The threshold voltage modulation of carbon nanotube thin-film transistors（TfTs） and flexible three-dimensional（3D） integration circuits has become hot research topics for carbon-based electronics. In this paper, a doping-free gate electrode technology is introduced to significantly modulate the threshold voltage of polymer-sorted semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotube（sc-SWCNT） TfTs in combination with the highly effective gate-controlling ability of solid-state electrolyte thin films as the dielectrics. A systematic investigation was conducted on the impact of printed silver, evaporated silver, and evaporated aluminum（Al） gate electrodes on the threshold voltage of flexible printed bottom-gate and top-gate SWCNT TfTs. The results indicate that the SWCNT TfTs with Al gate electrodes exhibit enhancement-mode characteristics with excellent electrical properties, such as the negative threshold voltages（-0.6 V）, high Ion/Ioff（up to 10～6）, low subthreshold swing(61.4 mV · dec-1), and small hysteresis. It is attributed to either the formation of lower work function thin films（Al2O3） at the electrode/dielectric layer interfaces through the natural oxidation of the Al bottom-gate electrodes or the dipole reaction of the Al top-gate electrodes from X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy（XPS） and ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy（UPS） data. In addition, 3D complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor（CMOS） inverters with common gate electrodes were constructed using the resulting enhancement-mode P-type SWCNT TfTs and matched N-type SWCNT TfTs, which shows high voltage gain（34）, rail-to-rail output and high noise margins(80.04%, VDD=-1 V)as well good mechanical flexibility at low operation voltages. It demonstrates that SWCNT TfTs have great advantages for building large-scale 3D flexible integrated circuits.

Understanding the properties of nuclei near the double magic nucleus^(40)Ca is crucial for both nuclear theory and *** this study,Ca isotopes were investigated using an extended pairing-plus-quadrupole model with monopole *** negative-parity states of^(44)Ca were coupled with the intruder orbital g_(9/2)at 4 *** values of E_(4+)/E_(2+)agree well with experimental trend from^(42)Ca to^(50)Ca,considering monopole effects between νf_(7/2)and νp_(3/2)(νf_(5/2)).This monopole effect,determined from data of^(48)Ca and^(50)Ca,supports the proposed new nuclear magic number N=34 by predicting a high-energy 2^(+)state in^(54)Ca.

Guanine-derived f,N co-doped carbon-shell encapsulated iron carbide nanoparticles for enhanced CO_(2)electroreduction activity

The development of highly selective,cost-effective,and energy-efficient electrocatalysts is critical for carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)to produce high-value ***,we propose a facile strategy to obtain f,N co-doped carbon-coated iron carbide(fe3C)nanoparticles by using biomolecule guanine and hexadecafluorophthalocyanine iron as raw ***,this method involves only one-step pyrolysis and does not require any guiding agent or sacrificial *** from the advantageous surface microenvironment adjustments achieved through graphitic N(GN)and f co-doping,fe3C@Nf-G-1000 demonstrates exceptional efficacy in the electroreduction of CO_(2)to carbon monoxide(CO)with an impressive faradic efficiency(fEco)up to 98%at the potential of−0.55 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE)).furthermore,it delivers a remarkable current density of up to−43 mA·cm^(−2)and exhibits virtually no current attenuation over a span of 20 h within the flow *** from density functional theory(DfT)calculations reveal that the composite structure of GN and f co-doped graphitic layer and fe3C exhibits different electron density distributions from that of iron carbide *** is attributed to the synergistic effect of the composite structure leading to the enrichment of electrons in the graphite layer on the surface,which contributes to the stability of the key reaction intermediate*COOH,thus,resulting in an enhanced catalytic activity and ***,this work introduces a new and promising approach to the design of green and low-cost carbon-coated metal materials for CO_(2)reduction reactions.

Precise separation and efficient recovery of Pd(Ⅱ) from high-level liquid waste by XAD-based adsorbents

Efficient separation of palladium (Pd（II）) from high-level liquid waste （HLLW） not only helps the safe disposal of nuclear waste,but also is a vital importan supplement to Pd（II） ***,16 kinds of nove Amberlite XAD resins-based adsorbents were prepared by vacuum impregnation method for the separation of Pd（II）from simulated HLLW,and the MMBT/XAD7HP prepared using 4-methyl-2-mercaptobenzothiazole （MMBT） as ligand and Amberlite XAD7HP resin （XAD7HP） as the carrier was selected as the optimal research *** analysis experiments proved the successful preparation of MMBT/XAD7HP,which exhibited ultrahigh adsorption selectivity for Pd（II）(distribution coefficient （Kd）≥12584.5 ml·g-1,separation factor (SfPd/M)≥2818.4) and superior adsorption capacity(Q≥130.1 mg·g-1).The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherms for Pd（II） matched with pseudo-secondorder （PSO） kinetics model and Langmuir model,indicating that the adsorption mode for Pd（II） by MMBT/XAD7 HP was monolayer chemical *** dynamic column experiments showed that MMBT/XAD7 HP achieved efficiently separation of Pd（II） from simulated HLLW,and the recovery rate was nearly 100% The adsorption mechanism was analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （fTIR）,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） and density functional theory（DfT）,and the ultrahigh selectivity of MMBT/XAD7 HP is attributed to the preferred affinity of the soft-N,S donor atoms in MMBT for Pd（II）.MMBT has the shortest frontline molecular orbital energy band gap （HOMO–LUMO） among the four ligands,which makes it easier to become an electron donor to attract Pd2+to participate in ***3-participates in the adsorption to keep charge *** summary,MMBT/XAD7 HP has broad application prospects for the treatment of Pd（II） in HLLW

Localization for mixed near-field and far-field sources under impulsive noise

In order to solve the problem that the performance of traditional localization methods for mixed near-field sources(NfSs)and far-field sources(ffSs)degrades under impulsive noise,a robust and novel localization method is *** eliminating the impacts of impulsive noise by the weighted out-lier filter,the direction of arrivals(DOAs)of ffSs can be estimated by multiple signal classification(MUSIC)spectral peaks *** on the DOAs information of ffSs,the separation of mixed sources can be ***,the estimation of localizing parameters of NfSs can avoid two-dimension spectral peaks search by decomposing steering *** Cramer-Rao bounds(CRB)for the unbiased estimations of DOA and range under impulsive noise have been *** experiments verify that the proposed method has advantages in probability of successful estimation(PSE)and root mean square error(RMSE)compared with existing localization *** can be concluded that the proposed method is effective and reliable in the environment with low generalized signal to noise ratio(GSNR),few snapshots,and strong impulse.

How Do Chinese Exporting firms Respond to Environment-related Notifications?A Green Innovation Perspective

Environment-related notifications play an important role in the coordinated development of trade and environment *** this paper,we examine how Chinese exporting enterprises responded to environment-related notifications implemented by the US through green innovation *** notifications significantly encouraged exporting firms to increase green innovation,as evidenced particularly by the number of green utility model patents *** effect was most pronounced in non-foreign-invested enterprises,high-total-factor-productivity firms,technology-intensive industries,and nongreen *** notifications also increased the probability of enterprises exiting the market while reducing the probability of new enterprises entering *** innovation motivation of surviving firms was higher than that of the new *** analysis also suggests that environment-related notifications had a crowding-out effect on other innovation rather than a leverage *** study offers important empirical evidence that helps enterprises to respond to green non-tariff measures effectively,enrich the existing literature,and provide practical guidance for both policymaking and corporate development.

Preparation and characterization of high-reactivity explosive-based nano-boron microspheres

Boron nanoparticles,with their remarkably high gravimetric and volumetric calorific values,emerge as the most promising fuel in energetic ***,challenges such as susceptibility to oxidation,high ignition temperature,and low combustion efficiency have constrained their further *** this study,we fabricated high explosives based nano-boron microspheres with uniform size using the electrostatic spray method,in which the boron nanoparticles and high explosives(CL-20 or PETN)are closely bonded together by fluorinated polymer(f2602)and evenly *** results indicated that the microspheres exhibited high sphericity and showed an enhanced antioxidant *** addition of high-energy explosives not only reduced the thermal oxidation temperature of nano-boron powder within the microspheres but also significantly enhanced the pressurization ***,the microspheres with added high-energy explosives released more energy during the combustion *** to physically mixed samples,electrostatically sprayed microspheres with a uniform microstructure still exhibited higher ***,the design and synthesis of microspheres with controllable structures using the electrostatic spray method show promising application prospects.

NbN quantum dots anchored hollow carbon nanorods as efficient polysulfide immobilizer and lithium stabilizer for Li-S full batteries

The shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides(LiPSs)and uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth seriously hinder the practical application of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)*** simultaneously address such issues,monodispersed Nb N quantum dots anchored on nitrogen-doped hollow carbon nanorods(NbN@NHCR)are elaborately developed as efficient Li PSs immobilizer and Li stabilizer for high-performance Li-S full *** functional theory(DfT)calculations and experimental characterizations demonstrate that the sulfiphilic and lithiophilic NbN@NHCR hybrid can not only efficiently immobilize the soluble Li PSs and facilitate diffusion-conversion kinetics for alleviating the shuttling effect,but also homogenize the distribution of Li+ions and regulate uniform Li deposition for suppressing Li-dendrite *** a result,the assembled Li-S full batteries(NbN@NHCR-S||Nb N@NHCR-Li)deliver excellent long-term cycling stability with a low decay rate of 0.031%per cycle over 1000 cycles at high rate of 2 *** at a high S loading of 5.8 mg cm^(-2)and a low electrolyte/sulfur ratio of 5.2μL mg^(-1),a large areal capacity of 6.2 mA h cm^(-2)can be achieved in Li-S pouch cell at 0.1 *** study provides a new perspective via designing a dual-functional sulfiphilic and lithiophilic hybrid to address serious issues of the shuttle effect of S cathode and dendrite growth of Li anode.
