The emergence of prosumers in distribution systems has enabled competitive electricity markets to transition from traditional hierarchical structures to more decentralized models such as peer-to-peer(P2P)and community-based(CB)energy transaction ***,the network usage charge(NUC)that prosumers pay to the electric power utility for network services is not adjusted to suit these energy transactions,which causes a reduction in revenue streams of the *** this study,we propose an NUC calculation method for P2P and CB transactions to address holistically economic and technical issues in transactive energy markets and distribution system operations,*** on the Nash bargaining(NB)theory,we formulate an NB problem for P2P and CB transactions to solve the conflicts of interest among prosumers,where the problem is further decomposed into two convex subproblems of social welfare maximization and payment *** then build the NUC calculation model by coupling the NB model and AC optimal power flow *** also employ the Shapley value to allocate the NUC to consumers fairly for the NUC model of CB ***,numerical studies on IEEE 15-bus and 123-bus distribution systems demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed NUC calculation method for P2P and CB transactions.

This paper presents a topology optimization method for variable stiffness composite panels with varying fiber orientation and curvilinear fiber ***-uniform rational B-Splines(NURBS)based Isogeometric analysis(IGA)is utilized for the numerical computation of the general minimum compliance *** sensitivity analysis of the structure compliance function for the density and bi-layer orientation is *** bi-layer fiber paths in the design domain are generated using streamline method and updated by divided pieces reselection method after the optimization *** common examples are tested to demonstrate the effectiveness of the *** results show that the proposed method can generate more manufacturable fiber paths than some typical topology optimization methods.

Numerous studies indicate that target gene silencing by RNA interference （RNAi） could lead to insect death. This phenomenon has been considered as a potential strategy for insect pest control, and it is termed RNAi-mediated crop protection. However, there are many limitations using RNAi-based technology for pest control, with the effectiveness target gene selection and reliable double-strand RNA （dsRNA） delivery being two of the major challenges. With respect to target gene selection, at present, the use of homologous genes and genome-scale high-throughput screening are the main strategies adopted by researchers. Once the target gene is identified, dsRNA can be delivered by micro-injection or by feeding as a dietary component. However, micro-injection, which is the most common method, can only be used in laboratory experiments. Expression of dsRNAs directed against insect genes in transgenic plants and spraying dsRNA reagents have been shown to induce RNAi effects on target insects. Hence, RNAi-mediated crop protection has been considered as a potential new-generation technology for pest control, or as a complementary method of existing pest control strategies; however, further devel- opment to improve the efficacy of protection and range of species affected is necessary. In this review, we have summarized current research on RNAi-based technology for pest insect management. Current progress has proven that RNAi technology has the potential to be a tool for designing a new generation of insect control measures. To accelerate its practical application in crop protection, further study on dsRNA uptake mechanisms based on the knowledge of insect physiology and biochemistry is needed.

Commercially available carbon-supported Pt, PtCo and PtRu catalysts from E-TEK are heat-treated in turn at 600℃ and 800℃ each for an hour. The as-received and as-heated catalysts are used as anode catalysts for direct methanol fuel cells. Structural and surface composition changes induced by heating are analyzed by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, respectively. For the Pt catalyst, heating the catalysts caused only the mass activity decrease due to particle sintering, whereas the specific activity and CO tolerance remained unchanged. The performance of the PtCo and PtRu catalysts is affected differently by heating. Heating the PtRu catalyst adversely affects its catalytic activity and its CO tolerance due to Pt depletion at the surface. In contrast, although Pt depletion also takes place for the heated PtCo catalysts, these catalysts show an even higher specific activity and approximately the same CO tolerance. The observed difference is likely due to the optimum atomic ratio difference for Ru/Pt and Co/Pt; an increased atomic ratio on the surface for Co/Pt results in an activity enhancement, which is contrary to the effect of the increase of Ru/Pt atomic ratio.

High-entropy alloys(HEAs)have significant application prospects as promising candidate materials for nuclear industry due to their excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and irradiation *** this work,the Mo_(0.25)V_(0.25)Ti_(1.5)Zr_(0.5)Nb_(x)(x=0,0.25,0.5,0.75 and 1.0)HEAs were designed and *** alloys were prepared by vacuum arc melting,and all the ingots were annealed at 1200℃ for 24 *** microstructures,crystal structures,hardness and mechanical properties of Mo_(0.25)V_(0.25)Ti_(1.5)Zr_(0.5)Nb_(x) HEAs were *** as-cast alloys are composed of single BCC ***,the single BCC phase is retained after annealing at 1200℃ for 24 *** compressive and microhardness tests show that the strength and hardness of the alloys decrease gradually with the increase of Nb content,while the plasticity increases and the fracture mode of the alloy changes from brittle fracture to ductile fracture,which is mainly owing to the decrease of grain *** addition of Nb significantly improves the plasticity of the Mo_(0.25)V_(0.25)Ti_(1.5)Zr_(0.5)Nb_(x) *** particular,Nb1.0 alloy can reach 28.32%strain without fracture,which exhibits promising potential in industrial application.

Background Treatment duration of wrist-ankle acupuncture(WAA)is uncertain for post-thyroidectomy pain *** This study evaluated the effect of different WAA treatment duration on post-operative pain relief and other discomforts associated with ***,setting,participants and intervention This randomized controlled trial was conducted at a single research site in Guangzhou,China.A total of 132 patients receiving thyroidectomy were randomly divided into the control group(sham WAA,30 min)and three intervention groups(group 1:WAA,30 min;group 2:WAA,45 min;group 3:WAA,60 min),with group allocation ratio of 1:1:1:*** was administered within 1 hour of leaving the operating *** and measures Primary outcome was patients’pain at the surgical site assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)at the moment after acupuncture treatment(post-intervention).Secondary outcomes included the patients’pain VAS scores at 6,12,24,48 and 72 h after the thyroidectomy,the 40-item Quality of Recovery(QoR-40)score,the grade of post-operative nausea and vomiting(PONV),and the use of additional analgesic *** The adjusted mean difference(AMD)in VAS scores from baseline to post-intervention in group 1 was-0.89(95%confidence interval[CI],-1.02 to-0.76).The decrease in VAS score at post-intervention was statistically significant in group 1 compared to the control group(AMD,-0.43;95%CI,-0.58 to-0.28;P<0.001),and in groups 2 and 3 compared to group 1(group 2 vs group 1:AMD,-0.65;95%CI,-0.81 to-0.48;P<0.001;group 3 vs group 1:AMD,-0.66;95%CI,-0.86 to-0.47;P<0.001).The VAS scores in the four groups converged beyond 24 h after the *** patients in group 2 and group 3 experienced PONV in the first 24 h after *** statistical differences were measured in QoR-40 score and the number of patients with additional analgesic *** Compared with the 30 min intervention,WAA treatment with longer needle retention time(45 or 60 min)had
