铁路交通事故损失分类及定量分析方法

事故损失的分类和度量是认识事故规律的最基本问题。根据《铁路交通事故调查处理规则》分析研究铁路交通事故的描述方式;采用绘制事件链图的方式,确定不同铁路交通事故所属的事件类型,归纳总结终了事件的铁路交通事故的场景类型;根据铁路交通事故分类特点,研究提出面向基准一致性的铁路交通事故损失分类;针对不同事故损失类型,研究提出事故损失的定量分析方法。结果表明,铁路交通事故按描述方式分为定量事故和定性事故,按事件链分为初始事件、中间事件或终了事件;所有铁路交通事故均可以统一到5种事故损失基准类型:人员损失、脱轨损失、机辆损失、畅通损失、直接经济损失;定量事故直接损失适合采用事故后果大小来表征,可以通过定量事故损失类型之间的等效转换准则、等效转换函数来进行损失估算;定性事故期望损失需要采用风险后果严重程度来表征,通过事件链分析将定性事故映射到终了事件类型的定量事故,实现定性事故损失评价。研究结果可为铁路安全管理效果评价提供实用方法,为实现依托安全大数据信息进行科学研判和管控铁路安全风险提供技术支撑。

基于改善率统计的MAPF-LNS2+算法

MAPF-LNS2是一种基于大邻域搜索的算法,用于解决多智能体路径规划问题。优势在于其速度更快,在大多数情况下提供接近最优解的解决方案。但该算法在分配权重时仅考虑当前邻域搜索策略的近期表现并有可能分配了较高的权重,使其他邻域搜索策略出现短暂的“饥饿”现象,导致增加算法的总运行时间。针对该问题基于MAPF-LNS2算法,通过引入改善率统计和时间窗口提出了一种新的多智能体路径规划算法。结果表明,无论是在运行时长还是成功率方面,MAPF-LNS2+算法均优于MAPF-LNS2算法,运行时间最高降低了65.1%,成功率最大提升了16%。

A multicast routing algorithm of multiple QoS constraints based on widest-bandwidth （MRQW） which takes available bandwidth as the prime metric, considering the constraints of the surplus energy of the node, delay and delay jitter, is presented. The process of routing based on MRQW is provided for as well. Correctness proof and the complexity analysis of the MRQW are also given in the paper. Simulation results show that the MRQW has a good performance in creating multicast trees. It not only satisfys multiple QoS constraints but also makes multicast links have larger available bandwidth

Semiparametric reproductive dispersion nonlinear model (SRDNM) is an extension of nonlinear reproductive dispersion models and semiparametric nonlinear regression models, and includes semiparametric nonlinear model and semiparametric generalized linear model as its special cases. Based on the local kernel estimate of nonparametric component, profile-kernel and backfitting estimators of parameters of interest are proposed in SRDNM, and theoretical comparison of both estimators is also investigated in this paper. Under some regularity conditions, strong consistency and asymptotic normality of two estimators are proved. It is shown that the backfitting method produces a larger asymptotic variance than that for the profile-kernel method. A simulation study and a real example are used to illustrate the proposed methodologies.

Rice blast,caused by the fungal pathogen Magnaporthe oryzae,is one of the most important diseases of *** of blast-resistance genes is the most economical,effective,and environmentally friendly way to control the ***,genetic resources with broad-spectrum resistance(BSR)that is effective throughout the rice growth period are *** this work,using a genome-wide association study,we identify a new blast-resistance gene,Pijx,which encodes a typical CC-NBS-LRR *** is derived from a wild rice species and confers BSR to *** at both the seedling and panicle *** functions of the resistant haplotypes of Pijx are confirmed by gene knockout and overexpression ***,the LRR domain in Pijx interacts with and promotes the degradation of the ATP synthase β subunit(ATPb)via the 26S proteasome *** acts as a negative regulator of Pijx-mediated panicle blast resistance,and interacts with OsRbohC to promote its ***,loss of ATPb function causes an increase in NAPDH content and ROS ***,when Pijx is introgressed into two japonica rice varieties,the introgression lines show BSR and increased yields that are approximately 51.59%and 79.31%higher compared with those of their parents in a natural blast disease *** addition,we generate PPL^(Pijx Pigm) and PPL^(Pijx Piz-t) pyramided lines and these lines also have higher BSR to panicle blast compared with Pigm-or Piz-t-containing rice ***,this study demonstrates that Pijx not only confers BSR to *** but also maintains high and stable rice yield,providing new genetic resources and molecular targets for breeding rice varieties with broad-spectrum blast resistance.

高铁人工排列进路错误虽是小概率事件,但一旦发生将威胁高铁运输安全。采用作业流程分析方法,梳理人工排列进路的各个环节,分析导致人工排列进路错误的主要原因,提出流程优化和再造的预防改进方案;通过调查全路高铁人工排列进路错误的故障数,统计估算在现有作业方式下人工排列进路错误的故障率;运用故障树分析方法,对这些故障率进行定量分析并评估预防改进效果。结果表明:人工排列进路错误主要与人因失误和流程控制缺陷有关,通过优化调度集中控制设备的“操作需确认”设置,能够一定程度地降低人工排列进路故障率;对“窗口确认”和“窗口确定”进行流程改造,分别改进为图形显示的“预览确认”和“预览确定”,能够将人工排列进路故障率降低约2个数量级。

隐写术是一种隐蔽通信方法。随着人们越来越青睐于社交媒体的信息交流,以图片为载体的信息隐藏技术是当前研究的热点。在最小化嵌入失真的框架下,为了提高隐写术的安全性,定义良好的代价函数至关重要。针对该问题,提出了一种基于二阶差分构建Hessian矩阵计算局部二阶方向梯度残差计算空域自适应代价的方法。首先利用横向与纵向的二阶差分,以及四个方向的差分构建Hessian矩阵。对于各个方向的Hessian矩阵,计算特征值的绝对值作为残差,并采用多种方法在多个阶段融合残差与多方向代价。实验以SRM和MaxSRMd2作为特征,以及集成FLD分类器作为隐写分析方法来评估性能。实验对比了8种方法,且每种方法重复10次。实验数据表明,在相同的嵌入率下,使用提出的失真代价方案会表现出更高的样本检测错误率。提出的方法与当前主流的空域隐写代价Hill方法性能相近,在与Hill代价采用争议像素优先融合方法后,可进一步提升空域自适应隐写代价的安全性。
