器官移植后糖尿病是实体器官移植受者术后常见的并发症及合并症之一,由于存在众多发病危险因素,移植后糖尿病的患病率显著高于普通2型糖尿病。移植后糖尿病会导致受者感染风险、移植物功能丧失风险及心血管疾病发病率增加,从而影响受者的预后。因此临床中对移植后糖尿病的管理至关重要。该文就移植后糖尿病的危险因素、诊断标准及临床治疗手段加以重点阐述,旨在改善器官移植糖尿病患者的预后。

基于2011—2020年沪深A股上市公司数据,考察投资者关注对监督的风险治理效果。研究发现,投资者的关注及其增强均能显著降低企业债务违约风险;而机构投资者高比例持股、高质量的信息披露对两者关系均有强化作用。进一步检验表明,投资者关注可以通过影响企业供应链的集中程度,降低其违约风险。异质性分析显示,当融资约束较低、资源配置效率较高、企业规模较大时,投资者关注对企业违约风险的抑制作用更加明显。

Midbrain dopaminergic neurons play an important role in the etiology of neurodevelopmental and neurodegenerative *** also represent a potential source of transplanted cells for therapeutic *** vitro differentiation of functional midbrain dopaminergic neurons provides an accessible platform to study midbrain neuronal dysfunction and can be used to examine obstacles to dopaminergic neuronal *** evidence and impressive advances in human induced pluripotent stem cells,with tuned neural induction and differentiation protocols,makes the production of induced pluripotent stem cell-derived dopaminergic neurons *** SB431542 and dorsomorphin dual inhibitor in an induced pluripotent stem cell-derived neural induction protocol,we obtained multiple subtypes of neurons,including 20%tyrosine hydroxylase-positive dopaminergic *** obtain more dopaminergic neurons,we next added sonic hedgehog(SHH)and fibroblast growth factor 8(FGF8)on day 8 of *** increased the proportion of dopaminergic neurons,up to 75%tyrosine hydroxylase-positive neurons,with 15%tyrosine hydroxylase and forkhead box protein A2(FOXA2)co-expressing *** further optimized the induction protocol by applying the small molecule inhibitor,CHIR99021(CHIR).This helped facilitate the generation of midbrain dopaminergic neurons,and we obtained 31-74%midbrain dopaminergic neurons based on tyrosine hydroxylase and FOXA2 ***,we have established three induction protocols for dopaminergic *** on tyrosine hydroxylase and FOXA2 immunostaining analysis,the CHIR,SHH,and FGF8 combined protocol produces a much higher proportion of midbrain dopaminergic neurons,which could be an ideal resource for tackling midbrain-related diseases.

Relaxor ferroic dielectrics have garnered increasing attention in the past decade as promising materials for energy *** them,relaxor antiferroelectrics(AFEs)and relaxor ferroelectrics(FEs)have shown great promise in term of high energy storage density and efficiency,*** this study,a unique phase transition from relaxor AFE to relaxor FE was achieved for the first time by introducing strong-ferroelectricity BaTiO_(3)into NaNbO_(3)-BiFeO_(3)system,leading to an evolution from AFE R hierarchical nanodomains to FE polar nanoregions.A novel medium state,consisting of relaxor AFE and relaxor FE,was identified in the crossover of 0.88NaNbO_(3)–0.07BiFeO_(3)–0.05BaTiO_(3)ceramic,exhibiting a distinctive core-shell grain structure due to the composition *** harnessing the advantages of high energy storage density from relaxor AFE and large efficiency from relaxor FE,the ceramic showcased excellent overall energy storage *** achieved a substantial recoverable energy storage density W_(rec)~13.1 J/cm^(3)and an ultrahigh efficiencyη~88.9%.These remarkable values shattered the trade-off relationship typically observed in most dielectric capacitors between W_(rec)andη.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the design of ceramic capacitors with enhanced performance,specifically targeting the development of next generation pulse power devices.

The problem of adaptive stabilization of a class of multi-input nonlinear systems with unknown parameters both in the state vector-field and the input vector-field has been considered. By employing the control Lyapunov function method, a direct adaptive controller is designed to complete the global adaptive stability of the uncertain system. At the same time, the controller is also verified to possess the optimality. Example and simulations are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Integrator forwarding is a recursive nonlinear design technique for the stabilization of feed-forward systems. However, this method still has some limitation. An improved design method is proposed to extend the field of application of this technique. This method is used to design a stabilizer for the inertia wheel pendulum system. Moreover, it is shown that the control Lyapunov function which is obtained from this method can also be used to design a globally asymptotically stabilizing controller with optimality.

Tandem catalysis,capable of decoupling individual steps,provides a feasible way to build a high-efficiency CO_(2) electro-conversion system for multicarbons(C_(2+)).The construction of electrocatalytic materials is one of focusing ***,we fabricated a single atom involved multivalent oxide-derived Cu composite material and found it inclined to reconstruct into oxygen-deficient multiphase Cu based species hybridized with monatomic Ni on N doped C *** this prototype,rapid CO generation and C-C coupling are successively achieved on NiN4 sites and surface amorphized Cu species with defects,resembling a micro-production *** this way,the in situ formed tandem catalyst exhibited a high Faradaic efficiency(FE)of~78%for C_(2+)products along with satisfactory durability over 50 ***,the reconstruction-induced amorphous layer with abundant asymmetric sites should be favorable to improve the ethanol selectivity(FE:63%),which is about 10 times higher than that of the non-tandem Cu-based contrast *** work offers a new approach for manipulating tandem catalyst systems towards enhancing C_(2+)products.

Bone formation and deposition are initiated by sensory nerve infiltration in adaptive bone remodeling. Here, we focused on the role of Semaphorin 3A(Sema3A), expressed by sensory nerves, in mechanical loads-induced bone formation and nerve withdrawal using orthodontic tooth movement(OTM) model. Firstly, bone formation was activated after the 3rd day of OTM,coinciding with a decrease in sensory nerves and an increase in pain threshold. Sema3A, rather than nerve growth factor(NGF),highly expressed in both trigeminal ganglion and the axons of periodontal ligament following the 3rd day of OTM. Moreover, in vitro mechanical loads upregulated Sema3A in neurons instead of in human periodontal ligament cells(hPDLCs) within 24 ***, exogenous Sema3A restored the suppressed alveolar bone formation and the osteogenic differentiation of hPDLCs induced by mechanical overload. Mechanistically, Sema3A prevented overstretching of F-actin induced by mechanical overload through ROCK2 pathway, maintaining mitochondrial dynamics as mitochondrial fusion. Therefore, Sema3A exhibits dual therapeutic effects in mechanical loads-induced bone formation, both as a pain-sensitive analgesic and a positive regulator for bone formation.

动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)主要包括冠心病、脑卒中和外周血管疾病。移植后糖尿病(PTDM)是指器官移植后诊断的糖尿病,目前随着肾移植受者人数的增加,PTDM的患病人数逐年增加,糖尿病相关的ASCVD是致死致残的重要原因之一,在PTDM患者ASCVD的危险因素中,除传统危险因素如年龄、吸烟、肥胖、血脂异常、高血压等,更有抗排异药物应用、长期的肾功能受损等特定的危险因素,因此PTDM患者较普通2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者面临更大的心血管疾病风险,目前研究显示,新型降糖药物的应用能够显著改善T2DM患者的心肾结局,也为PTDM患者带来曙光,这一类药物在PTDM患者的应用值得期待,其心血管是否获益需要进一步探索。该文就PTDM与ASCVD发生的危险因素及治疗探索进行综述。
