Cellular relay networks adopting orthogonal frequency division multiple （OFDM） technology has been widely accepted for next generation wireless communication due to its advantage in enlarging coverage scale as well as improving data *** order to improve the performance of user equipments （UEs） near the cell edge,especially to avoid the interference from inter-cell and intra cell,an enhanced soft frequency reuse scheme is adopted in this paper to assure inter-cell interference coordination （ICIC）.Compared with traditional frequency allocation work,the proposed scheme is interference-aware and load-adaptive,which dynamically assigns available frequency among UEs under certain schedule method in variable traffic load condition and mitigates interference using information provided by interference *** can improve signal-to-interference plus noise ratio （SINR） of the UE in each sub channel thus enable the system achieve better throughput and blocking probability *** results prove that the proposed scheme may achieve desirable performance on throughput,blocking probability and spectral utilization in the sector under different traffic load compared with other schemes.

Liver diseases caused by various factors have become a significant threat to publichealth worldwide. Liver transplantation has been considered as the only effectivetreatment for end-stage liver diseases;however, it is limited by the shortage ofdonor organs, postoperative complications, long-term immunosuppression, andhigh cost of treatment. Thus, it is not available for all patients. Recently,mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation has been extensively explored forrepairing hepatic injury in various liver diseases. MSCs are multipotent adultprogenitor cells originated from the embryonic mesoderm, and can be found inmesenchymal tissues including the bone marrow, umbilical cord blood, adiposetissue, liver, lung, and others. Although the precise mechanisms of MSC transplantationremain mysterious, MSCs have been demonstrated to be able toprevent the progression of liver injury and improve liver function. MSCs can selfrenewby dividing, migrating to injury sites and differentiating into multiple celltypes including hepatocytes. Additionally, MSCs have immune-modulatoryproperties and release paracrine soluble factors. Indeed, the safety and effectivenessof MSC therapy for liver diseases have been demonstrated in ***, pre-clinical and clinical trials are largely required to confirm its safetyand efficacy before large scale clinical application. In this review, we will explorethe molecular mechanisms underlying therapeutic effects of MSCs on liverdiseases. We also summarize clinical advances in MSC-based therapies.

A structural model of a soft/hard compositecoated textured (SHCCT) tool was proposed and substantiated by a three-dimensional numerical simulation. Its dry turning performance as applied to AISI-1045 steel was analyzed via three-factor five-level orthogonal experiments for different coating parameters, including coating thickness, coating material, and thickness ratio of the soft and hard coatings. In addition, the cutting performance of the proposed SHCCT tool was compared with those of uncoated non-textured, coated non?textured, and uncoated textured tools, and its superiority was proved by the significant reductions in the cutting force, and specifically, the cutting temperature. The optimal results were provided by the SHCCT tool with a WS2/ZrN soft/hard composite coating, a 0.9:0.1 thickness ratio of the above ingredients, and a total coating thickness of 0.5 μm.

The rapidly increasing popularity of mobile devices has changed the methods with which people access various network services and increased net-work traffic *** the past few decades,network traffic identification has been a research hotspot in the field of network management and security ***,as more network services use encryption technology,network traffic identification faces many *** classic machine learning methods can solve many problems that cannot be solved by port-and payload-based methods,manually extract features that are frequently updated is time-consuming and *** learning has good automatic feature learning capabilities and is an ideal method for network traffic identification,particularly encrypted traffic identification;Existing recognition methods based on deep learning primarily use supervised learning methods and rely on many labeled ***,in real scenarios,labeled samples are often difficult to *** paper adjusts the structure of the auxiliary classification generation adversarial network(ACGAN)so that it can use unlabeled samples for training,and use the wasserstein distance instead of the original cross entropy as the loss function to achieve semisupervised *** results show that the identification accuracy of ISCX and USTC data sets using the proposed method yields markedly better performance when the number of labeled samples is small compared to that of convolutional neural network(CNN)based classifier.

It is necessary to quantitatively study the relationship between climate and human factors on net primary productivity(NPP)inorder to understand the driving mechanism of NPP and prevent *** study investigated the spatial and temporal differentiation features of actual net primary productivity(ANPP)in the Ili River Basin,a transboundary river between China and Kazakhstan,as well as the proportional contributions of climate and human causes to ANPP ***,we analyzed the pixel-scale relationship between ANPP and significant climatic *** in the Ili River Basin increased from 2001 to 2020 and was lower in the northeast and higher in the southwest;furthermore,it was distributed in a ring around the Tianshan *** the vegetation improvement zone,human activities were the dominant driving force,whereas in the degraded zone,climate change was the primary major driving *** correlation coefficients of ANPP with precipitation and temperature were 0.322 and 0.098,*** most areas,there was a positive relationship between vegetation change,temperature and *** 2001 to 2020,the basin’s climatic change trend was warm and humid,which promoted vegetation *** of the driving factors in the vegetation improvement area was moderate grazing by livestock.

All walks of life actively promoted emerging technologies when modern agricultural science and technology from the West were introduced to China in the late Qing Dynasty. Despite agricultural machinery being highly popular during the more than 100 years since, traditional farm tools have not been completely replaced and have instead gradually become symbols representing traditional farming culture. From the perspective of ecology and health, this paper discusses the values, scientific notions and corresponding styles of production and life associated with traditional agricultural tools as well as the multicultural values regarding traditional agricultural culture in modern society in China.
