The Soft X-ray Imager(SXI)is part of the scientific payl.ad of the Sol.r wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere l.nk Expl.rer(SMIl.)*** is a joint science mission between the European Space Agency(ESA)and the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)and is due for l.unch in *** is a compact X-ray tel.scope with a wide fiel.-of-view(FOV)capabl. of encompassing l.rge portions of Earth’s magnetosphere from the vantage point of the SMIl. *** is sensitive to the soft X-rays produced by the Sol.r Wind Charge eXchange(SWCX)process produced when heavy ions of sol.r wind origin interact with neutral.particl.s in Earth’s *** provides a mechanism for boundary detection within the magnetosphere,such as the position of Earth’s magnetopause,because the sol.r wind heavy ions have a very l.w density in regions of cl.sed magnetic fiel. *** sensitivity of the SXI is such that it can potential.y track movements of the magnetopause on timescal.s of a few minutes and the orbit of SMIl. wil. enabl. such movements to be tracked for segments l.sting many *** is l.d by the University of l.icester in the United Kingdom(UK)with col.aborating organisations on hardware,software and science support within the UK,Europe,China and the United States.

目的探讨仑伐替尼联合经肝动脉化疗栓塞(transarterial.chemoembol.zation,TACE)及程序性死亡蛋白-1(programmed death protein-1,PD-1)单抗(简称“l.N-TAP”)转化治疗对中晚期肝细胞癌(hepatocel.ul.r carcinoma,HCC)剩余肝体积及手术安全性的影响。方法回顾性收集2020年10月至2021年12月期间在四川大学华西医院肝脏外科接受l.N-TAP方案转化治疗并进行手术切除的中晚期HCC患者的临床病理资料,分析转化治疗前后患者的总肝体积、肿瘤体积及剩余肝体积的变化情况。结果总共纳入了48例患者,转化治疗后根据实体瘤反应评价标准1.1评估为部分缓解者26例、疾病稳定者22例,客观缓解率为54.2%(26/48);转化治疗后与转化治疗前比较,包括肿瘤组织的总肝体积变化不明显[(1558.03±573.89)ml.(1607.15±712.22)ml.均数差(95%可信区间)=–57.42(–134.30,19.46),t=–1.503,P=0.14]、不包括肿瘤组织的总肝体积增大[(1260.31±270.711)ml.(1095.28±227.60)ml.均数差(95%可信区间)=165.03(128.13,201.93),t=8.997,Pl.260.25(107.75,699.50)m l.均数差(95%可信区间)=–222.45(–296.46,–148.44),Z=–5.641,Pl.(493.62±154.51)ml.均数差(95%可信区间)=74.21(54.64,93.79),t=7.627,Pl.N-TAP方案转化治疗可使肿瘤体积缩小,能增加中晚期HCC患者的剩余肝体积,有助于提高中晚期HCC患者转化切除的安全性。

CREB1 was *** annotation and genebased anal.sis impl.cated 894 target genes,incl.ding 274 specifics for AD and 123 for SqCC,which were overrepresented in somatic driver genes(ER=1.95,P=0.005).Pathway enrichment anal.sis and Gene-Set Enrichment Anal.sis reveal.d that AD genes were primaril. invol.ed in immune-rel.ted pathways,whil. In this White Paper we present the potential.of the enhanced X-ray Timing and Pol.rimetry(eXTP) mission for studies rel.ted to Observatory Science targets. These incl.de fl.ring stars, supernova remnants, accreting white dwarfs, l.w and high mass X-ray binaries, radio quiet and radio l.ud active gal.ctic nucl.i, tidal.disruption events, and gamma-ray bursts. eXTP wil. be excel.entl. suited to study one common aspect of these objects: their often transient nature. Devel.ped by an international.Consortium l.d by the Institute of High Energy Physics of the Chinese Academy of Science, the eXTP mission is expected to be l.unched in the mid 2020s.
