The development of anode materials with high rate capability and long charge-discharge plateau is the key to improve per-formance of lithium-ion capacitors(LICs).Herein,the porous graphitic carbon(PGC-1300)derived from a new triply interpenetrated co-balt metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)was prepared through the facile and robust carbonization at 1300°C and washing by HCl solu-tion.The as-prepared PGC-1300 featured an optimized graphitization degree and porous framework,which not only contributes to high plateau capacity(105.0 mAh·g^(−1)below 0.2 V at 0.05 A·g^(−1)),but also supplies more convenient pathways for ions and increases the rate capability(128.5 mAh·g^(−1)at 3.2 A·g^(−1)).According to the kinetics analyses,it can be found that diffusion regulated surface induced capa-citive process and Li-ions intercalation process are coexisted for lithium-ion storage.Additionally,LIC PGC-1300//AC constructed with pre-lithiated PGC-1300 anode and activated carbon(AC)cathode exhibited an increased energy density of 102.8 Wh·kg^(−1),a power dens-ity of 6017.1 W·kg^(−1),together with the excellent cyclic stability(91.6%retention after 10000 cycles at 1.0 A·g^(−1)).

Background Fatty liver disease causes huge economic losses in the poultry industry due to its high occurrence and lethality rate.Three-dimensional(3D)chromatin architecture takes part in disease processing by regulating tran-scriptional reprogramming.The study is carried out to investigate the alterations of hepatic 3D genome and H3K27ac profiling in early fatty liver(FLS)and reveal their effect on hepatic transcriptional reprogramming in laying hens.Results Results show that FLS model is constructed with obvious phenotypes including hepatic visible lipid deposi-tion as well as higher total triglyceride and cholesterol in serum.A/B compartment switching,topologically associat-ing domain(TAD)and chromatin loop changes are identified by high-throughput/resolution chromosome conforma-tion capture(HiC)technology.Targeted genes of these alternations in hepatic 3D genome organization significantly enrich pathways related to lipid metabolism and hepatic damage.H3K27ac differential peaks and differential expres-sion genes(DEGs)identified through RNA-seq analysis are also enriched in these pathways.Notably,certain DEGs are found to correspond with changes in 3D chromatin structure and H3K27ac binding in their promoters.DNA motif analysis reveals that candidate transcription factors are implicated in regulating transcriptional reprogram-ming.Furthermore,disturbed folate metabolism is observed,as evidenced by lower folate levels and altered enzyme expression.Conclusion Our findings establish a link between transcriptional reprogramming changes and 3D chromatin struc-ture variations during early FLS formation,which provides candidate transcription factors and folate as targets for FLS prevention or treatment.

This review evaluated research results on polyvinyl alcohol fiber cement-stabilized macadam(PVA-FCSM)to further improve the long-term durability of road structures and promote its in-depth study and high-quality application.The suitable PVA fiber technical indexes for ordinary cement-stabilized macadam(CSM)were recommended.The difference in the mechanical properties between CSM and PVA-FCSM was described.The extent to which PVA fibers enhance the durability of CSM were clarified.Additionally,the mechanism of enhancement of CSM by PVA fibers was revealed.Finally,the performance of each type of fiber cement-stabilized macadam(FCSM)was compared and evaluated.The results indicated that the suggested PVA fiber length and content for CSM were 12-30 mm and 0.6-1.2 kg/m^(3),respectively.At different ages,the mean degree of improvement in the unconfined compressive strength was 14%,20%,and 14%,that in the compressive resilience modulus was 8%,11%,and 6%,and that in the splitting strength was 29%,15%,and 22%,respectively.At different ages,the mean degree of decreased in the dry shrinkage coefficient was 21%,16%,and 15%and that in the temperature shrinkage coefficient(20℃-30℃)was 23%,23%,and 18%,respectively.The coefficients increased with extended curing age.Moreover,at the same stress level,PVA-FCSM has a higher fatigue life compared to CSM.The bridging effect,high strength,and high modulus of PVA fiber enhance the strength and anti-cracking of CSM.The recommended fiber type for CSM is PVA fiber.

Reactive oxygen species(ROS),involving in many biological reactions,play an important role in disease treatment.Among the various ROS-based therapeutic modalities,sonodynamic therapy(SDT)stands out with its unique advantages.In turn,the SDT efficacy is mainly dependent on the ROS levels in the disease microenvironment.Therefore,in recent years,researchers have extensively investigated SDT with high ROS generation capacity.In this review,we focus on effective strategies to improve the therapeutic ef-ficiency of SDT by modulating ROS,overview the basic mechanisms of ROS generation by sonosensitizers,highlight the rational design of sonosensitizers,and summarize strategies to improve the SDT efficacy by modulating disease microenvironment.In addition,multiple ROS synergistic treatment modalities and the prospect of SDT are discussed.We believe that the understanding and exploration of SDT enhancement strategies will facilitate the clinical translation of SDT.

Three-dimensional graphene materials have been studied as typical supercapacitors electrode materials by virtue of their ultrahigh specific surface area and good ion transport capacity.However,improvement of the poor volumetric electrochemical performance of these graphene materials has been required although they have high gravimetric energy density.In this work,nanocellulose/nitrogen and fluorine co-doped graphene composite hydrogels(NC-NFGHs)were prepared through a convenient hydrothermal approach utilizing ammonium fluoride as the heteroatom source.Nanocellulose(NC)and high concentration of graphene oxide(GO)were utilized to adjust the structure of NC-NFGHs and increase their packing density.Subsequently,the aqueous symmetric supercapacitor based on NC-NFGH-80 exhibits remarkable gravimetric(286.6 F·g^(-1))and volumetric(421.3 F·cm^(-3))specific capacitance at 0.3 A·g^(-1),good rate performance,and remarkable cycle stability up to 10,000 cycles.Besides,the all-solid-state flexible symmetric supercapacitors(ASSC)fabricated by NC-NFGH-80 also delivered a large specific capacitance of 117.1 F·g^(-1)at 0.3 A·g^(-1)and long service life over 10,000 cycles at 10 A·g^(-1).This compact porous structure and heteroatom co-doped graphene material supply a favorable strategy for high-performance supercapacitors.

With the rapid development of asphalt pavement technology,it has attracted considerable attention to improving the durability of asphalt pavement.An effective action is to use modified asphalt with high performance and durability.Polyurethane(PU)has been used in asphalt pavement engineering to enhance the durability and service life of asphalt pavement because of its excellent high-temperature performance,toughness,wear resistance,aging resistance and oil resistance.However,PU modified asphalt technology is still in the exploratory stage.The preparation,modification mechanism and working performances of PU modified asphalt need to be further clarified.Therefore,this paper summarized the research progress of PU modified asphalt and its mixture.The composition of PU modified asphalt was introduced.The addition methods of PU materials and preparation process parameters of the PU modified asphalt were determined.The modification mechanism of PU on asphalt was discussed.The effects of polyurethane on asphalt were analyzed and the road performances of its mixture were evaluated.Finally,the development tendency towards PU modified asphalt and its mixture were forecasted.

Many real-world applications,including adaptive radar scanning and smart stealth,require reconfigurable multifunctional devices to simultaneously manipulate multiple degrees of freedom of electromagnetic(EM)waves in an on-demand manner.Recently,kirigami technique,affording versatile and unconventional structural transformation,has been introduced to endow metamaterials with the capability of controlling EM waves in a reconfigurable manner.Here,we report for a kirigami-inspired sparse meta-architecture,with structural density of 1.5%in terms of the occupation space,for adaptive invisibility based on independent operations of frequency,bandwidth,and amplitude.Based on the general principle of dipolar management via structural reconstruction of kirigami-inspired meta-architectures,we demonstrate reconfigurable invisibility management with abundant EM functions and a wide tuning range using three enantiomers(A,B,and C)of different geometries characterized by the folding angleβ.Our strategy circumvents issues of limited abilities,narrow tuning range,extreme condition,and high cost raised by available reconfigurable metamaterials,providing a new avenue toward multifunctional smart devices.

疾病控制优先(disease control priority,DCP)是一种重要的公共健康干预策略。该策略首先依据疾病负担严重程度、疾病防治技术有效性、现有卫生系统的防治能力等一系列标准筛选出应作为优先防控的疾病,然后就这些疾病的防控技术展开定性(如面对面访谈、专家咨询、研讨会等)和定量(如成本效益分析、多准则决策分析等)评估,最终确定应作为优先推进的公共卫生举措。从理念的产生,到概念的正式提出,再到实践的指导,DCP历经70多年,为提高发展中国家医疗卫生服务体系效率,促进人群健康做出了重要贡献。本研究系统梳理DCP产生背景、发展历程、实现方法和实践应用,旨在探讨DCP在卫生治理中的应用潜能,为全面推进健康中国建设提供技术支撑和决策参考。

Publication trends in studies examining radix notoginseng as a treatment for ischemic brain injury

Acute ischemic stroke has become a major disease burden with high mortality and morbidity rates. There is a lack of evidence-based medicine confirming the efficacy of common treatments. Panax notoginseng saponins, the main active ingredient of radix notoginseng, have a neuro- protective role in ischemic brain injury, and have been popularized as a maintenance treatment for acute cerebral infarction and its sequelae. We conducted literature searches on the Web of Science, ClinicalTrials.gov, Cochrane Collaboration, CNKI, Wanfang and the China Scientific ＆ Technological Achievements Database and analyzed the experimental and clinical outcomes of studies investigating the use of radix notoginseng in the treatment of ischemic brain injury to improve the understanding of relevant research trends and existing problems. We found that over the past 10 years, China has maintained its interest in Panax notoginseng research, while such studies are scarce on the Web of Science. However, Chinese researchers often focus on the neuroprotective role of radix notoginseng in ischemic brain injury, but there are no large-scale clinical data to confirm its efficacy and safety. There remains a need for more rigorous large-sample randomized controlled clinical trials with long-term follow-up, to determine whether radix notoginseng lowers stroke recurrence and improves patient＇s quality of life.
