(-)-Epicatechin gallate(ECG),as a naturalα-amylase inhibitor,has received extensive ***,poor liposolubility of ECG limits its *** this study,lipophilic derivatives of ECG(1A-ECG,2A-ECG,1B-ECG,and 2B-ECG)were synthesized by Lipozyme TLIM(Thennomyces lanuginosus)and their mechanism on delaying starch digestion was *** results showed that the conversion of ECG exceeded 70%under optimal ***,compared with ECG,the inhibitory activities of ECG derivatives onα-amylase decreased,while the inhibitory activity of 1A-ECG onα-amylase *** the main force between ECG and 1A-ECG withα-amylase was induced by hydrogen bond,hydrophobic interaction was the main force between other derivatives withα-***,the addition of four ECG derivatives can effectively reduce the proportion of rapidly digestible starch,and delay the digestion of *** study may expand the applications of ECG and provide a theoretical basis for 1A-ECG to delay the digestion of starch.

Ferroptosis is a form of regulated cell death characterized by iron-dependent accumulation of lipid peroxidation and lethal reactive oxygen species(ROS).To date,misregulated ferroptosis has been implicated in several types of cancers,and ferroptosis inducers can be used to promote ferroptosis in tumor cells and play an anti-tumor ***,the specificity and efficacy of ferroptosis inducers remain ***,a new mitochondria-targeted photosensitizer(PS)with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristic named TCSVP was designed,which efficiently generates ROS in mitochondria after light *** administration significantly sensitizes tumor cells to ferroptosis inducer(RSL3)-mediated cell death by specifically and light-dependently triggering a moderate ROS generation in vitro and in ***,the expression levels of ferroptosis related proteins Acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain family member 4(FACL4/ACSL4)and cyclooxygenase-2(COX2)were increased in TCSVP/RSL3-treated cells after light exposure,coupled with decreased Glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4)activity and excessive malondialdehyde(MDA)*** study declared that light-induced moderate ROS generation within mitochondria in cancer cells by AIE-PS can be used to enhance the specificity and efficacy of ferroptosis inducers,bringing a new synergistic strategy for tumor intervention.

Ni-rich layered oxide LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)(x≥0.8)is the most promising cathodes for future high energy automotive lithium-ion ***,its application is hindered by the undesirable cycle stability,mainly due to the irreversible structure change at high ***,we demonstrate that F substitution with the appropriate amount(1 at%)is capable for improve the electrochemical performance of LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2) cathode *** is revealed that F substitution can reduce cation mixing,stabilize the crystal structure and improve Li transport *** resulted LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(1.99)F_(0.01)cathode can deliver a high capacity of 194.4 mAh g^(-1) with capacity retention of 95.5%after 100 cycles at 2 C and 165.2 mAh g^(-1) at 5 ***-situ synchrotron X-ray technique proves that F ions in the cathode materials can suppress the irreversible phase transition from H2 phase to H3 phase in high voltage region by preventing oxygen gliding in a-b planes,ensuring a long-term cycle stability.

γ-A12O3-supported CeO2 catalysts were pre- pared by microemulsion and impregnation methods and characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） techniques. At the same time, the desulfurization activity of catalysts was investigated. The results show that nanoscale active substances and a high desulfurization effect are achieved by microemulsion, exhibiting a significant dominance compared with traditional impregnation method. The optimal preparation condition is temperature of 30 ℃ and ratio of [H20]/[surface active agent] of 7 with slow demulsification. The activated catalysts still keep high and stable desulfurization activity during a wide temperature range of 450-600 ℃. Among a series of prepared catalysts, the desulfurization rate of 6CeOz/γ-A1203 is the highest, reaching up to 80 % when temperature is higher than 550℃. The catalytic reduction mechanism of SO2 over nano-CeOz/γ-A1203 follows redox mechanism.

Previous reports of formamidinium/methylamine(FAMA)-mixed halide perovskite solar cells have focused mainly on controlling the morphology of the perovskite film and its interface—for example,through the inclusion of bromine and surface *** this paper,we describe a new processing pathway for the growth of a high-quality bromine-free FAMAPbI3 halide perovskites via the control of intermediate *** low-temperature aging growth(LTAG)of a freshly deposited perovskite film,α-phase perovskites can be seeded in the intermediate phase and,at the same time,prevent beta-phase perovskite to *** postannealing,large grain-size perovskites with significantly reduced PbI2 presence on the surface can be obtained,thereby eliminating the need of additional surface passivation *** pristine LTAG-treated solar cells could provide PCEs of greater than 22%without elaborate use of bromine or an additional passivation *** importantly,when using this LTAG process,the growth of the pure alpha-phase FAMAPbI3 was highly reproducible.

Conventional dendritic cells(cDCs)are categorized into two main subsets,cDC1 and cDC2,distinguished by their differential expression of cell surface markers,and the development of these two cDC subsets is dependent on interferon regulatory factor 8(IRF8)and IRF4,respectively.1 Kim et al.2 recently reported that cDC1 can be distinguished from cDC2 based on an AP1–IRF composite element(AICE)-dependent gene ***8 at a high concentration engages AICEs at enhancer regions to direct a program toward establishing the cDC1 *** findings provide a molecular basis to explain the distinct transcriptional signatures of cDC1s and cDC2s.

Onion（Allium cepa L.） is a very important vegetable crop widely cultivated throughout the world. In this study, we measured total anthocyanins and flavonols of onions of three colors. The fresh weight（FW） of total anthocyanins were（29.99±1.19）,（9.64±1.30） and（0.75±0.40） mg 100 g^–1 fruit in red, yellow and white onions, respectively. Likewise, the FW of total flavonoids were（111.10±5.98）,（36.64±3.59）, and 0 mg 100 g^–1 in red, yellow and white, respectively. Four types of anthocyanins（delphinidin 3,5-diglycosides, cyanidin 3,5-diglycosides, cyanidin 3-glycosides and cyanidin 3-（6′′-malonyl）-glucopyranoside） and two kinds of flavonoids（quercetin and quercetin 3-glycosides） were identified in two varieties（red and yellow bulb） of onions by HPLC/DAD-ESI/MS. The total polyphenol contents were also measured by means of Folin-Ciocalteu method. Moreover, all the concentrations of anthocyanins, flavonoids and polyphenols showed significantly positive correlations with antioxidant activities measured by DPPH˙, ABTS˙＋ and FRAP assays. This study provided information on anthocyanin and flavonoids compositions that will be useful for onion breeding.

Since the appearance of Rochelle salt,ferroelectrics have received extensive attention from researchers due to they are playing an important role in sensors,memories,mechanical actuation,and so *** recent years,with the rapid development of molecular ferroelectrics,high-performance molecular ferroelectrics have become effective complement to inorganic ***,compared with inorganic ferroelectrics,the family of molecular ferroelectrics is relatively scarce,and exploring highperformance ferroelectric materials through new synthesis strategies has become the trend of molecular ***,we successfully transformed non-polar material 1(2-H_(2)PCA)_(2)(H_(2)O)CdCl_(6)(2-H_(2)PCA=2-picolylamine cation)into polar material 2(2-H_(2)PCA)2CdCl_(6)by single-crystal to single-crystal transformation(SCSCT).Meanwhile,2 exhibits clear ferroelectricity with a high-temperature Tc of 378 K,a Ps of 1.18μC/cm^(2)at 300 *** work not only realizes the purpose of synthesizing ferroelectrics by forming polar structures by SCSCT,but also realizes the reversibility of SCSCT,which provides ideas for the construction and exploration of new molecular ferroelectrics.

A flexible model-free tram signal priority method with a large coordination scope in China

Tram systems with the advantages of reliable operation,comfort,low emissions and moderate capacity have been quite popular in recent years in ***,there are still problems with tram signal control(*** model,signal control strategies).In-depth analysis on existing operational issues of trams,calculation of two evaluation indexes,as well as a flexible model-free tram signal priority method were developed to deal with tram *** research in Songjiang District,shanghai shows that:(1)The function of the green extension strategy is limited with c.a.10%tram priority improvement,while the optimal one can reach to 85%higher on average.(2)A scheme with a benefit for trams and with no negative impact,and even benefits,for general traffic can be realized.(3)The optimal solution is beneficial for intersections with a maximum c.a.70%amelioration with delay decreasing from 132.7 s/vehicle to 40.89 s/vehicle,or from 104.77 s/capita to 22.31 s/*** paper has great significance for the signal optimization and safety of tram systems,even the development of a comprehensive transportation system for a city.
