In this work,an 8×8 Ga_(2)O_(3)solar-blind ultraviolet photodetector array is introduced for image sensing *** 2-in wafer-scaled Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film was grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition technique;and the photodetector array was fabricated through ultraviolet photolithography,lift-off,and electron-beam *** addition to the high solar-blind/visible rejection ratio of 104,every photodetector cell in the array has high performance and fast response speed,such as responsivity of 49.4 A W^(-1),specific detectivity of 6.8×10^(14)Jones,external quantum efficiency of 1.9×10^(4)%,linear dynamic range of 117.8 d B,and response time of 41 ms,respectively,indicating the high photo-response performance of the ***,the photodetector array displayed uniform responsivity with a standard deviation of~6%,and presented a sensing image of low chromatic aberration,owing to the high resolution of the photodetector *** a word,this work may contribute to developing Ga_(2)O_(3)-based optoelectronic device applications.

The immune system plays a vital role in maintaining the delicate balance between immune recognition and tumor ***,it is not uncommon that cancerous cells can intelligently acquire abilities to bypass the antitumor immune responses,thus allowing continuous tumor growth and *** evasion has emerged as a significant factor contributing to the progression and immune resistance of pancreatic *** with other cancers,pancreatic cancer has a tumor microenvironment that can resist most treatment modalities,including emerging ***,the use of immunotherapy has yet to bring significant clinical breakthrough among pancreatic cancer patients,suggesting that pancreatic cancer has successfully evaded *** this review,we summarize the impact of genetic alteration and epigenetic modification(especially histone deacetylases,HDAC)on immune evasion in pancreatic *** overexpression significantly suppresses tumor suppressor genes,contributing to tumor growth and *** review the evidence on HDAC inhibitors in tumor eradication,improving T cells activation,restoring tumor immunogenicity,and modulating programmed death 1 *** provide our perspective in targeting HDAC as a strategy to reverse immune evasion in pancreatic cancer.

Rapid Repair of Earthquake Damaged RC Interior Beam-wide Column Joints and Beam-wall Joints Using FRP Composites

This paper studies the seismic performance of FRP-strengthened RC interior non-seismically detailed beam-wide columns and beam-wall joints after limited seismic *** eccentric and concentric beam-wide column joints and two beam-wall joints,initially damaged in a previous study,were repaired and tested under constant axial loads(0.1fc′Ag and 0.35fc′Ag) and lateral cyclic *** rapid repair technique developed,aimed to restore the original strength and to provide minimum drift *** repair schemes were characterized by the use of:(a) epoxy injections and polymer modified cementitious mortar to seal the cracks and replace spalled concrete;and(b) glass(GFRP) and carbon(CFRP) sheets to enhance the joint *** FRP sheets were effectively prevented against possible debonding through the use of fiber *** between responses of specimens before and after repair clearly indicated reasonable restoration in strength,drift capacity,stiffness and cumulative energy dissipation *** specimens failed with delamination of FRP sheets at beam-column joint *** rapid repair technique developed in this study is recommended for mass upgrading or repair of earthquake damaged beam-column joints.

A hybrid Jacobian control for uncalibrated robot visual servoing

This paper focuses on the visual servo control of an uncalibrated robotic arm with an eye-in-hand camera. Without a prior knowledge of the kinematics of the robotic arm or camera calibration, the proposed hybrid Jacobian controller can track a moving object using visual feedback and joint-space velocity feedback. The proposed hybrid control method is a combination of the uncalibrated visual servoing and approximate Jacobian feedback control. First, the Jacobian matrix from joint-space to image-space is estimated by recursive least-squares (RLS) algorithm, and then the approximate Jacobian feedback controller is designed by using visual feedback and joint-space velocity feedback. The performances of the proposed control methods are illustrated by computer simulations.

Freehand transperineal prostate biopsy with a coaxial needle under local anesthesia:Experience from a single institution in Malaysia
