肠道是人体持续暴露于外部环境的最大器官之一,发挥着重要的物理及化学屏障作用保护人体免受致病菌侵害,肠黏膜屏障作为肠道的重要组成部分,其完整性对维持肠道微生态平衡起关键作用,肠黏膜屏障破坏可导致肠道菌群失调及易位,与多种疾病的发生发展相关。肠脂肪酸结合蛋白(intestinal fatty acid binding protein,I‑FABP)是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族中的一种,对肠道损伤具有特异性,在肠道发生损伤、缺血、肠黏膜屏障损伤及通透性增加时会迅速释放入血液循环,I‑FABP水平升高是反映肠道损伤的重要标志物,临床上很多疾病常合并肠道功能障碍,本文主要对I‑FABP的结构特征、功能及其与肠黏膜屏障相关疾病的关系进行综述。

Major volcanic eruptions(MVEs)have attracted increasing attention from the scientific community.Previous studies have explored the climatic impact of MVEs over the past two millennia.However,proxy-based reconstructions and climate model simulations indicate divergent responses of global and China’s regional climates to MVEs.Here,we used multiple data from observations,reconstructions,simulations,and assimilations to summarize the historical facts of MVEs,the characteristics and mechanisms of their climatic impact,and directions for future research.We reviewed volcanic datasets and determined intensive MVE periods;these periods corresponded to the years 530–700,1200‒1460,and 1600‒1840 CE.After tropical MVEs,a substantial cooling effect is observed throughout the globe and China on the interannual-interdecadal time scales but an inconsistent cooling magnitude is detected between reconstructions and simulations.In the first summer after tropical MVEs,a decrease in global and monsoonal precipitation is observed.In reconstructions and simulations,an increased precipitation is seen for the Yangtze River Basin,while large uncertainties in precipitation changes are present for other regions of China.Decadal drought can be induced by frequent eruptions and volcanism superimposed on low solar irradiation and internal variability.MVEs affect climate directly through the radiative effect and indirectly by modulating internal variability,such as the El Niño‒Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation(AMO).However,changes in the phase,amplitude,and periodicity of ENSO and AMO after MVEs and the associated mechanisms remain controversial,which could account for model-reconstruction disagreements.Moreover,other internal variability,uncertainties in reconstruction methods and aerosol‒climate models,and climate background may also induce model-reconstruction disagreements.Knowledge gaps and directions for future research are also discussed.

LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)O_(2)(NCA) is a promising cathode for sulfide-based solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)profiting from its high specific capacity and voltage plateau, which yielding high energy density. However, the inferior interfacial stability between the bare NCA and sulfides limits its electrochemical performance. Hereien, the dual-electrolyte layer is proposed to mitigate this effect and enhance the battery performances of NCA-based ASSLIBs. The Li_(3)InCl_6 wih high conductivity and excellent electrochemcial stability act both as an ion additives to promote Li-ion diffusion across the interface in the cathode and as a buffer layer between the cathode layer and the solid electrolyte layer to avoid side reactions and improve the interface stability. The corresponding battery exhibits high discharge capacities and superior cyclabilities at both room and elevated temperatures. It exhibits discharge performance of 237.04 and216.07 m Ah/g at 0.1 and 0.5 C, respectively, when cycled at 60 ℃, and sustains 95.9% of the capacity after100 cycles at 0.5 C. The work demonstrates a simple strategy to ensure the superior performances of NCA in sulfide-based ASSLBs.

Sulfide-based all-solid-state lithium metal batteries(ASSLMBs)have received extensive attention due to their high energy density and high safety,while the poor interface stability between sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal anode limits their development.Hence,a hybrid SEI(LICl/Li F/Li Zn)was constructed at the interface between Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal.The Li Cl and Li F interface phases with high interface energy effectively induce the uniform deposition of Li^(+)and reduce the overpotential of Li^(+)deposition,while the Li Zn alloy interface phase accelerates the diffusion of lithium ions.The synergistic effect of the above functional interface phases inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites and stabilizes the interface between the sulfide electrolyte and lithium metal.The hybrid SEI strategy exhibits excellent electrochemical performance on symmetric batteries and all-solid-state batteries.The symmetrical cell exhibits stable cycling performance over long duration over 500 h at 1.0 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,the LiNbO_(3)@NCM712/Li_(5.5)PS_(4.5)Cl_(1.5)/Li-10%Zn F_(2)battery exhibits excellent cycle stability at a high rate of 0.5 C,with a capacity retention rate of 76.4%after 350 cycles.

协调好湟水流域产业结构升级与生态保护的关系,对推动黄河流域高质量发展、祁连山生态屏障建设及区域可持续发展意义重大。基于湟水流域西宁段7县区2010—2021年面板数据,运用Super-Undesirable SBM模型和扩展的耦合协调模型对产业结构升级、生态效率提升及两系统耦合协调水平进行测算评价,并借助坐标分类法对路径进行识别。结果表明:(1)样本区产业结构升级与生态效率提升水平区域差异显著,且呈现出“中心凸出、两边薄弱”的空间分布。(2)样本区内各县区整体耦合协调水平不高,区域差异显著,且大部分处于过渡耦合阶段,弹性较弱。(3)产业结构升级固化是该区域耦合协调水平较低的主要制约;耦合路径发展中应重点关注“双低”类型区域,同时避免陷入“低水平协调”陷阱。最后从内部突破资源约束与外部实现制度均衡分配2个维度提出相关发展建议。研究结果可为实现湟水流域西宁段高质量发展提供参考。

行政区划是国家治理的空间基础,其改革实践则重塑区域政治经济格局,是国内外实务界与学术界共同关注的重要议题。但国内学界对国外行政区划改革的关注却相对不足。基于对英文文献的梳理,评述国外行政区划改革的实践进程与研究进展。研究发现,合并与拆分是国外行政区划改革的两种主要模式,改革的动因研究、影响因素及绩效研究是现有研究的三个核心议题,而精确评估改革绩效、扩展研究视角是未来研究的重点方向,同时国外行政区划改革的实践也可为当前中国的行政区划改革提供一定的参考。

With the rapid advancement of social economies,intelligent transportation systems are gaining increasing atten-tion.Central to these systems is the detection of abnormal vehicle behavior,which remains a critical challenge due to the complexity of urban roadways and the variability of external conditions.Current research on detecting abnormal traffic behaviors is still nascent,with significant room for improvement in recognition accuracy.To address this,this research has developed a new model for recognizing abnormal traffic behaviors.This model employs the R3D network as its core architecture,incorporating a dense block to facilitate feature reuse.This approach not only enhances performance with fewer parameters and reduced computational demands but also allows for the acquisition of new features while simplifying the overall network structure.Additionally,this research integrates a self-attentive method that dynamically adjusts to the prevailing traffic conditions,optimizing the relevance of features for the task at hand.For temporal analysis,a Bi-LSTM layer is utilized to extract and learn from time-based data nuances.This research conducted a series of comparative experiments using the UCF-Crime dataset,achieving a notable accuracy of 89.30%on our test set.Our results demonstrate that our model not only operates with fewer parameters but also achieves superior recognition accuracy compared to previous models.

Carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sinks reduce the rate of increase of the atmospheric CO_(2) concentration and global warming. However, uncertainty still exists in the estimation results of carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sink fluxes(CCSF), and the contributions of climate change and ecological restoration to the CCSF are not clear. To this end, we compiled published site data on ion concentrations in different watersheds in China and used a classical thermodynamic dissolution model to reassess the potential and spatial and temporal patterns of the CCSF in China from 1991 to 2020. We quantified the contributions of temperature(MAT), precipitation(MAP), evapotranspiration(ET), soil water(SM), and the normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI) to the CCSF. The results revealed that(1) China's CCSF was 22.76 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1), which was higher than the global average(15.77 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1)). The total carbonate rock chemical weathering carbon sink(CCS) was 4772.67×10^(4)t CO_(2), contributing 14.91% of the global CCS through a carbonate rock area of 252.98×10^(4)km^(-2).(2) China's CCSF decreased gradually from southeast to northwest, with values of 33.14, 12.93, and7.27 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1)in the southern karst, Qinghai-Tibetan karst, and northern karst regions, respectively.(3) The overall CCSF in China exhibited an increasing trend from 1991 to 2020, with a rate of increase of 0.16 t CO_(2)km^(-2)yr^(-1).(4) The contributions of the MAP, MAT, ET, SM, and NDVI to the CCSF were 63.3%, 3.02%, 27.5%, 3.1%, and 3.05%, respectively. Among them, the increase in precipitation was the main contributor to the increase in the CCSF in China over the last 30 years, while the enhancement of ET offset part of the positive contribution of the increase in precipitation to the CCSF. In conclusion, the results of this study provide a systematic quantification of the magnitude, the patterns, and the influencing factors of CCS over a long time series in China.
