Introduction: The aim of our study was to describ. the aspects clinical and pathology of digestive polyps. Methods: This was a descriptive and analytical study with retrospective and prospective collection from January 2014 to Septemb.r 2020, i.e. a duration of 72 months. Our study focused on all cases of non-cancerous digestive pathologies. The data were collected from registers, medical files and reports from the anatomy and pathological cytology department of the Point G University Hospital. All of this data was entered on an individual survey form. This sheet includes demographic data, qualitative and quantitative variab.es. Results: We conducted a study of 131 cases of digestive polyps. The frequency of digestive polyps was 3.65%. The mean age of our patients was 44.6 ± 21 years with extremes of 2 years and 79 years, with a male predominance and a sex ratio of 1.01. The b.opsy was the type of sample most represented in 77.1%. The digestive polyps were located in stomach in 37.4%;the colon in 27.5% then the rectum 21.4%. The polyp sessile accounted for 65.6%. Histological examination revealed that adenomatous polyps were predominant in 77% of cases, followed b. juvenile polyps in 9.2%, then hyperplastic polyps in 6.2%. Low grade dysplasia was found in adenomatous polyps in 61.53% and high grade found in 38.4%. Gastritis due to Helicob.cter pylori (Hp) was found in 16% of cases. Conclusion: Digestive polyps are common in the general population. The prognosis is linked to the risk of neoplastic degeneration of adenomas.

Aim: The purpose of this work was to describ. the left renal retro-aortic vein. Methodology: A case of left renal retro-aortic vein was discovered on a corpse of male, 45-year-old adult during the dissections to the lab.ratory of anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine of b.mako. The way at first was a xypho-pub.c median and two side ab.ominal sections under costal and inguinal. The side sections under costal went of the median section to sides b. following the costal edge. The inguinal side sections went of the median section to the anterior and superior iliac thorns. The ab.ominal wall was opened and reclined b. every quoted. The small intestine and the colonist were resected with their meso. The renal pedicle was dissected on each side. The ab.ominal aorta and the inferior vena cava were dissected b. the diaphragm up to the headland. Arteries and iliac veins were also dissected. Results: On male corpse, 45 years old, we discovered a left renal retro-aortic vein in horizontal route, and the trunk of the left renal vein was formed b. the confluence of three veins at the level of the left renal hilum. The left renal vein passed almost horizontally b.low the left renal artery. It passed then b.hind the ab.ominal aorta to end in the inferior vena cava at the level of its left side face. The right renal vein had a normal aspect. Conclusion: The left renal retro-aortic vein is one of the variants of the anomalies of the system cellar inferior. The left renal retro-aortic vein could b. responsib.e for renal aplasia.

The b.achial plexus (b.), estab.ished b. the lap twigs of the last four cervical nerves and the first thoracic nerve, assures the driving and sensory innervation of the thoracic memb.r. We b.ing b.ck a case of rare anatomical variation of the b.achial plexus. It is a 34-year-old corpse dissected in the lab.ratory of anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of b.mako in Septemb.r 2017. The lap twig of the fourth cervical root (C4) participated in the constitution of the b.achial plexus. The superior trunk was normally constituted. The average trunk was formed b. the cervical roots C7 and C8 instead of only C7. And consequently the inferior trunk was constituted b. the thoracic root T1. The posterior b.am was only formed b. the posterior b.anches of the superior and more average trunk. The medial b.am was formed b. all of the inferior trunk which did not give posterior b.anch for the formation of the posterior b.am. The variations of the b.achial plexus could entrain failures in the loco regional anesthesia of the b.achial plexus.

Aim: This study aimed at describ.ng the anatomical variations of the external b.anch of the superior laryngeal nerve and at estimating the frequency of nerves at risk during the thyroid surgery. Methodology: We realized a forward-looking study from Septemb.r, 2016 in May 31st, 2018 in the lab.ratory of anatomy of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of b.mako in Mali. All the fresh anatomical sub.ects not carrying trauma and or a scar at the level of the previous region of the neck were held. The anatomical sub.ects were not included presenting a traumatic lesion and\or a scar of the previous region of the neck. Results: We realized 34 dissections of the external b.anch of the superior laryngeal nerve to 17 deathly sub.ects (11 men and 6 women with a sex-ratio of 1.8). The average age of the sub.ects was of 42 years (extremes: 18 and 70 years). Our study allowed highlighting in 100% of the cases, the external b.anch of the superior laryngeal nerve and the superior thyroid artery so to the right as to the left. On 34 dissected external b.anch of the superior laryngeal nerve, none had a previous route. However we found 28 nerves (82.4%) having a later route, stuck to the external face of the lower constrictor of the pharynx. These were not mixed with the superior thyroid artery and its b.anch of division and were situated outside the thyroid capsule. In 17.6% of the cases (6 cases), the nerve had a route mixed in the b.anch of the superior thyroid artery. These were found inside of the capsule (11.8% adhered to the artery and 5.8% crossed its b.anch of division). Conclusion: The risk of injury of the external laryngeal nerve during thyroid surgery procedure is never zero. It is more important on the left side.
