Recent breakthroughs in deep learning have ushered in an essential tool for optics and photonics,recurring in various applications of material design,system optimization,and automation *** learning-enabled on-demand metasurface design has been the subject of extensive expansion,as it can alleviate the time-consuming,low-efficiency,and experience-orientated shortcomings in conventional numerical simulations and physics-based ***,collecting samples and training neural networks are fundamentally confined to predefined individual metamaterials and tend to fail for large problem *** by object-oriented C++programming,we propose a knowledge-inherited paradigm for multi-object and shape-unbound metasurface inverse *** inherited neural network carries knowledge from the"parent"metasurface and then is freely assembled to construct the"offspring"metasurface;such a process is as simple as building a container-type *** benchmark the paradigm by the free design of aperiodic and periodic metasurfaces,with accuracies that reach 86.7%.Furthermore,we present an intelligent origami metasurface to facilitate compatible and lightweight satellite communication *** work opens up a new avenue for automatic metasurface design and leverages the assemblability to broaden the adaptability of intelligent metadevices.

Layered P2–Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_2 is a promising cathode material. It exhibits a high capacity and suitable operating voltage and undergoes a phase transition from P2 to O2 during charge/*** have used Ti substitution to improve the cathode, yet the chemical principles that underpin elemental substitution and functional improvement remain unclear. To clarify these principles, we used in situ Raman spectroscopy to monitor chemical changes in P2–Na2/3 Ni1/3 Mn1/3 Ti1/3 O2 and P2–Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_2 during charge/discharge. Based on the change in the A_(1g) and E_g peaks during charge/discharge, we concluded that Ti substitution compressed the transition metal layer and expanded the planar oxygen layer in the unit cell. Titanium stabilized the P2 phase structure, which improved the cycling stability of P2–NaNMT. Our results provide clear theoretical support for future research on modifying electrodes by elemental substitution.

在军事航空领域中,复杂任务对机械臂路径规划提出了挑战。针对双延迟深度确定性策略梯度(TD3)算法学习效率低、样本利用率低的问题,提出了一种改进的TD3算法(Recurrent-TD3算法)。首先,将LSTM结合到策略网络与价值网络中,捕获航空控制任务中的时间序列信息,增强对时间序列变化的响应能力,使其能够在决策时考虑历史动作和状态,提高网络的表达能力;然后,将事后经验回放(HER)技术集成到TD3算法中,以解决任务中稀疏奖励难以学习的问题,通过将未达到目标的经验转化为达到新目标的经验,从而更有效地利用样本;最后,设计了一种基于包围盒的碰撞检测流程,以提高机械臂在军用航空任务中的安全性。实验表明,该算法相比于其他算法能够更快地找到一条无碰撞的路径,且平均路径长度最短。

Ball Tips of Micro/Nano Probing Systems:A Review

To satisfy the measuring demands for the micro components of the industry, micro/nano probing systems with various ball tips have been developed. However, most of them cannot be used to measure the real micro geometrical features high precisely because the parameters of the ball tips are not appropriate. The ball tips with a diameter of less than 100 μm, a sphericity and eccentricity of far less than 1 μm are required urgently. A review on the state-of-the-art of ball tips of micro/nano probing systems is presented. The material characteristics and geometric parameters of now available ball tips are introduced sepa- rately. The existing fabrication methods for the ball tips are demonstrated and summarized. The ball tips＇ future trends, which are smaller diameter, better sphericity and smaller eccentricity, are proposed in view of the practical requirements of high-precision measurement for micro geometrical features. Some challenges have to be faced in future, such as the promotion and high-precision measurement for the small ball tip＇s sphericity and eccentricity. Fusion method without the gravity effect when the molten ball tip solidifying is a more suitable way to fabricate a small diameter ball tip together with a shaft.

Molecular behavior and interactions with microbes during anaerobic degradation of bio-derived DOM in waste leachate

It is the key to control bio-derived dissolved organic matters (DOM) in order to reduce the effluent concentration of wastewater treatment, especially for waste leachate with high organic contaminants. In the present study, the anaerobic degradation of aerobically stabilized DOM was investigated with DOM substrate isolated through electrodialysis. The degradation of bio-derived DOM was confirmed by reduction of 15%of total organic carbon in 100 *** characterized the molecular behavior of bio-derived DOM by coupling molecular and biological information analysis. Venn based Sankey diagram of mass features showed the transformation of bio-derived DOM mass features. Occurrence frequency analysis divided mass features into six categories so as to distinguish the fates of intermediate metabolites and persistent compounds. Reactivity continuum model and machine learning technologies realized the semi-quantitative determination on the kinetics of DOM mass features in the form of pseudo-first order, and confirmed the reduction of inert mass features. Furthermore, network analysis statistically establish relationship between DOM mass features and microbes to identify the active microbes that are able to utilize bio-derived DOM. This work confirmed the biological technology is still effective in controlling recalcitrant bio-derived DOM during wastewater treatment.

A novel mesophilic bacterial amylase, named oligosaccharide-producing multifunctional amylase（OPMA）, was discovered and characterized. OPMA is an extracellular enzyme secreted by ZW253 1-1, a strain newly isolated from Chinese soil. It could be purified to homogeneity from the culture supernatant of ZW2531-1 by 30%-60% saturated ammonium sulfate precipitation, followed by twice Sephadex gel filtration chromatography. OPMA is a 66 kDa protein based on SDS-PAGE and has an isoelectric point（p/） at pH=5.3 by Isoelectric focusing electrophoresis（WE）. It only catalyzes the degradation of starch, rather than other alpha-l,4- and/or 1,6-glucan polysaccbarides such as fl-cyclomaltodextrin and pullulan. OPMA degraded starch to produce several oligosccharides including maltose, maltotriose, and isomaltotriose as the major end-products, and perhaps other oligosaccharides such as isomalto- tetraose, rather than glucose. OPMA exhibited optimal catalytic activity at a reaction temperature of 50 ℃ and pH=6.0, as determined by orthogonal test. Under the optimal reaction conditions, purified OPMA bad a specific activity of 13.75 U/rag. These findings suggest that OPMA could be used for the production of some oligosaccharides beneficial to the food industry and medicine.

Landslide deformation is affected by its geological conditions and many environmental *** it has the characteristics of dynamic,nonlinear and unstable,which makes the prediction of landslide displacement *** view of the above problems,this paper proposes a dynamic prediction model of landslide displacement based on the improvement of complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise(ICEEMDAN),approximate entropy(ApEn)and convolution long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)neural ***,ICEEMDAN and Ap En are used to decompose the cumulative displacements into trend,periodic and random ***,the least square quintic polynomial function is used to fit the displacement of trend term,and the CNN-LSTM is used to predict the displacement of periodic term and random ***,the displacement prediction results of trend term,periodic term and random term are superimposed to obtain the cumulative displacement prediction *** proposed model has been verified in Bazimen landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of *** experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can more effectively predict the displacement changes of *** compared with long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,gated recurrent unit(GRU)network model and back propagation(BP)neural network,CNN-LSTM neural network had higher prediction accuracy in predicting the periodic displacement,with the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)reduced by 3.621%,6.893% and 15.886% respectively,and the root mean square error(RMSE)reduced by 3.834 mm,3.945 mm and 7.422mm ***,this model not only has high prediction accuracy but also is more stable,which can provide a new insight for practical landslide prevention and control engineering.
