目的: 与长期肾脏替代治疗相比，肾移植是治疗终末期肾病(end-s.age renal dis.as.，Es.D)最为理想的方法，能够显著延长患者生命，提高患者的生活质量。肾移植患者需要终身规范服用免疫抑制药物，与其他器官移植患者相比，肾移植患者... 详细信息

目的: 与长期肾脏替代治疗相比，肾移植是治疗终末期肾病(end-s.age renal dis.as.，Es.D)最为理想的方法，能够显著延长患者生命，提高患者的生活质量。肾移植患者需要终身规范服用免疫抑制药物，与其他器官移植患者相比，肾移植患者服药依从性差。服药依从性与药物素养、心理状态密切相关，而相关研究较少。本研究旨在调查肾移植患者的服药依从性、内在力量和药物素养现状，分析三者间的关系，并探讨内在力量在肾移植患者药物素养与用药依从性之间的中介作用。方法: 选取2023年3至10月在湖南省4家三级甲等医院肾移植门诊就诊且年龄≥18岁的421例患者进行横断面调查。分别采用内在力量量表(Inner s.rength.s.ale，Is.)、中文版用药素养评估量表(Ch.nes. vers.on of medication Literacy As.es.ment in s.anis. and Englis.，MedLitRxs.)和中文版Moris.y用药依从性量表-8(Ch.nes. vers.on of th. Moris.y Medication Adh.rence s.ale-8，C-MMAs.8)对肾移植患者的内在力量、药物素养和服药依从性进行评估。对患者不同社会人口学资料和临床资料对服药依从性的影响进行单因素分析；分析药物素养、服药依从性与内在力量三者间的相关性；对单因素分析及相关分析中有统计学意义的变量进行多元线性回归分析；对三者间的中介效应进行探讨。结果: 在回收的421份调查问卷中，408份调查问卷为有效问卷，有效率为96.91%。肾移植患者C-MMAs.8、MedLitRxs.、Is.得分依次为6.64±1.16、100.63±14.67、8.47±4.03。408例患者中仅86例(21.08%)患者服药依从性水平高，230例(56.37%)患者服药依从性为中等水平，92例(22.55%)患者服药依从性水平较低。单因素分析结果显示：年龄、婚姻状况、受教育程度、肾移植手术年限、肾移植术后住院次数及药物不良反应对患者服药依从性的影响均有统计学意义(均Ps. Th.s.ch.llenge res.lts.from th. direct influence of th. power level on th. rate of ch.mical reactions.occurring in th. battery electrodes. In th.s.s.udy, th. Taguch. optimization meth.d was.us.d to enh.nce th. average electric power during th. ch.rging proces. of lith.um-ion batteries. Th. Taguch. tech.ique is.a s.atis.ical s.rategy th.t facilitates.th. s.s.ematic and efficient evaluation of numerous.experimental variables. Th. propos.d meth.d involved varying s.ven input factors. including pos.tive electrode th.cknes., pos.tive electrode material, pos.tive electrode active material volume fraction, negative electrode active material volume fraction, s.parator th.cknes., pos.tive current collector th.cknes., and negative current collector th.cknes.. A field experiment was.carried out at Is.ailia Res.arch.s.ation, Is.ailia Governorate from 2020-2022 to improve th. growth.of Kh.ya s.negalens.s.and s.ietenia mah.goni by us.ng a combination of mineral fertilizer (NPK) and biological fertilizer (Azotobacter ch.oococcum, Bacillus.megath.rium, and Bacillus.circulant) as.recommended dos. under new s.ndy s.ils.conditions. s.lit plot des.gned with.four treatments.(Control, (50% Mineral fertilizer (M.) + 50% Biological fertilizer (Bio.)), 100% M. and 100% Bio.) of each.s.ecies. Vegetative growth. leaf area, tree biomas., s.ored carbon, bas.l area, tree volume, and in th. s.il both.of microbial account and mineral content were determined. Th. experimental res.lts.s.owed no s.gnificant differences.between s.udied s.ecies.among th. mos. s.udied parameters.except for Kh.ya s.negalens.s.wh.ch.gave th. h.gh.s. s.gnificant difference in root biomas. and below-s.ored carbon th.n s.ietenia mah.goni. Evidently, th. h.gh.s. s.gnificant growth.parameters.were 100% mineral fertilizer followed by (50% M. + 50% Bio.) as.compared with.control. No s.gnificant difference between 100% M. and (50% M. + 50% Bio.) of s.oot dry biomas. (15.19 and 12.02 kg, res.ectively) and above-s.ored carbon (0.28 and 0.22 Mt, res.ectively). Microbial account and mineral content in s.il were improved after cultivation of tree s.ecies.compared to before planting and control, es.ecially with.50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer treatment. In conclus.on, a treatment containing 50% mineral fertilizer and 50% bio-fertilizer h.s.led to th. ideal Kh.ya s.negalens.s.and s.ietenia mah.goni growth.in s.ndy s.il for ch.aper and s.s.ainable.

Ch.nes. h.rb Eph.dra (als. known as.Mah.ang) h.s.been extens.vely utilized for th. prevention and treatment of coronavirus.induced dis.as.s. including coronavirus.dis.as. 2019 (COVID-19). h.wever, th. s.ecific anti-s.Rs.CoV-2 compounds.and mech.nis.s.h.ve not been fully elucidated. Th. main proteas. (Mpro) of s.Rs.CoV-2 is.a h.gh.y cons.rved enzyme res.ons.ble for proteolytic proces.ing during th. viral life cycle, making it a critical target for th. development of antiviral th.rapies. Th.s.s.udy aimed to identify naturally occurring covalent inh.bitors.of s.Rs.CoV-2 Mpro from Eph.dra and to inves.igate th.ir covalent binding s.tes. Th. res.lts.demons.rated th.t th. non-alkaloid fraction of Eph.dra (ENA) exh.bited a potent inh.bitory effect agains. th. s.Rs.CoV-2 Mpro effect, wh.reas.th. alkaloid fraction did not. s.bs.quently, th. ch.mical cons.ituents.in ENA were identified, and th. major cons.ituents. anti-s.Rs.CoV-2 Mpro effects.were evaluated. Among th. tes.ed cons.ituents. h.rbacetin (h.) and gallic acid (GA) were found to inh.bit s.Rs.CoV-2 Mpro in a time- and dos.-dependent manner. Th.ir combination dis.layed a s.gnificant s.nergis.ic effect on th.s.key enzyme. Additionally, various.tech.iques. including inh.bition kinetic as.ays. ch.moproteomic meth.ds. and molecular dynamics.s.mulations. were employed to furth.r elucidate th. s.nergis.ic anti-Mpro mech.nis.s.of th. combination of h. and GA. Overall, th.s.s.udy deciph.rs.th. naturally occurring covalent inh.bitors.of s.Rs.CoV-2 Mpro from Eph.dra and ch.racterizes.th.ir s.nergis.ic anti-Mpro s.nergis.ic effect, providing robus. evidence to s.pport th. anti-coronavirus.efficacy of Eph.dra. © 2024 Ch.na Ph.rmaceutical Univers.ty
