BACKGROUND Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is a highly fatal disease with limited effective treatment especially after first-line *** human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2)immunohistochemistry(IHC)positive is associated with more aggressive clinical behavior and shorter overall survival in *** SUMMARY We present a case of multiple metastatic PDAC with IHC mismatch repair proficient but HER-2 IHC weakly positive at diagnosis that didn’t have tumor regression after first-line nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine and PD-1 inhibitor treatment.A novel combination therapy PRaG 3.0 of RC48(HER2-antibody-drug conjugate),radio-therapy,PD-1 inhibitor,granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and interleukin-2 was then applied as second-line therapy and the patient had confirmed good partial response with progress-free-survival of 6.5 months and overall survival of 14.2 *** had not developed any grade 2 or above treatment-related adverse events at any *** of peripheral CD8^(+) Temra and CD4^(+) Temra were increased during first two activation cycles of PRaG 3.0 treatment containing radiotherapy but deceased to the baseline during the maintenance cycles containing no *** PRaG 3.0 might be a novel strategy for HER2-positive metastatic PDAC patients who failed from previous first-line approach and even PD-1 immunotherapy but needs more data in prospective trials.

The photovoltaic grid-connected inverter is an important interface between the photovoltaic power generation system and power *** high-quality operation is directly related to the output power quality of the power *** order to further optimize the control effect of the quasi-Z source grid-connected photovoltaic inverter,a fuzzy proportional complex integral control(PCI)method is proposed for the current internal loop *** method can eliminate the steady-state error,and has the characteristic of zero steady-state error adjustment for the AC disturbance signal of a specific *** inductance-capacitance-inductance(LCL)filter is adopted in the grid-connected circuit,and the feedback capacitive current is taken as the control variable of the inner loop to form the active damping control method,which can not only effectively suppress the resonance of the LCL circuit,but also significantly inhibit the high-order harmonics in the grid-connected ***,a system simulation model is built in MATLAB/Simulink to verify the superiority and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Starch biosynthesis is important during endosperm development. Much has been known for the regulation of gene expression involved in starch synthesis, less information is available on the genome-wide expression profiles as a consequence of impaired starch synthesis. In this study, we examined the transcriptional responses through microarray analysis in an ae wx double-mutant with loss-of-function starch branching enzyme IIb （SBEIIb） and granule-bound starch synthase I （GBSSI）. Through Gene Ontology enrichment analysis, we identified differentially expressed genes （DEGs） involved in chromatin organization and lipid transport. The DEGs also include alcohol dehydrogenase genes and pyruvate decarboxylase genes involved in sugar metabolism. In summary, the ae wx double mutations caused pleiotropic effects and transcriptional changes for a number of genes involved in metabolism, cellular response and organization. Therefore, a block in starch synthesis triggers transcriptional responses to favour the flux of excess carbohydrates into glycolysis, pentose phosphate pathway, and cell wall biosynthesis, but not toward the synthesis of alternative storage compounds.

High-speed high-resolution analog-to-digital （A/D） conversion demanded by ultra wideband （UWB） signal processing is a very challenging problem. This paper proposes a parallel random projection method for UWB signal acquisition. The proposed method can achieve high sampling rate, high resolution and technical feasibility of hardware implementation. In the proposed method, an analog UWB signal is projected over a set of random sign functions. Then the low-rate high-resolution analog-to-digital convertors （ADCs） are used to sample the projection coefficients. The signal can be reconstructed by simple linear calculation with the sampling matrix, without complying with optimization algorithm and prior knowledge. In other aspects, unlike other approaches that need to utilize an accurate time-shift at extremely high frequency, or design a hybrid filter bank, or generate specific basis functions or work for signals with prior knowledge, the proposed method is a universal sampling approach and easy to apply. The simulation results of signal to noise ratio （SNR） and spurious-free dynamic range （SFDR） validate the efficiency of the proposed method for UWB signal acquisition.

Objective To investigate prognostic predictors of long-term survival of patients with cardiac amyloidosis （CA）, and to determine predictive value of high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T （hs-cTnT） in CA patients. Methods We recruited 102 consecutive CA cases and followed these patients for 5 years. We described their clinical characteristics at presentation and used a new, high-sensitivity assay to determine the concentration of cTnT in plasma samples from these patients. Results The patients with poor prognosis showed older age （56 ±12 years vs. 50 ±15 years, P=0.022）, higher incidences of heart failure （36.92%vs. 16.22%, P=0.041）, pericardial effusion （60.00%vs. 35.14%, P=0.023）, greater thickness of interventricular septum （IVS）（15 ±4 mm vs. 13 ±4 mm, P=0.034）, higher level of hs-cTnT （0.186 ±0.249 ng/mL vs. 0.044 ±0.055 ng/mL, P=0.001） and higher NT-proBNP （N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic pep-tide） levels （11,742 ± 10,464 pg/mL vs. 6,031 ± 7,458 pg/mL, P=0.006）. At multivariate Cox regression analysis, heart failure （HR：1.78, 95%CI：1.09-2.92, P=0.021）, greater wall thickness of IVS （HR：1.44, 95%CI：1.04-3.01, P=0.0375） and higher hs-cTnT level （HR：6.16, 95%CI：2.20-17.24, P=0.001） at enrollment emerged as independent predictors of all-cause mortality. Conclusions We showed that hs-cTnT is associated with a very ominous prognosis, and it is also the strongest predictor of all-cause mortality in multivariate analysis. Examination of hs-cTnT concentrations provides valuable prognostic information concerning long-term outcomes.

A hierarchical enhanced data-driven battery pack capacity estimation framework for real-world operating conditions with fewer labeled data

Battery pack capacity estimation under real-world operating conditions is important for battery performance optimization and health management,contributing to the reliability and longevity of batterypowered ***,complex operating conditions,coupling cell-to-cell inconsistency,and limited labeled data pose great challenges to accurate and robust battery pack capacity *** address these issues,this paper proposes a hierarchical data-driven framework aimed at enhancing the training of machine learning models with fewer labeled *** traditional data-driven methods that lack interpretability,the hierarchical data-driven framework unveils the“mechanism”of the black box inside the data-driven framework by splitting the final estimation target into cell-level and pack-level intermediate targets.A generalized feature matrix is devised without requiring all cell voltages,significantly reducing the computational cost and memory *** generated intermediate target labels and the corresponding features are hierarchically employed to enhance the training of two machine learning models,effectively alleviating the difficulty of learning the relationship from all features due to fewer labeled data and addressing the dilemma of requiring extensive labeled data for accurate *** only 10%of degradation data,the proposed framework outperforms the state-of-the-art battery pack capacity estimation methods,achieving mean absolute percentage errors of 0.608%,0.601%,and 1.128%for three battery packs whose degradation load profiles represent real-world operating *** high accuracy,adaptability,and robustness indicate the potential in different application scenarios,which is promising for reducing laborious and expensive aging experiments at the pack level and facilitating the development of battery technology.

To numerically study the impact of total temperature distortion on a transonic compressor with reduced computational costs,a Body-Force Model(BFM)is ***,the interactions between the distorted flow and the compressor are analyzed using full-annulus Unsteady Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes(URANS)results and the orbit *** is found that the induced swirl distortion and the mass flux nonuniformity are intensified in the compressor upstream flow field.A correction factor is thus added to the BFM to account for the effect of the induced swirl,which is crucial for the accurate representation of distortion transfer in the ***,steady simulations with large-amplitude 180circumferential total temperature distortion are performed using the developed *** is shown that the distorted compressor map simulated with the BFM matches well with URANS *** circumferential phase shift of total temperature and the generation of the additional total pressure distortion across the rotor are in line with the time-averaged URANS flow *** compressor upstream effects on the distorted inflow can also be exactly *** above-mentioned results demonstrate the BFM developed in this paper can effectively capture the distorted flow features inside the compressor,and significantly reduce the computational costs by five orders of magnitude compared with URANS.
