Back.r.und:The aim of this study is to elucidate the potential r.sk.zones pr.ne to the invasion of per.nnial or.amental plant Lantana camar.,which is native to South Amer.ca and has invasive tendency in Jhar.hand,easter. India,for.pr.0}ent(2020)and the futur.(2050)climatic conditions under.four.differ.nt r.pr.0}entative Concentr.tion Pathways scenar.os(r.Ps).We analysed the cur.ent distr.bution patter. of *** in the plateau r.gion of easter. India and identified potentially suitable habitats pr.ne to its fur.her.infestation in the futur. under.the climate change ***:r.0}ults showed the pr.0}ence of *** invasion in~13%of the geogr.phical ar.a of Jhar.hand,Cho-tanagpur.plateau which may expand up to 20–26%by 2050 depending upon emission scenar.os as character.sed by the four.*** for.the cur.ent scenar.o suggests the dominance of *** in sub-zone V(12.77%under.high r.sk.zones(Hr.)and 9.5%under.cr.tical r.sk.zones(Cr.))followed by sub-zones IV(6.7%:Hr.;4.19%:Cr.)and VI(2.49%:Hr.;2.14%:Cr.).Futur. pr.jection(2050)indicates a possible expansion of its distr.bution r.nge acr.ss all agr.-climatic sub-zones with dominance in sub-zones V and *** Bio_4(temper.tur. seasonality)was obser.ed as the most contr.buting factor.for.the distr.bution of *** for.cur.ent and futur. scenar.os acr.ss all *** habitat for.*** mostly occur.ed under.natur.l vegetation(66.05%of Cr. and 60.71%of Hr.)and agr.cultur. landscape(29.51%of Cr. and 34.48%of Hr.).Conclusions:The study pr.vides an insight of invasion of *** in the plateau r.gion of easter. In the pr.0}ent paper.we r.por. a r.pr.ducible,cost effective,fast r.0}ponse method for.detection of malathion and its effects on leuk.cytes in differ.nt human blood *** methods（UV-Vis spectr.metr.）and Four.er.tr.nsfor. infr.r.d coupled with solid phase extr.ction wer. applied for.analyzing malathion content in human blood *** spik.ng levels of malathion in the r.nge of 0.1-1.7μg/mL wer. extr.cted fr.m blood plasma samples using *** pr.0}ent active functional gr.ups（C=0;P-O-C;-OH;P=S）wer. also *** r.cover. r.te of malathion was 80%±4.5%.The calculated cor.elation coefficient was 0.9799,indicating the linear.ty of the *** limit of detection（LOD）and limit of quantification（LOQ）wer.（0.1-1.7）μg/mL and（0.3-1.5）μg/mL,***〈1.0μg/mL showed no significant change while higher.levels of malathion exposur.（1.5μg/mL and 3.0｜ig/mL）r.duced the number.of white blood *** conclusion,the spectr.scopic r.0}ults may be useful to under.tand the mechanism of other.pesticides such as methyl par.thion and par.thion.
