A preliminary analysis on lithospheric thickness and crustal ages in central basin of south china {2.

The models about lithospheric thickness and thermal conduction inside the lithosphere and the top layer of the asthenosphere have been proposed in this study for four type regions: the midoceanic ridge, the extinct spreading ridge, the lithospheric fault fissure and the mouth of the extinct submarine volcanoes which are in deep sea bottom. The solutions of the models are found to be the same. The formulas of temperature distribution inside the lithosphere and the top layer of the asthenosphere, the lithospheric thicknesses to the heat flow and the crustal ages to the heat flow are obtained. The crustal ages and the lithospheric thicknesses of the central basin are calculated. And they are used to draw the lithospheric thicknesses and crustal ages maps of the central basin (in this paper both the central basin and the basin are the central basin of the south{2. sea). According to their characteristics, the central basin is divided into three regions. The lithospheric thicknesses, crustal ages and heat flow distribution characteristics are discussed respectively. The formation and evolution of the south{2. sea are analysed and it is thought that the south{2. sea has undergone three episode-seafloor spreadings.

提出南沙海槽南缘推复构造的运动和形变是一种周期性的弹塑性运动 ,周期约为 1 4Ma .建立推复楔形体的动力学模型及两个约束条件 ,求解得推复楔形体的底部中点的推复方向的主应力和逆掩面动摩擦系数的解析式 .建立推复楔形体前缘地层被推复剪断的力学模型、密度模型和内摩擦角模型 ,求得推复前缘地层被推复剪断时的有效主应力、静岩压应力、推复方向的主应力及其合力和推复构造应力的解析式 ,建立推复底部的有效塑性屈服模型 ,求得推复底部屈服时中点的有效主应力和推复方向的主应力的解析式 .选择两个剖面进行动力学计算 ,得到推复楔形体前缘的两个应力图、逆掩面的动摩擦系数及推复方向的主应力的合力 .

seahorses epitomize the exuberance of *** have the unique characteristic of male pregnancy,which includes the carrying of many embryos in a brood pouch that incubates and nourishes the embryos,similar to the mammalian ***,the regulatory networks underlying brood pouch formation and pregnancy remain largely *** this study,comparative transcriptomic and metabolomic profiling on the lined seahorse Hippocampus erectus,with unformed,newly formed,and pregnant brood pouches identified a total of 141 and 2.533 differentially expressed genes together with 73 and 12. significantly differential metabolites related to brood pouch formation and pregnancy,***,integrative omics analysis revealed that retinoic acid(RA)synthesis and signaling pathway played essential roles in the formation of the brood pouch and *** might function upstream of testosterone and progesterone,thereby directly influencing brood pouch formation by regulating the expression of fshr and *** results also revealed that RA regulates antioxidant defenses,particularly during male ***,pregnancy caused a consistent decrease in RA,canthaxanthin,astaxanthin,and glutathione synthetase,and an increase in susceptibility to oxidative stress,which may balance brood pouch development and reproduction in seahorses and pave the way to successful gestation.

Taxonomy plays an important role in understanding the origin, evolution, and ecological functionality of biodiversity. There are large number of unknown species yet to be described by taxonomists, which together with their ecosystem services cannot be effectively protected prior to description. Despite this, taxonomy has been increasingly underrated insufficient funds and permanent positions to retain young talents. Further, the impact factordriven evaluation systems in china exacerbate this downward trend, so alternative evaluation metrics are urgently necessary. When the current generation of outstanding taxonomists retires,there will be too few remaining taxonomists left to train the next generation. In light of these challenges, all co-authors worked together on this paper to analyze the current situation of taxonomy and put out a joint call for immediate actions to advance taxonomy in china.
