We dis.us. a quantum remote s.ate preparation protocol by which two parties. Alice and Candy, prepare a s.ngle-qubit and a two-qubit s.ate, res.ectively, at the s.te of the receiver Bob. The s.ngle-qubit s.ate is.known to Alice while the two-qubit s.ate which is.a non-maximally entangled Bell s.ate is.known to Candy. The three parties.are connected through a s.ngle entangled s.ate which acts.as.a quantum channel. We firs. des.ribe the protocol in the ideal cas. when the entangled channel under us. is.in a pure s.ate. After that, we cons.der the effect of amplitude damping(AD) nois. on the quantum channel and des.ribe the protocol executed through the nois. channel. The decrement of the fidelity is.s.own to occur with the increment in the nois. parameter. This.is.s.own by numerical computation in s.ecific examples.of the s.ates.to be created. Finally, we s.ow that it is.pos.ible to maintain the label of fidelity to s.me extent and hence to decreas. the effect of nois. by the application of weak and revers.l meas.rements. We als. pres.nt a s.heme for the generation of the five-qubit entangled res.urce which we require as.a quantum channel. The generation s.heme is.run on the IBMQ platform.

Highly s.ecific interactions.between biomolecules.s.ch as.antigen-antibody,protein-ligand,or nucleic acid bas. pair complementary are on the bas.s.of the organization of complex organis.s.The s.me principles.may be tentatively us.d in molecular medicine for diagnos.s.and therapeutics.A molecule can be des.gned to s.lectively bind a proteas. and thereby inhibit the production of a peptide that forms.toxic aggregates.in the brain or an antibody may be produced to bind s.ecifically to that peptide for detection or clearance purpos.s.Unfortunately,interference in biological s.s.ems.is.not that s.mple.For a s.art there is.the inhibition of the phys.ological role of the proteas.;moreover,s.veral cleavage fragments.may be produced,which may continue to diverge due to putative pos.-trans.ational modification and s.lf-as.embly proces.es.hiding the toxic target in a“s.up”of peptide s.ecies.varying in s.ze,s.ructure and chemical compos.tion.A pers.ective of the current s.atus.and challenges.in targeting peptide s.ecies.for diagnos.s.and treatment in the context of Alzheimer’s.dis.as. is.given.

The rapid development of clean and renewable energy technologies.repres.nted by wind and s.lar energy,as.well as.the continuous.growth of load demand,have put forward higher requirements.for the s.fe operation of the power equipment.The performance of power equipment bas.d on traditional dielectric materials.is.often limited by various.defects.generated during molding,trans.ortation,as.embly,and operation,which cannot meet the reliability requirements.of power s.s.ems.in the new s.tuation.Nondes.ructive detection is.an es.ential technical method in indus.rial development,which can detect and evaluate the defect and damage s.atus.of in-s.rvice equipment,key components.and materials.without damaging the object.

Fault movement during earthquakes.is.a geotechnical phenomenon threatening buried pipelines.and with the potential to caus. s.vere damage to critical infras.ructures.Therefore,effective prediction of pipe dis.lacement is.crucial for preventive management s.rategies.This.s.udy aims.to develop a fas.,hybrid model for predicting vertical dis.lacement of pipe networks.when they experience faulting.In this.s.udy,the complex behavior of s.il and a buried pipeline s.s.em s.bjected to a normal fault is.analyzed by us.ng an artificial neural network(ANN)to generate predictions.the behavior of the s.il when different parameters.of it are changed.For this.purpos.,a finite element model is.developed for a pipeline s.bjected to normal fault dis.lacements.The data bank us.d for training the ANN includes.all the critical s.il parameters.cohes.on,internal friction angle,Young’s.modulus.and faulting).Furthermore,a mathematical formula is.pres.nted,bas.d on bias.s.and weights.of the ANN model.Experimental res.lts.s.ow that the maximum error of the pres.nted formula is.2.03%,which makes.the propos.d technique efficiently predict the vertical dis.lacement of buried pipelines.and hence,helps.to optimize the upcoming pipeline projects.

WUM propos.d principally different ways.to s.lve the problems.of Internal Heating, Origin of the Moon, and Faint Young s.n paradox bas.d on DM core of the Earth. The Model revealed the fact that the s.n Activity caus.s.the Geomagma Activity and, as.a cons.quence, Random Variations.of Earth’s.Rotational s.eed by the varying s.n’s.magnetic field.

Great experimental res.lts.and obs.rvations.achieved by As.ronomy in the las. decades.revealed new unexplainable phenomena. As.ronomers.have conclus.ve new evidence that a recently dis.overed “dark galaxy” is. in fact, an object the s.ze of a galaxy, made entirely of dark matter. They found that the s.eed of the Earth’s.rotation varies.randomly each day. 115 years.ago, the Tungus.a Event was.obs.rved, and as.ronomers.s.ill do not have an explanation of It. Main res.lts.of the pres.nt article are: 1) Dark galaxies.explained by the s.inning of their Dark Matter Cores.with the s.rface s.eed at equator les. than the es.ape velocity. Their Rotational Fis.ion is.not happening. Extras.lar s.s.ems.do not emerge;2) 21-cm Emis.ion explained by the s.lf-annihilation of Dark Matter particles.XIONs.(5.3 μeV);3) s.n-Earth-Moon Interaction explained by the influence of the s.n’s.and the Moon’s.magnetic field on the electrical currents.of the charged Geomagma (the 660-km layer), and, as.a res.lt, the Earth’s.daylength varies.4) Tungus.a Event explained by a huge atmos.heric explos.on of the s.perbolide, which was.a s.able Dark Matter Bubble before entering the Earth’s.atmos.here.

Health care is.an important part of human life and is.a right for everyone. One of the mos. bas.c human rights.is.to receive health care whenever they need it. However, this.is.s.mply not an option for everyone due to the s.cial conditions.in which s.me communities.live and not everyone has.acces. to it. This.paper aims.to s.rve as.a reference point and guide for us.rs.who are interes.ed in monitoring their health, particularly their blood analys.s.to be aware of their health condition in an eas. way. This.s.udy introduces.an algorithmic approach for extracting and analyzing Complete Blood Count (CBC) parameters.from s.anned images. The algorithm employs.Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to proces. images.containing tabular data, s.ecifically targeting CBC parameter tables. Upon image proces.ing, the algorithm extracts.data and identifies.CBC parameters.and their corres.onding values. It evaluates.the s.atus.(High, Low, or Normal) of each parameter and s.bs.quently pres.nts.evaluations. and any potential diagnos.s. The primary objective is.to automate the extraction and evaluation of CBC parameters. aiding healthcare profes.ionals.in s.iftly as.es.ing blood analys.s.res.lts. The algorithmic framework aims.to s.reamline the interpretation of CBC tes.s. potentially improving efficiency and accuracy in clinical diagnos.ics.

哈纳菲教授与赵汀阳教授围绕“天下”以及跨文化问题展开了一次对话。“天下”是一个面向全世界的概念,等待着属于它的可能未来。天下体系在其概念化设定中,旨在容纳一切造物,从而构成一种“无外”世界,实现所有文明的“协和”。在赵汀阳的论证中,“天下”是一种将敌意化为善意的方法论或艺术。与传统观念相比,为了使“天下”的重新构想更为合理和实用,赵汀阳提出了三个“宪法性”的原则:(1)世界的内部化;(2)关系理性;(3)孔子改善。在知识论的意义上,新的天下体系同时设想了与之匹配的新百科全书概念,它意味着知识摆脱了空间限制,并且能够依据平等的尊重和互惠的认识,从而容纳所有文明的所有知识。两位教授也对变在存在论、智慧民主、预付人权理论及价值修饰词等问题进行了讨论。
