In this paper we characterize the Liouvillian integrable orthogonal separable Hamiltonian systems on T2 for a given metric, and prove that the Hamiltonian flow on any compact level hypersurface has zero topological entropy. Furthermore, by examples we show that the integrable Hamiltonian systems on T2 can have complicated dynamical phenomena. For instance they can have several families of invariant tori, each family is bounded by the homoclinic-loop-like cylinders and heteroclinic-loop-like cylinders. As we know, it is the first concrete example to present the families of invariant tori at the same time appearing in such a complicated way.

A fabrication method which integrates silicon anisotropic etching micromachining with UV-LIGA technology to make complex microstmetures is presented. This proposed combined process enables the fabrication of high-aspect-ratio and three-dimensional （3D） microstructures, which cannot be fabricated by silicon bulk mieromachining or UV-LIGA alone. To demonstrate this combined method, the 100μm thick SU-8 micro gears were fabricated on the silicon convex square structure, which is 100μm × 100μm× 80μm in dimension. In the subsequent micro hot embossing process, a novel type of plastics polyethylene terephtalate glycol （PETG） was tried for use. Through optimizing process parameters, PETG shows the potential of being used as plastic replica in micro-electro-mechanical system （MEMS）. This fabrication technology provides a new option for the increasing need of functionality, quality and economy of MEMS.

The increase in payload capacity of trucks has heightened the demand for cost-effective yet high performance brake *** this work,the thermal fatigue and wear of compacted graphite iron brake discs were investigated,aiming to provide an experimental foundation for achieving a balance between their thermal and mechanical *** graphite iron brake discs with different tensile strengths,macrohardnesses,specific heat capacities and thermal diffusion coefficients were produced by changing the proportion and strength of *** peak temperature,pressure load and friction coefficient of compacted graphite iron brake discs were analyzed through inertia friction *** morphology of thermal cracks and 3D profiles of the worn surfaces were also *** is found that the thermal fatigue of compacted graphite iron discs is determined by their thermal properties.A compacted graphite iron with the highest specific heat capacity and thermal diffusion coefficient exhibits optimal thermal fatigue *** of the matrix at low temperatures significantly weakens the function of alloy strengthening in hindering the propagation of thermal *** the reduced hardness,increasing the ferrite proportion can mitigate wear loss resulting from low disc temperatures and the absence of abrasive wear.

Identifying and segmenting spacecraft components is vital in many on-orbit space missions,such as on-orbit maintenance and component *** depth maps with visual images has been proven effective in improving segmentation ***,existing methods ignore the noise and fallacy in collected depth maps,which interfere with the network to extract representative features,decreasing the final segmentation *** this end,this paper proposes a Filtering and Regret Network(FRNet)for spacecraft component *** FRNet incorporates filtering and regret mechanisms to suppress the abnormal depth response in shallow layers and selectively reuses the filtered cues in deep layers,avoiding the detrimental effects of low-quality depth information while preserving the semantic context inherent in depth ***,a two-stage feature fusion module is proposed,which involves information interaction and *** module effectively explores the feature correlation and unifies the multimodal features into a comprehensive ***,a large-scale spacecraft component recognition dataset is constructed for training and evaluating spacecraft component segmentation *** results demonstrate that the FRNet achieves a state-of-the-art performance with a mean Intersection Over Union(mIOU)of 84.13%and an average inference time of 133.2 ms when tested on an NVIDIA RTX 2080 SUPER GPU.

Heat-resistant aluminum alloys are widely used in aerospace and automotive fields for manufacturing hot components due to their advantages in lightweight design and energy ***,the high-temperature strength of existing cast aluminum alloys is always limited to about 100 MPa at 350℃due to coarsening and transformation of strengthening ***,we reveal that the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the T6 state Al-8.4Cu-2.3Ce-1.0Mn-0.5Ni-0.2Zr alloy at 400◦C increase by 34%and 44%after re-aging at 300℃for 100 h,and its thermal strength exhibits distinguished ad-vantage over traditional heat-resistant aluminum *** enhanced elevated-temperature strength is attributed to the reprecipitation of the Ni-bearing T-Al_(20)Cu_(2)Mn_(3)phase,whose number density increases over one *** significant segregation of Ni,Ce,and Zr elements at the interfaces helps improve the thermal stability of the T *** thermostable T phase effectively strengthens the matrix by in-hibiting dislocation ***,a highly interconnected 3D intermetallic network along the grain boundaries can still remain after long-term re-aging at 300℃,which is conducive to imposing a drag on the grain boundaries at high *** finding offers a viable route for enhancing the elevated-temperature strength of heat-resistant aluminum alloys,which could provide expanded opportunities for higher-temperature applications.

High-power O-mode radio waves can excite artificial instabilities in the F region,according to experiments conducted at the European Incoherent Scatter Science Association(EISCAT)heating *** main instabilities include the parametric decay instability(PDI),oscillating two-stream instability(OTSI),and thermal parametric instability(TPI).The PDI and OTSI not only compete with each other,but also compete with the TPI,leading to a two-stage overshoot phenomenon:a miniovershoot occurs on a millisecond time scale after pump-on,followed by the main *** gain insight into the miniovershoot via a generalized Zakharov model,whereas the main overshoot can be observed as an enhanced plasma line overshoot phenomenon in incoherent scatter radar *** can also observe that the zero-frequency ion line exists only in the initial heating period after a cold start and that the upshifted and downshifted ion lines behave irregularly in the *** simulation results show that competition between the PDI and OTSI leads to an initial peak,which we named the *** following processes,namely ion density caviton generation,and collapse and cascade in the development of the PDI,contribute to the miniovershoot phenomenon.

A Novel Design of a Pre-separation Panel Structure to Protect Against the Impact of an Explosion in an Aircraft Plenum Chamber

To reduce the damage of the pressurizing panel structure of a fuselage caused by an explosion at the“least risk bomb location”in an aircraft structure,a new pre-separation panel structure was designed to resist blast ***,the dynamic strain response and morphology of impact damage of the new pre-separation panel were measured in an impact damage ***,the commercial software LS-DYNA was used to calculate the propagation of the blast shock wave,and the results were compared with empirical equations to verify the rationality of the numerical calculation ***,the fluid–structure coupling method was used to calculate the damage process of the pre-separation panel structure under the impact of an explosion wave and an impact *** calculated results were in good agreement with the test results,which showed the rationality of the calculation method and the *** residual strength of the damaged pre-separation panel was significantly higher than that of the original damaged *** results show that the new pre-separation panel structure is reasonable and has certain significance for guiding the design of plenum chambers with strong resistance to implosion for aircraft fuselages.

The prevalence of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and diabetes mellitus is notably high,posing sig-nificant residual cardiovascular risks even after routine interventions such as antihypertensive,lipid-lowering,and antithrombot-ic *** studies have demonstrated that certain glucose-lowering medications confer cardiovascular benefits for pa-tients with type 2 ***,a survey indicates that cardiologists may not be fully acquainted with the optimal screen-ing timing,indicators,and diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes,and there is insufficient awareness and a low rate of prescrip-tion of novel glucose-lowering medications with proven cardiovascular efficacy,such as glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agon-ists(GLP-1 RAs)and sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitors(SGLT-2i).In this context,based on domestic and international guidelines or consensus and the latest evidence-based evidence,this consensus aims to standardize the glycemic management for patients with acute coronary syndrome,chronic coronary syndrome,and perioperative management for percutaneous coronary *** highlights the key points of screening and diagnosis of type 2 diabetes,and the comprehensive management of cardiovascular risk in patients with *** consensus elaborates on the principles and algorithms of glycemic management for CHD patients,without involving acute complications of diabetes,clarifies the clinical practice of glucose-lowering medications with cardiovascular benefits,and promotes the standardized use of these medications in cardiovascular and other related spe-cialty ***,it addresses the glucose-lowering treatment to comprehensively reduce cardiovascular risks.

Anaerobic digestion(AD)of organic waste(OW)for methane production is generally *** of AD systems with traditional materials(e.g.,electroconductive materials)is a current focus of research and has been reported to assist methanogenesis by enhancing the productivity of microbial metabolism among syntrophic *** in the AD of organic wastewater,in which microbial cells come into direct contact with the dissolved substrate,in the complex multiphase AD system of OW,low substrate bioavailability is an inevitable obstacle to microbial syntrophism for ***,we propose that improving substrate bioavailability and microbial syntrophism is a powerful strategy for ensuring material-assisted efficient AD of *** on the above considerations,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),with their exceptionally high porosity,outstanding multi-functionality,and tuneable structures,have excellent potential for application in multiphase anaerobic systems of OW to integrate substrate bioavailability and microbial syntrophism and drive efficient *** addition,MOFs with designable and tuneable natures have great potential for use in identifying suitable materials for anaerobic systems for different types of OW via machine-learning technologies,thereby effectively enhancing methanogenesis from ***,the sustainable application of MOFs in AD and the corresponding environmental risks warrant further investigation.
