538例医务人员职业暴露调查和分布特征

目的分析2014年1月至2017年12月江门市中心医院538例医务人员职业暴露的分布特征,为减少职业暴露,保护医务人员健康提供理论依据。方法对江门市中心医院2014年1月至2017年12月发生过职业暴露的538例医护务人员的年龄、性别、职业、科室、暴露的部位、时机、原因、形式、暴露源种类、职业暴露培训参与情况进行调查统计,明确职业暴露分布特征。结果发生职业暴露的医务人员中,女性占83.83%(451/538),≤30岁医务人员占74.72%(402/538),护士占74.91%(403/538)。内科系统占48.51%(261/538),外科系统占32.71%(176/538)。暴露部位为手部者占89.96%(484/538);拔除动静脉针时发生职业暴露者占36.80%(198/538),丢弃或收集医疗废物时发生职业暴露者占26.95%(145/538);暴露原因为各种操作不当者占82.71%(445/538);暴露形式为针刺或割伤者占96.65%(520/538);非血源性暴露者占44.61%(240/538),血源性暴露占38.48%(207/538),血源性暴露源为乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)者占73.91%(153/207)。接受过系统职业暴露培训的人员占38.66%(208/538),接受过部分职业暴露培训的人员占61.34%(330/538)。结论发生职业暴露的538例医务人员中,女性、≤30岁、护士、内科系统、仅接受过部分职业暴露培训者占比较大,暴露部位以手部居多,职业暴露发生时机以拔除动静脉针和丢弃或收集医疗废物时为主,职业暴露的主要原因为各种操作不当,暴露形式以针刺或割伤为主,非血源性暴露较血源性暴露占比稍大,血源性暴露源以HBV为主。

帕金森病(Parkinson disease,PD)是仅次于阿尔茨海默病的第二大常见的神经退行性疾病,以路易小体形成和黑质中多巴胺能神经元的进行性缺失为病理特征。PD的病因尚未完全清楚,可能与遗传和环境因素有关,还与氧化应激、神经炎症、免疫异常等有关。目前针对PD缺乏可靠的临床诊断标志物和有效的诊断措施,现有的诊治手段不能延缓疾病的进展。研究发现,外泌体(exosomes)是细胞外囊泡的主要类型,基于外泌体的细胞间通信作用及理化性质,外泌体在PD的发生、发展、诊断及治疗中具有重要的意义和价值。现就外泌体在PD病理机制研究、早期诊断和精准治疗中的潜在应用前景研究进展进行综述。

China is the most important steel producer in the world,and its steel industry is one of themost carbon-intensive industries in ***,research on carbon emissions from the steel industry is crucial for China to achieve carbon neutrality and meet its sustainable global development *** constructed a carbon dioxide(CO_(2))emission model for China’s iron and steel industry froma life cycle perspective,conducted an empirical analysis based on data from2019,and calculated the CO_(2)emissions of the industry throughout its life *** emission reduction factors were identified using sensitivity *** results demonstrated that the CO_(2)emission intensity of the steel industry was 2.33 ton CO_(2)/ton,and the production and manufacturing stages were the main sources of CO_(2)emissions,accounting for 89.84%of the total steel life-cycle ***,fossil fuel combustion had the highest sensitivity to steel CO_(2)emissions,with a sensitivity coefficient of 0.68,reducing the amount of fossil fuel combustion by 20%and carbon emissions by 13.60%.The sensitivities of power structure optimization and scrap consumption were similar,while that of the transportation structure adjustment was the lowest,with a sensitivity coefficient of less than *** the current strategic goals of peak carbon and carbon neutrality,it is in the best interest of the Chinese government to actively promote energy-saving and low-carbon technologies,increase the ratio of scrap steel to steelmaking,and build a new power system.

Heart rate variability(HRV)that can reflect the dynamic balance between the sympathetic nervous and parasympathetic nervous of human autonomic nervous system(ANS)has attracted considerable ***,traditional electrocardiogram(ECG)devices for HRV analysis are bulky,and hard wires are needed to attach measuring electrodes to the chest,resulting in the poor wearable experience during the long-term *** with that,wearable electronics enabling continuously cardiac signals monitoring and HRV assessment provide a desirable and promising approach for helping subjects determine sleeping issues,cardiovascular diseases,or other threats to physical and mental *** now,significant progress and advances have been achieved in wearable electronics for HRV monitoring and applications for predicting human physical and mental *** this review,the latest progress in the integration of wearable electronics and HRV analysis as well as practical applications in assessment of human physical and mental health are *** commonly used methods and physiological signals for HRV analysis are briefly ***,we highlighted the research on wearable electronics concerning HRV assessment and diverse applications such as stress estimation,drowsiness detection,***,the current limitations of the integrated wearable HRV system are concluded,and possible solutions in such a research direction are outlined.

The anaerobic acid production experiments were conducted with the pretreated kitchen waste under pH *** results showed that pH 8 was considered to be the most suitable condition for acid production,especially for the formation of acetic acid and propionic *** average value of total volatile fatty acid at pH 8 was 8814 mg COD/L,1.5 times of that under blank *** average yield of acetic acid and propionic acid was 3302 mg COD/L and 2891 mg COD/L,*** activities of key functional enzymes such as phosphotransacetylase,acetokinase,oxaloacetate transcarboxylase and succinylcoA transferase were all *** further explore the regulatory mechanisms within the system,the distribution of microorganisms at different levels in the fermentation system was obtained by microbial sequencing,results indicating that the relative abundances of Clostridiales,Bacteroidales,Chloroflexi,Clostridium,Bacteroidetes and Propionibacteriales,which were great contributors for the hydrolysis and acidification,increased rapidly at pH 8 compared with the blank ***,the proportion of genes encoding key enzymes was generally increased,which further verified the mechanism of hydrolytic acidification and acetic acid production of organic matter under pH regulation.

Polybromodiphenyl ethers(PBDEs),the widely used flame retardants,are common contaminants in surface soils at e-waste recycling *** association of PBDEs with soil colloids has been observed,indicating the potential risk to groundwater due to colloid-facilitated ***,the extent to which soil colloidsmay enhance the spreading of PBDEs in groundwater is largely ***,we report the co-transport of decabromodiphenyl ester(BDE-209)and soil colloids in saturated porous *** colloids released froma soil sample collected at an e-waste recycling site in Tianjin,China,contain high concentration of PBDEs,with BDE-209 being the most abundant conger(320±30 mg/kg).The colloids exhibit relatively high mobility in saturated sand columns,under conditions commonly observed in groundwater ***,under all the tested conditions(i.e.,varying flow velocity,pH,ionic species and ionic strength),the mass of eluted BDE-209 correlates linearly with that of eluted soil colloids,even though the mobility of the colloids varies markedly depending on the specific hydrodynamic and solution chemistry conditions ***,the mass of BDE-209 retained in the columns also correlates strongly with themass of retained ***,the PBDEs remain bound to soil colloids during transport in porous *** in this study indicate that soil colloidsmay significantly promote the transport of PBDEs in groundwater by serving as an effective *** might be the reason why the highly insoluble and adsorptive PBDEs are found in groundwater at some PBDE-contaminated sites.

This study used steel slag,fly ash,and metakaolin as raw materials(SFM materials)to create silica-alumina-based geopolymers that can solidify Hg^(2+)when activated with sodiumbased water *** experiments began with a triangular lattice point mixing design experiment,and the results were fitted,analyzed,and *** optimum SFM material mass ratio was found to be 70%steel slag,25%fly ash,and 5%*** optimum modulus of the activator was identified by comparing the unconfined compressive strength and solidifying impact on Hg^(2+)of geosynthetics with different *** SFM geopolymer was then applied in the form of potting to cure the granulated mercury *** inclusion of 50%SFM material generated a geosynthetic that reduced mercury transport to the surface soil by roughly 90%.The mercury concentration of herbaceous plant samples was also reduced by 78%.It indicates that the SFM material can effectively attenuate the migration transformation of ***,characterization methods such as XPS and FTIR were used to investigate the mechanism of Hg^(2+)solidification by geopolymers generated by SFM *** possible solidification mechanisms were proposed as alkaline environment-induced mercury precipitation,chemical bonding s,surface adsorption of Hg^(2+)and its precipitates by the geopolymer,and physical encapsulation.
