目的:探究病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者血清干扰素α2a(IFN-α2a)、5’-核苷酸酶(5’-NT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶/丙氨酸转氨酶(AST/ALT)水平变化与肝储备功能的关系及其对合并腹水的预测价值。方法:纳入病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者85例为研究组,纳入同期体检健康者85例为对照组。比较两组肝功能指标[AST、ALT、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆红素(STB)]、肝储备功能指标[吲哚菁绿15 min滞留率(ICGR 15)、肝有效血流量(EHBF)、肝功能CTP评分]以及IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平。分析IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平与肝储备功能指标的相关性。根据患者是否合并腹水将研究组患者分为无腹水组和腹水组,比较两组上述指标。分析IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT对病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者合并腹水的预测价值。结果:与对照组比较,研究组AST、ALT、STB、ICGR15、IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平和CTP评分升高,ALB、EHBF水平降低(均P<0.05)。IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平与ICGR15、CTP评分呈正相关,与EHBF呈负相关(均P<0.05)。85例患者中,未合并腹水54例(无腹水组),合并腹水31例(腹水组)。与无腹水组比较,腹水组ICGR 15、IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平和CTP评分升高,ALB、EHBF水平降低(均P<0.05)。IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT对病毒性肝炎肝硬化合并腹水有较高的预测价值,三项联合检测的预测价值更高(均P<0.05)。结论:病毒性肝炎肝硬化患者血清IFN-α2a、5’-NT、AST/ALT水平升高,与肝储备功能具有相关性,三项联合检测对合并腹水亦有良好的预测价值。

In this paper,we investigate a priori and a posteriori error estimates of fully discrete H^(1)-Galerkin mixed finite element methods for parabolic optimal control *** state variables and co-state variables are approximated by the lowest order Raviart-Thomas mixed finite element and linear finite element,and the control vari-able is approximated by piecewise constant *** time discretization of the state and co-state are based on finite difference ***,we derive a priori error estimates for the control variable,the state variables and the adjoint state ***,by use of energy approach,we derive a posteriori error estimates for optimal control problems,assuming that only the underlying mesh is static.A numerical example is presented to verify the theoretical results on a priori error estimates.

Immunogenomics for identification of disease resistance genes in pigs: a review focusing on Gram-negative bacilli

Over the past years, infectious disease has caused enormous economic loss in pig industry. Among the pathogens, gram negative bacteria not only cause inflammation, but also cause different diseases and make the pigs more susceptible to virus infection. Vaccination, medication and elimination of sick pigs are major strategies of controlling disease. Genetic methods, such as selection of disease resistance in the pig, have not been widely used. Recently, the completion of the porcine whole genome sequencing has provided powerful tools to identify the genome regions that harboring genes controlling disease or immunity. Immunogenornics, which combines DNA variations, transcriptorne, immune response, and QTL mapping data to illustrate the interactions between pathogen and host immune system, will be an effective genomics tool for identification of disease resistance genes in pigs. These genes will be potential targets for disease resistance in breeding programs. This paper reviewed the progress of disease resistance study in the pig focusing on Gram-negative bacilli. Major porcine Gram-negative bacilli and diseases, suggested candidate genes/pathways against porcine Gram-negative bacilli, and distributions of QTLs for immune capacity on pig chromosomes were summarized. Some tools for immunogenomics research were described. We conclude that integration of sequencing, whole genome associations, functional genomics studies, and immune response information is necessary to illustrate molecular mechanisms and key genes in disease resistance.

Emission Properties of Individual AIE-Luminogens in Solution at Room Temperature

Here,we combined the photon antibunching analysis,fluorescence correlation spectroscopy,and time-domain fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy(TD-FLIM)to study the emission properties of a representative AIE-luminogen—4,4’-(benzo[c][1,2,5]thiadiazole-4,7-diyl)bis(N,N-diphenylaniline)(TPA-BT)at the single emitter level in a tetrahydrofuran(THF)/water solution where water is a non-solvent for *** findings suggest that,at a constant water fraction in the solution,the size of TPA-BT aggregates increases with the TPA-BT concentration;TPA-BT aggregates are not a quantum emitter at room temperature in the ***,utilizing TD-FLIM and a gel trapping technique allowed us to study the fluorescence lifetime of individual TPA-BT *** a polar solvent like water does not result in an overall decrease in fluorescence ***,it causes the fluorescence lifetime distribution to become wider,and only some molecules experience a decrease in their fluorescence *** results could represent a step forward in further understanding the photophysics of AIE-luminogens.

Six new 1,3,4-thiadiazole Schiff base derivatives were synthesized and characterized by IR spectroscopy and ~1H NMR spectrometry, and their anti-corrosion properties and thermal stability were investigated via thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and copper strip corrosion test. The tribological behavior of the said Schiff base derivatives was evaluated on an Optimol SRV~?4 oscillating reciprocating friction and wear tester. The worn surfaces of the steel discs were investigated using a scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer(EDS). The test results indicated that these thiadiazole Schiff base derivatives possessed favourable thermal stability, corrosion inhibiting ability and the capability of improving the tribological characteristic of the base oil effectively. It is assumed that the adsorbed additives probably reacted with the steel surfaces during the friction process, resulting in the formation of a protective film composed of sulphates, sulphides and organic nitrogen compounds.

A normalized measure is established to provide the quantitative information about the degree of observability for the discrete-time, stochastically autonomous system. This measure is based on the generalized information theoretic quantities （generalized entropy, mutual information） of the system state and the observations, where the system state can be a discrete or a continuous random vector. Some important properties are presented. For the linear case, the explicit formula for the degree of observability is derived, and the equivalence between the proposed measure and the traditional rank condition is proved. The curves for the degree of observability are depicted in a simple example.
