of the ground state will undergo the phase transition corresponding to the breaking of rotational symme.ry while preserving the mirror symme.ry. Importantly, the observed density distribution of the ground-state wavefunction, exhibiting broken rotational symme.ry, can be well characterized by the synthetic magnetic field generated through light interaction with the dressed spin state. Our findings pave the way for further exploration into the rotational properties of stable exotic vortices with higher orbital angular mome.ta against splitting in the presence of synthetic gauge fields in ultracold quantum gases.

Alzheime.’s disease is a prevalent and debilitating neurodegenerative condition that profoundly affects a patient’s daily functioning with progressive cognitive decline,which can be partly attributed to impaired hippocampal *** in the hippocampal dentate gyrus is likely to persist throughout life but declines with aging,especially in Alzheime.’s *** evidence indicated that RNA-binding protein 8A(Rbm8a)promotes the proliferation of neural progenitor cells,with lower expression levels observed in Alzheime.’s disease patients compared with healthy *** study investigated the hypothesis that Rbm8a overexpression may enhance neurogenesis by promoting the proliferation of neural progenitor cells to improve me.ory impairme.t in Alzheime.’s ***,Rbm8a overexpression was induced in the dentate gyrus of 5×FAD mice to validate this *** Rbm8a levels in the dentate gyrus triggered neurogenesis and abated pathological phenotypes(such as plaque formation,gliosis reaction,and dystrophic neurites),leading to ame.iorated me.ory performance in 5×FAD *** sequencing data further substantiated these findings,showing the enrichme.t of differentially expressed genes involved in biological processes including neurogenesis,cell proliferation,and amyloid protein *** conclusion,overexpressing Rbm8a in the dentate gyrus of 5×FAD mouse brains improved cognitive function by ame.iorating amyloid-beta-associated pathological phenotypes and enhancing neurogenesis.

Adaptive Control of Lower-Limb Exoskeletons for Walking Assistance Based on Inter-Joint Coordination

Unilateral motor impairme.t can disrupt the coordination between the joints,impeding the patient’s normal *** assist such patients to walk normally and naturally,an adaptive control algorithm based on inter-joint coordination was proposed in this work for lower-limb *** control strategy can generate the reference trajectory of the affected leg in real time.based on a motion coordination model between the joints,and adopt an adaptive controller with virtual windows to track the reference *** Short-Term me.ory(LSTM)network was also adopted to establish the coordination model between the joints of both lower limbs,which was optimized by preprocessing angle information and adding gait phase *** the adaptive controller,the virtual windows were symme.rically distributed around the reference trajectory,and its width was adjusted according to the gait phase of the auxiliary *** addition,the impedance parame.ers of the controller were updated online to match the motion capacity of the affected leg based on the spatiotemporal symme.ry factors between the bilateral *** LSTM coordination model demonstrated good accuracy and generality in the gait database of seven individuals,with an average root me.n square error of 3.5 and 4.1 for the hip and knee joint angle estimation,*** further evaluate the control algorithm,four healthy subjects walked wearing the exoskeleton while additional weights were added around the ankle joint to simulate an asymme.ric *** the experime.tal results,it was shown that the algorithm improved the gait symme.ry of the subjects to a normal level while exhibiting great adaptability to different subjects.
