Nitroso compounds have emerged as highly valuable reaction partners or reagents in organic synthesis due to their rich *** versatile profile of these compounds allows them to function as electrophiles,nucleophiles,diradicals,and radical acceptors in diverse *** recent years,notable progress has been made in harnessing photochemical reactions with nitroso compounds to prepare N,O-containing structures using mild and eco-friendly *** nitroso compounds like nitrosoarenes,acyloxy nitroso compounds,N-nitrosoamines and nitrites have received significant attention for their ability to introduce NO moieties into complex molecules that are otherwise difficult to *** this review,we provide an overview of the recent advancements in the visible light-induced conversion of nitroso compounds,with particular emphasis on their role as bifunctional reagents and acceptors of radicals,carbenes and nitrenes.

With the increasing demand for water in hydroponic systems and agricultural irrigation,viral diseases have seriously affected the yield and quality of *** removing plant viruses in water environments,virus transmission can be prevented and agricultural production and ecosystems can be *** so far,there have been few reports on the removal of plant viruses in water ***,in this study,easily recyclable biomass-based carbon nanotubes catalysts were synthesized with varying metal activities to activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS).Among them,the magnetic 0.125Fe@NCNTs-1/PMS system showed the best overall removal performance against pepper mild mottle virus,with a 5.9 log_(10)removal within 1 ***,the key reactive species in the 0.125Fe@NCNTs-1/PMS system is^(1)O_(2),which can maintain good removal effect in real water matrices(river water and tap water).Through RNA fragment analyses and label free analysis,it was found that this system could effectively cleave virus particles,destroy viral proteins and expose their *** capsid protein of pepper mild mottle virus was effectively decomposed where serine may be the main attacking sites by^(1)O_(2).Long viral RNA fragments(3349 and 1642 nt)were cut into smaller fragments(∼160 nt)and caused their *** summary,this study contributes to controlling the spread of plant viruses in real water environment,which will potentially help protect agricultural production and food safety,and improve the health and sustainability of ecosystems.

The prediction of molecular properties is a fundamental task in the field of drug ***,graph neural networks(GNNs)have been gaining prominence in this *** a molecule tends to have multiple correlated properties,there is a great need to develop the multi-task learning ability of ***,limited by expensive and time-consuming human annotations,collecting complete labels for each task is *** a result,most existing benchmarks involve many missing labels in training data,and the performance of GNNs is impaired due to the lack of sufficient supervision *** overcome this obstacle,we propose to improve multi-task molecular property prediction by missing label ***,a bipartite graph is first introduced to model the molecule-task co-occurrence ***,the imputation of missing labels is transformed into predicting missing edges on this bipartite *** predict the missing edges,a graph neural network is devised,which can learn the complex molecule-task co-occurrence *** that,we select reliable pseudo labels according to the uncertainty of the prediction *** with enough and reliable supervision information,our approach achieves state-of-the-art performance on a variety of real-world datasets.

The 4-lobe aluminum alloy helical surface rotors are widely applied in industry,such as ***,the conventional manufacturing processes of aluminum alloy helical surface are time consuming and *** make the manufacturing processes more flexible and economical,the forward hot extrusion process is proposed to form the 4-lobe aluminum alloy helical surface *** this work,we implement both simulations and experiments to the forming process of the helical surface,of which the material is 6063 aluminum *** forward hot extrusion process is simulated with finite element method in *** on the simulation method,the influences of different extrusion parameters,such as extrusion temperature,extrusion speed and extrusion ratio,on the extrusion process are *** to the numerical simulation results,the optimal case is chosen to carry out the ***,the experimental results show that the surface is smooth;the toothed fill is full;the twist angle in the length direction is evenly distributed;the value of twist angle is roughly in line with the design angle,which is mainly due to the modified die structure,having a positive and significant effect on the increment of twist ***,the twist angle has an increase of about 76%,which verifies the modified die structure.

Calcium(Ca^(2+))is an essential nutrient and a cellular signal in *** level of free Ca^(2+)in the apoplast is~10,000-fold higher than that in the cytoplasm at the resting *** large Ca^(2+)level gradient across the membrane between the interior and exterior can cause Ca^(2+)overload and *** have evolved mechanisms to export Ca^(2+)out of the cytoplasm or store it in intracellular organelles,such as endoplasmic reticulum(ER),mitochondria,and ***,Ca^(2+)-binding proteins,including those containing the most common Ca^(2+)-binding EF-hand domains,maintain the cytosolic Ca^(2+)level by directly binding them,thus participating in Ca^(2+)***^(2+)/H+exchangers(CAXs,antiporter)and Ca^(2+)-ATPases(ACAs)are responsible for transferring Ca^(2+)from the cytosol to either the external space or intracellular stores(Bose et al.,2011).However,it is still unknown how these Ca^(2+)-scavenging transporters are activated when the cytosolic Ca^(2+)level is elevated to threshold ***“auto-regulatory”mechanism to scavenge excess cytosolic Ca^(2+),providing a guarding system to maintain cytosolic Ca^(2+)homeostasis in plants.

气液两相流动是自然界中常见的流动现象,对其进行数值模拟时要求必须能够准确跟踪界面运动变形。本文利用光滑粒子流体动力学方法,结合微可压缩模型(SCM),引入界面控制方法XSPH速度修正以及Van Derwaals状态方程修正,对典型的气液两相流动如二维溃坝、气泡上浮等问题进行了数值模拟,分析了空气和水相互作用机理以及界面运动规律,并同实验结果和其他数值计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,该方法在模拟多相介质界面运动问题准确有效,可用于处理更为复杂的多相流动工程问题。

超高速碰撞相似律的数值模拟验证
