Enhancing the anti-corrosion performance and biocompatibility of AZ91D Mg alloy by applying roughness pretreatment and coating with in-situ Mg(OH)_(2)/Mg-Al LDH

Corrosion-resistant and biocompatible films were fabricated on AZ91D Mg alloy substrates by varying their roughness levels using met-allographic preparation and subsequent hydrothermal *** coated films comprised a mixed structure of Mg(OH)_(2)and Mg-Al layered double hydroxides(LDH)and exhibited excellent *** film thickness increased with decreasing surface *** resistance was evaluated using potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance *** pretreat-ment influenced the chemical activity of the Mg alloy surface and helped modulate the dissolution rate of the Mg_(17)Al_(12)phase during the hydrothermal *** decreasing roughness of the Mg substrate,the Al^(3+)concentration gradually increased,accelerating the in-situ formation of the Mg(OH)_(2)/LDH composite coating and improving its crystallinity.A thick and dense Mg(OH)_(2)/LDH coating was synthesized on the Mg substrate with the least roughness,substantially improving the corrosion resistance of the AZ91D *** lowest corrosion current density((5.73±2.75)×10^(−8)A·cm^(−2))was achieved,which was approximately three orders of magnitude less than that of bare ***,the coating demonstrated biocompatibility with no evident cytotoxicity,cellular damage,and hemolytic *** study provides an effective method for preparing coatings on Mg alloy surfaces with excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.

Scene graphs of point clouds help to understand object-level relationships in the 3D *** graph generation methods work on 2D structured data,which cannot be used for the 3D unstructured point cloud *** point-cloud-based methods generate the scene graph with an additional graph structure that needs labor-intensive manual *** address these problems,we explore a method to convert the point clouds into structured data and generate graphs without given ***,we cluster points with similar augmented features into groups and establish their relationships,resulting in an initial structural representation of the point ***,we propose a Dynamic Graph Generation Network(DGGN)to judge the semantic labels of targets of different *** dynamically splits and merges point groups,resulting in a scene graph with high *** show that our methods outperform other baseline *** output reliable graphs describing the object-level relationships without additional manual labeled data.

Active flutter suppression of nonlinear fin-actuator system via inverse system and immersion and invariance method

Structural nonlinearities such as freeplay will affect the stability and even flight safety of the fin-actuator *** is a lack of a practical method for designing Active Flutter Suppression (AFS) control laws for nonlinear fin-actuator systems.A design method for the AFS controller of the nonlinear all-movable fin-electromechanical actuator system is established by combining the inverse system and the Immersion and Invariance (I&I) ***,the composite control law combining the inverse system principle and internal model control is used to offset the nonlinearity and dynamics of the actuator,so that its driving torque can follow the ideal ***,the ideal torque of the actuator is designed employing the I&I *** unfavorable oscillation of the fin is suppressed by making the output torque of the actuator track the ideal *** simulation results reveal that the proposed AFS method can increase the flutter speed of the nonlinear finactuator system with freeplay,and a set of controller parameters is also applicable for wider freeplay within a certain *** power required for the actuator does not exceed the power that can be provided by the commonly used aviation *** method can also resist a certain level of noise and external disturbance.

Intelligent feedforward gust alleviation based on neural network

This paper proposes a neural network-based intelligent feedforward gust alleviation framework,which includes a neural network identification model and a neural network controller.A neural network training dataset is formed by collecting flight data and the gust data encountered during the aircraft flight.A neural network identification model is first trained to accurately predict the aircraft’s ***,based on the output of the identification model and the collected flight data,the parameters of the time-delay neural network controller are obtained through a learning *** simulation results show that the designed intelligent controller has good gust alleviation effects for both continuous turbulence excitation and discrete gust *** example,when the aircraft is 40000 kg and the flight speed is 0.81Ma,the controller achieves a 67.82%reduction in wingtip acceleration and a 35.90%reduction in center of mass acceleration under continuous turbulence *** considering the measurement uncertainties,such as noise existing in the collected data,the trained controller can still achieve an acceptable gust alleviation ***,considering a flight in which the aircraft mass is constantly changing,the intelligent controller,which continuously learns from new flight data,maintains a good gust alleviation effect throughout the flight.

Effect of nonpeptide NK1 receptor antagonist L-703,606 on the edema formation in rats at early stage after deep partial-thickness skin scalding

Objective:To investigate the effect and the relevant potential mechanism of nonpeptide neurokinin 1(NK1) receptor antagonist L-703,606 in the edema formation after burn injury. Method:1.-703,606 treatment was performed in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats at early stage after deep partial-thickness skin *** hundred and fifty two adult male SI) rats were used in the study and randomly divided into sham scald(SS,n=8),scald control(SC,n=48),and L-703,606 treatment(IT,n=48) *** rats in SC and LT groups were subjected to 20%total body surface area(TBSA) deep partial-thickness skin *** Evans blue extravasation, tracing electron microscopy by lanthanum nitrate and mean water content assay were employed to observe and detect the changes of vascular permeability,ultrastructure and edema formation in adjacent tissue to the wounds and in the jejuna of rats at early stage(72 h) after ***: The pathological increase of vascular permeability in the periwound tissue and jejunum of rats in LT group were significantly lower than that in SC group(P<0.01),and recuperated earlier. Meanwhile,the changes of water contents of corresponding tissues in LT group were lighter than those in SC group(P<0.01).The ultrastructural changes of the microvessels in the peri-wound tissue of LT group showed that the junctions between microvascular endothelium cells were more narrow than those of SC group,moreover,and the number of opening and the engorgement and cavitation of the vascular endothelium cells decreased,the areosis and edema in perivascular tissue lightened,and the precipitation of the high eletron density lanthanum tracing agent in the interspace of the tissue decreased significantly in LT ***:It is concluded that nonpeptide NK1-receptor antagonist L-703,606 could lighten the vascular permeability and edema formation in the periwound tissue and jejunum,and accelerate the normalization process of pathological changes in the tissues of rats af

Resilience-incorporated seismic risk assessment of precast concrete frames with“dry”connections

A resilience-incorporated risk assessment framework is proposed and demonstrated in this study to manifest the advantageous seismic resilience of precast concrete frame(PCF)structures with“dry”connections in terms of their low damage and rapid *** framework integrates various uncertainties in the seismic hazard,fragility,capacity,demand,loss functions,and post-earthquake *** this study,the PCF structures are distinguished from ordinary reinforced concrete frame(RCF)structures by characterizing multiple limit states for the PCF based on its unique damage ***,probabilistic story-wise pushover analyses are performed to yield story-wise capacities for the predefined limit *** the seismic resilience analysis,a step-wise recovery model is proposed to idealize the functionality recovery process,with separate considerations of the repair and non-repair *** recovery model leverages the economic loss and downtime to delineate the stochastic post-earthquake recovery curves for the resilience loss *** such,contingencies in the probabilistic post-earthquake repairs are incorporated and the empirical judgments on the recovery parameters are largely *** proposed framework is demonstrated through a comparative study between two“dry”connected PCFs and one RCF designed as alternative structural systems for a prototype *** results from the risk quantification indicate that the PCFs show reduced loss hazards and lower expected losses relative to the ***,the PCF equipped with energy dissipation devices at the“dry”connections largely reduces the expected economic loss,downtime,and resilience loss by 29%,56%,and 60%,respectively,compared to the RCF.

In seismology and earthquake engineering,it is fundamental to identify and characterize the pulse-like features in pulse-type ground *** capture the pulses that dominate structural responses,this study establishes congruence and shift relationships between response spectrum surfaces.A similarity search between spectrum surfaces,supplemented with a similarity search in time series,has been applied to characterize the pulse-like features in pulse-type ground *** identified pulses are tested in predicting the rocking consequences of slender rectangular blocks under the original ground ***,the prediction is promising for the majority of the ground motions where the dominant pulse is correctly identified.

Construction of the tissue engineering seed cells(HaCaT-EGF) and analysis of its biological characteristics

Objective:To construct the tissue engineering seed cell(HaCaT cell line) with stable expression of the human epidermal growth factor(EGF),and analyze the changes of its biological ***:PCDNA3.1-EGF eukaryotic expression vector was transferred into HaCaT cell,and G418 was utilized to select the HaCaT-EGF cell *** an inverted microscope,PCR,ELISA method to detect the changes of the cell morphology,the expression of the ECF gene and protein,and the mRNA expression levels of apoptosis related molecule Caspase-3,the cell cycle related protein cyclin ***:The mRNA expression levels of the obtained HaCaT-ECF cell were more than 100 times higher than the level of ordinary HaCaT *** colony of the HaCaT-EGF cells was more focused and tight compared to the empty vector transfected HaCaT cells and normal HaCaT *** expression levels of apoptotic factor Caspase-3 and cyclin Dt in HaCaT-EGF cell were significantly higher than those in the empty vector HaCaT- pcDNA3.1 cell,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions: HaCaT-EGF cell can continuously secrete ECF,and the biological characteristic is *** can be used for tissue engineering experiment and is an ideal seed cell for constructing tissue engineered skin.
