Aporphine alkaloids have diverse pharmacological activities;however,our understanding of their biosynthesis is relatively *** studies have classified aporphine alkaloids into two categories based on the configuration and number of substituents of the D-ring and have proposed preliminary biosynthetic pathways for each *** this study,we identified two specific cytochrome P450 enzymes(CYP80G6 and CYP80Q5)with distinct activities toward(S)-configured and(R)-configured substrates from the herbaceous perennial vine Stephania tetrandra,shedding light on the biosynthetic mechanisms and stereochemical features of these two aporphine alkaloid ***,we characterized two CYP719C enzymes(CYP719C3.and CYP719C4)that catalyzed the formation of the methylenedioxy bridge,an essential pharmacophoric group,on the A-and D-rings,respectively,of aporphine *** the functional characterization of these crucial cytochrome P450 enzymes,we reconstructed the biosynthetic pathways for the two types of aporphine alkaloids in budding yeast(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)for the de novo production of compounds such as(R)-glaziovine,(S)-glaziovine,and *** study provides key insight into the biosynthesis of aporphine alkaloids and lays a foundation for producing these valuable compounds through synthetic biology.

In order to minimize uncertainty of the inversed parameters to the largest extent by making full use of the limited information in remote sensing data, it is necessary to understand what the information flow in quantitative remote sensing model inversion is, thus control the information flow. Aiming at this, the paper takes the linear kernel-driven model inversion as an example. At first, the information flow in different inversion methods is calculated and analyzed, then the effect of information flow controlled by multi-stage inversion strategy is studied, finally, an information matrix based on USM is defined to control information flow in inversion. It shows that using Shannon entropy decrease of the inversed parameters can express information flow more properly. Changing the weight of a priori knowledge in inversion or fixing parameters and partitioning datasets in multi-stage inversion strategy can control information flow. In regularization inversion of remote sensing, information matrix based on USM may be a better tool for quantitatively controlling information flow.

INTRODUCTION Surface waves propagating along the seafloor are general ly called Scholte waves,and were first discovered and studied in the early 1950s(Kugler et al.,2005;Buchen and Ben-Hador,1996).Scholte waves exhibit a dispersion phenomenon,which implies that their velocity varies with ***-frequency Scholte waves can propagate over long distances on the seabed with little attenuation(Bohlen et al.,2004).The particle mo tion of Scholte waves in a solid medium changes from a retro grade to a prograde ellipse(Klein et al.,2005;McMechan and Yedlin,1981).

Human-specific insertions play important roles in human phenotypes and *** we reported a 446-bp insertion(Insert-446)in intron 11 of the TBC1D8B gene,located on chromosome X,and traced its origin to a portion of intron 6 of the EBF1 gene on chromosome ***,Insert-446 was present in the human Neanderthal and Denisovans genomes,and was fixed in humans after human-chimpanzee *** have demonstrated that Insert-446 acts as an enhancer through binding transcript factors that promotes a higher expression of human TBC1D8B gene as compared with orthologs in *** addition,over-expression TBC1D8B promoted cell proliferation and migration through“a dual finger”catalytic mechanism(Arg53. and Gln573.in the TBC domain in vitro and knockdown of TBC1D8B attenuated tumorigenesis in *** of Insert-446 prevented cell proliferation and migration in cancer and normal *** results reveal that the human-specific Insert-446 promotes cell proliferation and migration by upregulating the expression of TBC1D8B *** findings provide a significant insight into the effects of human-specific insertions on evolution.

The development of the Paleogene coal seams in china's offshore basin areas generally had the characteristics of coal measures with large thicknesses,large numbers of coal seams,thin single coal seams,poor stability,scattered vertical distribution,and a wide distribution *** study selected the Enping Formation of the ZhuⅠDepression in the northern section of the South china Sea as an example to determine the macro-control factors of the development of the Paleogene coal seam *** analysis was carried out on the influencing effects and patterns of the astronomical cycles related to the development of the thin coal seam groups in the region.A floating astronomical time scale of the Enping Formation was established,and the sedimentary time limit of the Enping Formation was determined to be approximately 6.15 Ma±.In addition,the cyclostratigraphy analysis results of the natural gamma-ray data of Well XJ in the Enping Formation of the Xijiang Sag revealed that the development of the thin coal seams had probably been affected by short eccentricity and precession *** formation process of coal seams was determined to have been affected by high seasonal contrast,precipitation,and *** the periods with high values of short eccentricity,the seasonal contrasts tended to be *** those periods,fluctuations in the precession controls resulted in periodic volume changes in precipitation and insolation of the region,resulting in the development of thin coal *** was also found that the periods with low precession were the most conducive to coal seam *** that basis,combined with such factors as sedimentary environmental conditions conducive to the development of thin coal seam groups,this study established a theoretical model of the comprehensive influences of short eccentricity and precession on the development and distribution of Paleogene thin coal seam groups in offshore lacustrine *** patterns of the Paleogene astrono

Optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) is the luminescence emitted from an irradiated insulator or semiconductor during exposure to *** OSL intensity is a function of the dose of radiation absorbed by the sample and thus can be used as the basis of a radiation dosimetry *** earth sulfides doped with rare-earth elements such as Ce,Sm and Eu are OSL dosimeters having very high sensitivity,and the OSL with a short time constant is separated from the stimulated *** this paper,a novel OSL dosimeter designed with SrS:Eu,Sm materials is *** dosimeter takes advantage of the characteristics of charge trapping materials SrS:Eu,Sm that exhibit *** measuring range of the dosimeter is from 0.01 to *** equipment,which is relatively simple and small in size,is promising for applications in space exploration and high dose radiation dosimetry.
