A novel lightweight,radiation-shielding Mg-Ta-Al layered metal-matrix composite(LMC)was successful designed by doping the extremely refractory metal(Ta)into Mg *** Mg-based LMCs sheets shows excellent radiation-dose shield effect,about 145 krad·a^(−1),which is about 17 times of traditional Mg alloy,while its surface density is only about 0.9 g·cm^(−2),reducing by 60%than that of pure *** quantitate relationship between radiation-dose and the materials’thickness was also confirmed to the logistic function when the surface density is in the range of 0.6-1.5 g·cm^(−2).Meantime,the rolling parameters,interface microstructure and mechanical properties in both as-rolled and annealing treated samples were *** sheets possess a special dissimilar atoms diffusion transitional zone containing an obvious inter-diffusion Mg-Al interface and the unique micro-corrugated Ta-Al interface,as well as a thin Al film with a thickness of about 10μ*** special zone could reduce the stress concentration and enhance the strength of Mg-Ta-Al *** interface bonding strength reaches up to 54-76 *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and yield strength(TYS)of the Mg-Ta-Al sheet were high to 413 MPa and 263 MPa,respectively,along with an elongation of 5.8%.The molecular dynamics(MD)analysis results show that the two interfaces exhibit different formation mechanism,the Mg-Al interface primarily depended on Mg/Al atoms diffusion basing point defects movement,while the Ta-Al interface with a micro-interlock pining shape formed by close-packed planes slipping during high temperature strain-induced deformation process.

Bias distribution and regulation in photoelectrochemical overall water-splitting cells

The water oxidation half-reaction at anodes is always considered the rate-limiting step of overall water splitting（OWS）,but the actual bias distribution between photoanodes and cathodes of photoelectro chemical（PEC） OWS cells has not been investigated *** this work,we find that,for PEC cells consisting of photoanodes（nickel-modified n-Si [Ni/n-Si] and α-Fe2O3） with low photovoltage(Vph 1V,the bias required for cathode activation can be significantly reduced,exhibiting a kinetics-controlled *** investigations show that the bias distribution can be regulated by tuning the electrolyte pH and using alternative half-reaction ***,a volcano plot is presented for the rational design of the overall reactions and unbiased PEC *** by this,an unbiased PEC cell consisting of a simple Ni/n-Si photoanode and Pt cathode is assembled,delivering a photo current density of 5.3±0.2 mA cm-2.

盐酸帕罗西汀片联合四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者的临床疗效

目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者在四联疗法的基础上配合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗的临床效果。方法:以112例HP相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者为研究对象,按不同治疗方案分为对照组(接受常规四联疗法)与观察组(合用盐酸帕罗西汀片),每组各56例。比较两组患者焦虑抑郁程度、临床疗效、HP清除率、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床总疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HP根除率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者简明健康状况调查量表(SF-36)测评结果均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸帕罗西汀片联合四联疗法治疗HP相关慢性胃炎合并抑郁患者,可减轻焦虑抑郁程度,以增强疗效,提高HP清除率,起到改善患者生活质量的积极作用。

Optimization of Pt atom utilization efficiency is critical for the development of proton-exchange-membrane fuel *** we aim to develop an efficient oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)catalyst with a low Pt content through the concurrent modification of Pt-Co alloy catalysts and carbon *** the present study,ultrafine Pt-Co alloy nanoparticles are successfully synthesized and stabilized by topological carbon defects via adopting the ammonia thermal *** the low Pt loading,the obtained catalyst exhibits an impressive half-wave potential of 0.926 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode in 0.1 M HClO_(4)***,the durability testing using the timed-current method demonstrates a tiny loss of only 3.6%after 12 *** experimental results and theoretical calculations demonstrate that topological carbon defects significantly enhance the charge transfer processes at the alloy/carbon interface,contributing to the strong electronic metal-support interactions between the Pt-Co alloy nanoparticles and topological carbon *** interactions,along with the alloy effect,play a crucial role in promoting the ORR performance in acidic media.

南亚果实蝇对不同品种西葫芦的产卵选择及生长适应性

为明确南亚果实蝇Zeugodacus tau对不同品种西葫芦的产卵选择及生长适应性,以便为西葫芦上南亚果实蝇的防治提供参考,本研究选择4个西葫芦品种,‘新一代早青’‘新翡翠早生’‘圣峰’‘抗病早青一代’,在田间调查了南亚果实蝇的产卵情况,在室内观察了其生长发育,并对西葫芦果实硬度、糖度和含水量与南亚果实蝇产卵、生长发育参数等进行了相关性分析。结果表明,4个西葫芦品种受南亚果实蝇为害从轻到重依次为‘抗病早青一代’‘新一代早青’‘新翡翠早生’和‘圣峰’。幼虫历期和蛹历期为取食‘圣峰’时最短,取食‘抗病早青一代’时最长。蛹重、羽化率和存活率为取食‘圣峰’时最高,取食‘抗病早青一代’时最低。其中,取食‘圣峰’的幼虫历期和存活率分别为8.26 d和64.95%,取食‘抗病早青一代’的幼虫历期和存活率分别为12.67 d和41.69%。果实糖度与产卵孔数呈显著正相关,与蛹重和存活率呈极显著正相关。果实硬度与单孔产卵数呈显著负相关,与产卵孔数和百克果肉虫数呈极显著负相关。南亚果实蝇在不同品种西葫芦上的成虫产卵偏好性和幼虫生长适应性符合“偏好-表现”假说。南亚果实蝇偏好在果实硬度低、糖度高的西葫芦品种上产卵,‘抗病早青一代’对南亚果实蝇表现为抗,‘圣峰’对南亚果实蝇表现为感。

High-efficiency sodium storage of Co_(0.85)Se/WSe_(2) encapsulated in N-doped carbon polyhedron via vacancy and heterojunction engineering

With the advantage of fast charge transfer,heterojunction engineering is identified as a viable method to reinforce the anodes'sodium storage ***,vacancies can effectively strengthen the Na+adsorption ability and provide extra active sites for Na+***,their synchronous engineering is rarely ***,a hybrid of Co_(0.85)Se/WSe_(2) heterostructure with Se vacancies and N-doped carbon polyhedron(CoWSe/NCP)has been fabricated for the first time via a hydrothermal and subsequent selenization *** aberration-corrected transmission electron microscopy confirms the phase interface of the Co_(0.85)Se/WSe_(2) heterostructure and the existence of Se *** functional theory simulations reveal the accelerated charge transfer and enhanced Na+adsorption ability,which are contributed by the Co_(0.85)Se/WSe_(2) heterostructure and Se vacancies,*** expected,the CoWSe/NCP anode in sodium-ion battery achieves outstanding rate capability(339.6 mAh g^(−1) at 20 A g^(−1)),outperforming almost all Co/W-based selenides.

Highly efficient ternary organic solar cells with excellent open-circuit voltage and fill factor via precisely tuning molecular stacking and morphology

The micro-morphology and molecular stacking play a key role in determining the charge transport process and nonradiative energy loss, thus impacting the performances of organic solar cells(OSCs). To address this issue, a non-fullerene acceptor PhC6-IC-F with alkylbenzene side-chain, possessing optimized molecular stacking, complementary absorption spectra and forming a cascade energy level alignment in the PM6:BTP-eC9 blend, is introduced as guest acceptor to improve efficiency of ternary OSCs. The bulky phenyl in the side-chain can regulate crystallinity and optimizing phase separation between receptors in ternary blend films, resulting in the optimal phase separations in the ternary films. As a result, high efficiencies of 18.33% as photovoltaic layer are obtained for PhC6-IC-F-based ternary devices with excellent fill factor(FF) of 78.92%. Impressively, the ternary system produces a significantly improved open circuit voltage(V_(oc)) of 0.857 V compared with the binary device,contributing to the reduced density of trap states and suppressed non-radiative recombination result in lower energy loss. This work demonstrates an effective approach for adjusting the aggregation, molecular packing and fine phase separation morphology to increase V_(oc) and FF, paving the way toward high-efficiency OSCs.

目的:基于Toll样受体4(TLR4)/髓样分化因子88(MyD88)/核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路介导的巨噬细胞焦亡探讨黄芩黄连药对(芩连药对)治疗动脉粥样硬化(AS)的作用机制。方法:体外培养J774A.1细胞,SD大鼠灌胃芩连药对后制备含药血清,MTT法筛选芩连药对含药血清最佳干预浓度。采用不同浓度的含药血清预处理J774A.1细胞后,给予脂多糖(LPS)+三磷酸腺苷(ATP)诱导焦亡。光学显微镜下观察细胞形态变化,MTT法检测细胞活力,乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)释放法及Hoechst 33342/碘化丙锭(PI)染色用于检测细胞的损伤情况,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法测定细胞上清液中白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-18的水平。Western Blot法检测通路及焦亡相关蛋白TLR4、MyD88、NF-κB p65、p-NF-κB p65、NLRP3、ASC、Caspase-1、Cleave-Caspase-1、GSDMD、GSDMD-NT的表达。TLR4基因过表达后,检测通路相关蛋白表达水平及细胞焦亡情况。结果:芩连药对含药血清可改善造模后J774A.1的形态;提高造模后J774A.1细胞的活力、降低LDH释放率及PI细胞阳性率(P<0.05);降低细胞上清液中IL-1β及IL-18的水平(P<0.05);显著下调TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路及焦亡相关蛋白的表达(P<0.05);同时过表达TLR4可逆转芩连药对对J774A.1细胞焦亡的保护作用(P<0.05)。结论:芩连药对可通过抑制TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB信号通路降低巨噬细胞焦亡水平,从而发挥抗AS的作用。

Anisotropy of Trabecular Bone from Ultra-Distal Radius Digital X-Ray Imaging: Effects on Bone Mineral Density and Age

Background: When applied to trabecular bone X-ray images, the anisotropic properties of trabeculae located at ultra-distal radius were investigated by using the trabecular bone scores (TBS) calculated along directions parallel and perpendicular to the forearm. Methodology: Data from more than two hundred subjects were studied retrospectively. A DXA (GE Lunar Prodigy) scan of the forearm was performed on each subject to measure the bone mineral density (BMD) value at the location of ultra-distal radius, and an X-ray digital image of the same forearm was taken on the same day. The values of trabecular bone score along the direction perpendicular to the forearm, TBSx, and along the direction parallel to the forearm, TBSy, were calculated respectively. The statistics of TBSx and TBSy were calculated, and the anisotropy of the trabecular bone, which was defined as the ratio of TBSy to TBSx and changed with subjects’ BMD and age, was reported and analyzed. Results: The results show that the correlation coefficient between TBSx and TBSy was 0.72 (p BMD and age was reported. The results showed that decreased trabecular bone anisotropy was associated with deceased BMD and increased age in the subject group. Conclusions: This study shows that decreased trabecular bone anisotropy was associated with decreased BMD and increased age.
