Underground pumped storage power plant(UPSP)is an innovative concept for space recycling of abandoned *** realization requires better understanding of the dynamic performance and durability of reservoir *** paper conducted ultrasonic detection,split Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)impact,mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP),and backscatter electron observation(BSE)tests to investigate the dynamical behaviour and microstructure of sandstone with cyclical dry-wet damage.A coupling FEM-DEM model was constructed for reappearing mesoscopic structure *** results show that dry-wet cycles decrease the dynamic compressive strength(DCS)with a maximum reduction of 39.40%,the elastic limit strength is reduced from 41.75 to 25.62 *** sieved fragments obtain the highest crack growth rate during the 23rd dry-wet cycle with a predictable life of 25 cycles for each rock *** pore fractal features of the macropores and micro-meso pores show great differences between the early and late cycles,which verifies the computational statistics analysis of particle *** numerical results show that the failure patterns are governed by the strain in pre-peak stage and the shear cracks are *** dry-wet cycles reduce the energy transfer efficiency and lead to the discretization of force chain and crack fields.

Maize(Zea mays L.)-soybean(Glycine max ***.)relay intercropping provides a way to enhance land ***,the late-planted soybean suffers from shading by the *** maize harvest,how the recovery growth influences the leaf and nodule traits remains unclear.A three-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of genotypes,i.e.,supernodulating(nts1007),Nandou 12(ND12),and Guixia 3(GX3),and crop configurations,i.e.,the interspecific row spacing of 45(I45),60(I60),75 cm(I75),and sole soybean(SS),on soybean recovery growth and N *** results showed that intercropping reduced the soybean total leaf area(LA)by reducing both the leaf number(LN)and unit leaflet area(LUA),and it reduced the nodule dry weight(NW)by reducing both the nodule number(NN)and nodule diameter(ND)compared with the *** correlation and principal component analysis(PCA)indicated a co-variability of the leaf and nodule traits in response to the genotype and crop configuration *** the recovery growth stages,the compensatory growth promoted soybean growth to reduce the gaps of leaf and nodule traits between intercropping and *** relative growth rates of ureide(RGR_U)and nitrogen(RGR_N)accumulation were higher in intercropping than in *** achieved more significant sucrose and starch contents compared with ***12 and GX3 showed more robust compensatory growth than nts1007 in *** the recovery growth of relay intercropping soybean improved biomass and nitrogen accumulation,ND12 gained a more significant partial land equivalent ratio(pLER)than *** I60 treatment achieved more robust compensation effects on biomass and N accumulation than the other ***,I60 showed a higher nodule sucrose content and greater shoot ureide and N accumulation than ***,intercropping ND12 with maize using an interspecific row spacing of 60 cm was optimal for both yield advantage and N accumulation.

Background:The incidence of clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)is globally high;however,despite the introduction of innovative drug therapies,there remains a lack of effective biomarkers for evaluating treatment ***,Caspase recruiting domain-containing protein 11(CARD11)has garnered attention due to its significant association with tumor development and the immune ***:The expression of CARD11 mRNA and protein in ccRCC were analyzed by public database and *** focus of this study is on the epigenomic modifications of CARD11,its expression of ccRCC immunophenotype,and its correlation with response to immunotherapy and targeted ***,to investigate the mechanism of this molecule’s influence on different biological behaviors of cells,cell tests in vitro have been conducted to observe the impact of its expression ***:CARD11 expression was upregulated which may be mainly modified by body methylation and was correlated with poor prognosis in *** the tumor microenvironment of ccRCC,CARD11 expression was positively correlated with increased T lymphocyte infiltration and increased expression of inhibitory immune ***,ccRCC patients with high CARD11 expression had a better response to immunotherapy and targeted *** knockdown of CARD11 ultimately suppressed the proliferation,migration,and invasion capabilities of ccRCC cells while simultaneously enhancing tumor cell ***:We identified CARD11 as a novel therapeutic biomarker for immunotherapy and targeted therapy in ccRCC.

Spatially resolved transcriptomics(SRT)is capable of comprehensively characterizing gene expression patterns and providing an unbiased image of spatial *** fully understand the organizational complexity and tumor immune escape mechanism,we propose stMGATF,a multiview graph attention fusion model that integrates gene expression,histological images,spatial location,and gene *** better extract information,stMGATF exploits SimCLRv2 for visual feature exaction and employs edge feature enhanced graph attention networks for the learning potential embedding of each view.A global attention mechanism is used to adaptively integrate 3 views to obtain low-dimensional *** to diverse SRT datasets,stMGATF is robust and outperforms other methods in detecting spatial domains and denoising data even with different resolutions and *** particular,stMGATF contributes to the elucidation of tissue heterogeneity and extraction of 3-dimensional expression ***,considering the associations between genes in tumors,stMGATF can identify the spatial dark genes ignored by traditional methods,which can be used to predict tumor-driving transcription factors and reveal tumor immune escape mechanisms,providing theoretical evidence for the development of new immunotherapeutic strategies.

In this paper, the main schemes of connection admission control (CAC) in ATM networks are briefly discussed especially the principle of dynamic bandwidth allocation. Then the fair share of the bandwidth among different traffic sources is analyzed based on cooperative game model. A CAC scheme is proposed using the genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the bandwidth-delay-product formed utilization function that ensures the fair share and accuracy of accepting/rejecting the incoming calls. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme ensures fairness of the shared bandwidth to different traffic sources.

Methanol(CH_(3)OH)is a liquid hydrogen(H_(2))source that effectively releases H_(2) and is convenient for *** thermocatalytic CH_(3)OH reforming reaction is used to produce H_(2),but this process needs to undergo high reaction temperature(e.g.,200℃)along with a catalyst and a large amount of carbon dioxide(CO_(2))*** photocatalysis and photothermal catalysis under mild conditions are proposed to replace the traditional thermal catalysis to produce H_(2) from CH_(3)OH,they still inevitably produce CO_(2) emissions that are detrimental to carbon ***,we,for the first time,report an ultrafast and highly selective production of H_(2) without any catalysts and no CO_(2) emission from CH_(3)OH by laser bubbling in liquid(LBL)at room temperature and atmospheric pressure.

Efficient energy storage devices with suitable electrode materials,that integrate high power and high energy,are the crucial requisites of the renewable power source,which have unwrapped new possibilities in the sustainable development of energy and the ***,a facile collagen microstructure modulation strategy is proposed to construct a nitrogen/oxygen dual-doped hierarchically porous carbon fiber with ultrahigh specific surface area(2788 m2g-1) and large pore volume(4.56 cm3g-1) via local microfibrous breakage/disassembly of natural structured *** operando spectroscopy and density functional theory unveil that the dual-heteroatom doping could effectively regulate the electronic structure of carbon atom framework with enhanced electric conductivity and electronegativity as well as decreased diffusion resistance in favor of rapid pseudocapacitive-dominated li+-storage(353 mAh g-1at 10 A g-1).Theoretical calculations reveal that the tailored micro-/mesoporous structures favor the rapid charge transfer and ion storage,synergistically realizing high capacity and superior rate performance for NPCF-H cathode(75.0 mAh g-1at 30 A g-1).The assembled device with NPCF-H as both anode and cathode achieves extremely high energy density(200 Wh kg-1)with maximum power density(42 600 W kg-1) and ultralong lifespan（80%capacity retention over 10 000 cycles）.
