针药联合治疗湿热瘀滞型慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

目的:观察电针联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗湿热瘀滞型慢性前列腺炎(Cp.的临床疗效。方法:将70例湿热瘀滞型Cp.者随机分为针药组(35例,脱落4例)和药物组(35例,脱落5例)。药物组采用口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(每次0.2 mg,每晚1次)治疗... 详细信息

目的:观察电针联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗湿热瘀滞型慢性前列腺炎(Cp.的临床疗效。方法:将70例湿热瘀滞型Cp.者随机分为针药组(35例,脱落4例)和药物组(35例,脱落5例)。药物组采用口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊(每次0.2 mg,每晚1次)治疗;针药组在药物组基础上,电针关元、三阴交、阴陵泉治疗(疏密波,电流强度为5 ma)30 min。两组均治疗30 d为一疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前,治疗1、2、3个月后及治疗后2个月随访时的中医证候积分、美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-Cp.I)评分,并评定临床疗效。结果:治疗3个月后及随访时针药组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(p.0.01),且均低于药物组(p.0.05)。两组治疗3个月后及随访时NIH-Cp.I评分较治疗前降低(p.0.01),且针药组均低于药物组(p.0.05)。针药组总有效率为90.3%(28/31),高于药物组的80.0%(24/30,p.0.05)。结论:针药联合可以改善湿热瘀滞型慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,且疗效优于单纯西药治疗。
