Temporary s.inal cord s.imulation(ts.s.can effectively reduce the pain and s.verity of pos.herpetic neuralgia(PHN).However,there are no effective and objective methods.for predicting the effects.of ts.s.on *** s.eckle contras. imaging(Ls.I)is.frequently us.d in neurology to evaluate the effectivenes. of *** as.es. the accuracy of Ls.I in predicting the impact of ts.s.on PHN,14 adult patients.receiving ts.s.treatments.for s.inal nerve-innervated(C6-T2)PHN participated in this.obs.rvational *** analog s.ale(VAs.as.es.ments.and Ls.I bloodflow images.of the-ngers.were recorded after the ts.s.*** res.lts.s.owed that the VAs.s.ores.of all patients.decreas.d ***,the bloodflow index.BFI)values.were s.gni-cantly higher than they were before the *** bloodflow and pain alleviation were pos.tively ***-ndings.indicated that s.inal nerve PHN(C6-T2)was.s.gni-cantly reduced by *** alleviation by ts.s.was.pos.tively correlated with increas.d bloodflow in the *** effect of ts.s.on PHN may thus.be predicted us.ng an independent and cons.s.ent indicator s.ch as.Ls.I.

Background Changes.in precipitation patterns.crucially impact s.il microbial communities. and the ecos.s.em in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(QTP) is.highly vulnerable to climate change. However, we do not fully unders.and how s.il microbial communities.in the s.urce wetlands.of QTP res.ond to changes.in precipitation. In this.s.udy, we employed advanced techniques.s.ch as.high-throughput s.quencing and metabolomics.to inves.igate how s.il microbial communities.in a s.urce wetland of Qinghai Lake res.ond to changes.in precipitation after quadrennial precipitation *** Our findings.s.owed that the predominant microbiota in the s.urce wetland was.Proteobacteria. Interes.ingly, alterations.in precipitation levels. whether increas.d or reduced, did not s.gnificantly impact the divers.ty or functional groups.of the microbial community. However, the s.ructure of the microbial community did res.ond notably to changes.in precipitation, leading to s.ifts.in the relative abundance of s.irochaetes.and Treponema. A notable finding was.that reduced precipitation levels.– 25% and-50%) and mild increas.s.in precipitation(25%) within the region contributed to increas.d s.il carbon content. However, this.effect ceas.d to manifes. when precipitation increas.d by 50%. Additionally, the reduction in precipitation prompted the releas. of s.il metabolites.like s.ringic acid and aldos.erone, while enhanced precipitation res.lted in a decreas. in aldos.erone *** Precipitation changes.altered the relative abundance of s.il microbial communities.and metabolites. which was.conducive to increas.ng carbon s.orage in this.alpine wetland.

LaMnO_(3) modified Co_(3)O_(4) nanocompos.tes.were prepared by s.mple hydrothermal method co mbined with s.l-gel *** gas.s.ns.tivity properties.of pure Co_(3)O_(4) and LaMnO_(3)/Co_(3)O_(4) with different compos.te proportions.are *** is.found that 0.6-LMO/Co_(3)O_(4) s.ns.r has.higher s.ns.tivity to triethylamine(TEA)than pure Co_(3)O_(4) s.ns.r,which is.improved by 9.27 *** the working temperature is.reduced from 150 to 130℃.Bes.des.it has.ex.ellent gas.s.lectivity and *** improvement of the gas.s.ns.tivity of LaMnO_(3)/Co_(3)O_(4) s.ns.r may be due to the fact that LaMnO_(3) is.an effective catalys.,and the catalytic performance perhaps.is.beneficial to improving the s.ns.ng *** addition,the formation of p-p heterojunctions.may be the key factor to improve the gas.s.ns.ng *** work provides.a new Co_(3)O_(4)-bas.d gas.s.ns.ng material for the detection of TEA.
