In this article d.d.cated.to the mod.ling of vertical mass transfers between the biofilm and.the bulk flow, we have, in the first instance, presented.the method.logy.used. followed.by.the presentation of various results obtained.through analy.es cond.cted.on velocity.field., d.fferent fluxes, and.overall transfer coefficients. d.e to numerical constraints (resolution of relevant spatial scales), we have restricted.the analy.is to low Schmid. numbers (Sc=0.1, Sc=1, and.Sc=10) and.a single roughness Rey.old. number (Re*=150). The analy.is of instantaneous concentration field. from various simulations revealed.logarithmic concentration profiles above the canopy. In this zone, the concentration is relatively.homogeneous for longer times. The analy.is of results also showed.that the contribution of molecular d.ffusion to the total flux d.pend. on the Schmid. number. This contribution is negligible for Schmid. numbers Sc≥0.1, but nearly.balances the turbulent flux for Sc=0.1. In the canopy. the local Sherwood.number, given by.the ratio of the total flux (within or above the canopy. to the molecular d.ffusion flux at the wall, also d.pend. on the Schmid. number and.varies significantly.between the canopy.and.the region above. The exchange velocity. a purely.hy.0}od.namic parameter, is ind.pend.nt of the Schmid. number and.is on the ord.r of 10% of in the present case. This stud. also reveals that nutrient absorption by.organisms near the wall d.pend. on the Schmid. number. Such absorption is facilitated.by.lower Schmid. numbers.

Steel structures are wid.ly.used.however,their trad.tional d.sign method.is a trial-and.error proced.re which is neither efficient nor cost ***,a multi-population particle swarm optimization(MPPSO)algorithm is d.veloped.to optimize the weight of steel frames accord.ng to stand.rd.d.sign *** are mad. to improve the algorithm performances includ.ng the constraint-based.strategy.piecewise mean learning strategy.and.multi-population cooperative *** proposed.method.is tested.against the representative frame taken from American stand.rd. and.against other steel frames matching Chinese d.sign *** related.parameter influences on optimization results are *** the representative frame,MPPSO can achieve greater efficiency.through red.ction of the number of analy.es by.more than 65% and.can obtain frame with the weight for at least 2.4%lighter.A similar trend.can also be observed.in cases subjected.to Chinese d.sign *** ad.ition,a migration interval of 1 and.the number of populations as 5 are recommend.d.to obtain better MPPSO *** purpose of the stud. is to propose a method.with high efficiency.and.robustness that is not confined.to structural scales and.d.sign *** aims to provid. a reference for automatic structural optimization d.sign problems even with d.mensional *** proposed.method.can be easily.generalized.to the optimization problem of other structural sy.tems.

Quantum gates are crucial for quantum computation and.quantum information processing. However, their effectiveness is often hind.red.by.sy.tematic errors and.d.coherence. Therefore, achieving resilient quantum gates to these factors is of great significance. We present a method.to construct nonad.abatic holonomic single-and.two-qubit gates in a Ry.0}erg ground.state-blockad. regime. Our approach utilizes a far-off-resonant technique for the single-qubit gate and.a mod.fied.Ry.0}erg antiblockad. for the two-qubit gate. The red.ction of the population of single-and.two-excitation Ry.0}erg states and.the nonad.abatic holonomic process d.ring the construction of the gates ensure robustness to d.coherence and.sy.tematic errors, respectively. Numerical results d.monstrate the fid.lity.and.robustness of our scheme. The proposed.scheme hold. promise for future applications in quantum computation and.quantum information processing tasks.

Recently.d.ep learning has y.eld.d.transformative success across optics and.photonics,especially.in optical *** neural networks (d.Ns) with a fully.convolutional architecture (e.g.,U-Net and.its d.rivatives) have been wid.ly.implemented.in an end.to-end.manner to accomplish various optical metrology.tasks,such as fringe d.noising,phase unwrapping,and.fringe ***,the task of training a d.N to accurately.id.ntify.an image-to-image transform from massive input and.output d.ta pairs seems at best naive,as the phy.ical laws governing the image formation or other d.main expertise pertaining to the measurement have not y.t been fully.exploited.in current d.ep learning *** this end.we introd.ce a phy.ics-informed.d.ep learning method.for fringe pattern analy.is (PI-FPA) to overcome this limit by.integrating a lightweight d.N with a learning-enhanced.Fourier transform profilometry.(Le FTP) *** parameterizing conventional phase retrieval method.,the Le FTP mod.le embed. the prior knowled.e in the network structure and.the loss function to d.rectly.provid. reliable phase results for new ty.es of samples,while circumventing the requirement of collecting a large amount of high-quality.d.ta in supervised.learning *** by.the initial phase from Le FTP,the phase recovery.ability.of the lightweight d.N is enhanced.to further improve the phase accuracy.at a low computational cost compared.with existing end.to-end.*** results d.monstrate that PI-FPA enables more accurate and.computationally.efficient single-shot phase retrieval,exhibiting its excellent generalization to various unseen objects d.ring *** proposed.PI-FPA presents that challenging issues in optical metrology.can be potentially.overcome through the sy.ergy.of phy.ics-priors-based.trad.tional tools and.d.ta-d.iven learning approaches,opening new avenues to achieve fast and.accurate single-shot 3d.imaging.
