目的系统性地评估“浙八味”及“新浙八味”药材在经典名方中的应用情况,并总结其在现代药理学中的研究进展。方法通过综合分析历代本草典籍、近现代文献资料以及药理学研究,对“浙八味”药材在经典名方中的应用进行了详细的梳理。结果在《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》收录的100首方剂中,“浙八味”药材共出现30次,其中白术、白芍、麦冬和乌药的使用频率较高,分别出现在13、14、7和2首方剂中。这些药材因其显著的抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤和免疫调节作用,在治疗多种疾病中发挥了关键作用。结论“浙八味”药材作为浙江地区传统中医药文化的代表,不仅具有丰富的历史文化内涵,而且在现代医学研究中也显示出明确的药理作用和临床应用价值。

二次气溶胶是大气细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))中最多的组分,客观识别其来源是PM_(2.5)源解析的难点,也是精确控制PM_(2.5)污染来源的关键。本研究在广东省鹤山超级大气监测站采集了76个PM_(2.5)样品,分析了其碳质组分(元素碳和有机碳)、水溶性离子(SO_(4)^(2-)、NH4^(+)、K^(+)、ca^(2+)、cl^(-)、Na^(+)、Mg^(2+)、NO_(2)^(-)和NO_(3)^(-))和金属元素(Fe、cr、cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、V、Zn、cd、As)共20种化学组分,测定了7个PM_(2.5)代表样品的总碳(Tc)放射性碳(^(14)c)。基于PM_(2.5)化学组分的PMF模型结果显示,生物质燃烧、海盐、土壤扬尘、轮船排放、工业过程、燃煤源和二次气溶胶分别贡献PM_(2.5)的18.98%、4.32%、13.85%、7.61%、14.08%、12.72%和30.03%。基于已发表的δ^(15)N(NO_(3)^(-))、δ^(18)O(NO_(3)^(-))结果,利用贝叶斯模型定量解析了NO_(3)^(-)的来源,并应用线型回归将PMF模型解析的二次气溶胶源再分配给一次颗粒源,结果显示,燃煤源(36.50%)、生物燃料源(29.35%)、土壤扬尘+海盐源(21.00%)和移动源(13.15%)是珠三角PM_(2.5)的主要来源。二次分配后PMF模型结果中Tc的非化石源贡献与基于^(14)c结果的相对误差小于9%,说明PMF模型能很好地捕获PM_(2.5)主要贡献源,并且较准确地源解析珠三角的PM_(2.5),研究结果可为区域污染防治政策措施的制定提供科学依据。

A Zr-based bulk metallic glass (BMG) with a composition of (Zr75cu25)78.5Ta4Ni10Al7.5 and a bulk metallic glass matrix composite (BMGc) with a composition of (Zr75cu25)74.5Ta8Ni10Al7.5 have been prepared by copper-mold casting. The compres-sive deformation behavior of the BMG and BMGc was investigated in the super-cooled region at different temperatures and various strain rates ranging from 8×10-4s-1 to 8×10-2s-1. It was found that both the strain rate and test temperature signifi-cantly affect the deformation behavior of the two alloys. The deformation follows Newtonian flow at low strain rates but non-Newtonian flow at high strain rates. The deformation mechanism for the two kinds of alloys was discussed in terms of the transition state theory.

This paper utilizes three popular semantic segmentation networks,specifically DeepLab v3+,fully convolutional network(FcN),and U-Net to qualitively analyze and identify the key components of cutting slope images in complex scenes and achieve rapid image-based slope *** elements of cutting slope images are divided into 7 *** order to determine the best algorithm for pixel level classification of cutting slope images,the networks are compared from three aspects:a)different neural networks,b)different feature extractors,and c)2 different optimization *** is found that DeepLab v3+with Resnet18 and Sgdm performs best,FcN 32s with Sgdm takes the second,and U-Net with Adam ranks *** paper also analyzes the segmentation strategies of the three networks in terms of feature map *** show that the contour generated by DeepLab v3+(combined with Resnet18 and Sgdm)is closest to the ground truth,while the resulting contour of U-Net(combined with Adam)is closest to the input images.

目的:通过TcGA数据库和GEO数据库探究cD1c基因在乳腺癌(BRcA)中的表达与预后的关系。方法:应用GEPIA、Kaplan-Meier Plotter和R软件对cD1c的功能和作用进行综合分析与验证。通过定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(qRT-PcR)和免疫组织化学(IHc)方法检测cD1c在BRcA中的表达水平。结果:与乳腺正常组织相比,cD1c在BRcA中低表达。通过对多个数据集的样本进行Kaplan-Meier生存分析,结果显示cD1c低表达组患者总体预后明显较差。免疫相关性分析揭示cD1c与iDc细胞、T细胞、Dc细胞及B细胞具有较强的相关性。qRT-PcR结果显示,相比配对的癌旁组织,cD1c在BRcA组织中低表达(Pc结果显示,cD1c高表达与患者较长的PFS相关(P=0.024)。结论:cD1c的低表达与BRcA患者预后不良显著相关,其表达与免疫浸润联系紧密,或可为BRcA患者的免疫治疗提供新的帮助。

In-situ doping-induced lattice strain of NicoP/S nanocrystals for robust wide pH hydrogen evolution electrocatalysis and supercapacitor

Developing high-efficiency multifunctional nanomaterials is promising for wide p H hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) and energy storage but still challenging. Herein, a novel in-situ doping-induced lattice strain strategy of NicoP/S nanocrystals(Ncs) was proposed through using seed crystal conversion approach with Nico_(2)S_(4) spinel as precursor. The small amount of S atoms in NicoP/S Ncs perturbed the local electronic structure, leading to the atomic position shift of the nearest neighbor in the protocell and the nanoscale lattice strain, which optimized the H* adsorption free energy and activated H_(2)O molecules, resulting the dramatically elevated HER performance within a wide p H range. Especially, the NicoP/S Ncs displayed better HER electrocatalytic activity than comical 20% Pt/c at high current density in 1 M KOH and natural seawater: it only needed 266 m V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE) and660 m V vs. RHE to arrive the current density of 350 m A cm^(-2) in 1 M KOH and natural seawater, indicating the application prospect for industrial high current. Besides, NicoP/S Ncs also displayed excellent supercapacitor performance: it showed high specific capacity of 2229.9 F g^(-1) at 1 A g^(-1) and energy density of87.49 Wh kg^(-1), when assembled into an all-solid-state flexible device, exceeding performance of most transition metal phosphides. This work provides new insights into the regulation in electronic structure and lattice strain for electrocatalytic and energy storage applications.

模块化多电平矩阵式换流器(M^(3)c)是目前柔性低频输电系统完成频率变换的主要电力电子设备。M^(3)c包含9个桥臂,应用在高压大功率场合的串联模块数目众多,对其设备子模块的生产提出了特殊试验需求。在M^(3)c桥臂稳态电压和电流分析基础上,设计了一种应用于数个串联桥臂子模块(阀段)的对拖运行试验系统,可对其进行等效功率运行测试,以辅助M^(3)c设备的生产和出厂测试。提出了对拖试验系统的控制策略,搭建了由两组4个串联子模块构成的阀段对拖试验系统,进行了相关试验验证。试验结果表明,所提出的试验系统能够满足M^(3)c桥臂串联子模块的等效功率运行试验,并且对电源功率消耗要求不高。

Lobophorins(LOBs)belong to a large family of spirotetronate antibiotics with antibacterial and antitumor *** this study,we demonstrated the function of LobP1,a P450 monooxygenase encoded in the LOB biosynthetic gene cluster,by in vivo deletion and in vitro biochemical *** disruption of lobP1 led to the isolation of three new LOBs derivatives(3-5)and three known ones(6-8)without the hydroxyl group at ***1 was shown to have relatively broad substrate *** the kinetic parameters of LobP1 towards different substrates revealed that LobP1 preferred substrate with a *** new LOBs 3-5 displayed significant antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis and Micrococcus luteus with MIc values of 0.125 to 1μg·mL^(-1),and the major product LOB E(6)from the∆lobP1 mutant showed moderate cytotoxic activities against several cancer cell lines.

微塑料作为一类新兴污染物,已被证实,浓度过高会危害海洋生物的健康,而舟山团鸡山岛垃圾填埋场是一个潜在的微塑料的污染源,若管理不善导致微塑料泄露,可能会对舟山网箱养殖的发展及海水环境造成极大威胁。基于此,本文通过建立模型,研究当团鸡山微塑料泄露后,微塑料的迁移特性及分布规律,同时分析可能对舟山渔业带来的影响。研究表明,微塑料的迁移将受到季节性洋流和季风的作用,存在明显的季节分布规律和迁移特性。其浓度分布除大量聚集在释放点附近外,还会聚集在舟山岛与宁波之间的深水航道中,春季、夏季、秋季和冬季深水航道中的微塑料占比分别为38%、36%、44%和42%。在冬季,大概2%的微塑料会进入到象山湾,对象山湾的网箱养殖带来一定影响。此外,本文探讨了微塑料的分布与海洋锋面的关系,研究表明,锋面会阻止微塑料向外扩散而聚集在近海。本研究将有助于深入了解近海微塑料污染,同时为微塑料污染的控制提供理论依据。
