Dynamic intelligent prediction approach for landslide displacement based on biological growth models and CNN-LSTM

Influenced by complex external factors,the displacement-time curve of reservoir landslides demonstrates both short-term and long-term diversity and dynamic *** is difficult for existing methods,including Regression models and Neural network models,to perform multi-characteristic coupled displacement prediction because they fail to consider landslide creep *** paper integrates the creep characteristics of landslides with non-linear intelligent algorithms and proposes a dynamic intelligent landslide displacement prediction method based on a combination of the Biological Growth model(BG),Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),and Long ShortTerm Memory Network(LSTM).This prediction approach improves three different biological growth models,thereby effectively extracting landslide creep characteristic ***,it integrates external factors(rainfall and reservoir water level)to construct an internal and external comprehensive dataset for data augmentation,which is input into the improved CNN-LSTM ***,harnessing the robust feature extraction capabilities and spatial translation invariance of CNN,the model autonomously captures short-term local fluctuation characteristics of landslide displacement,and combines LSTM's efficient handling of long-term nonlinear temporal data to improve prediction *** evaluation of the Liangshuijing landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area indicates that BG-CNN-LSTM exhibits high prediction accuracy,excellent generalization capabilities when dealing with various types of *** research provides an innovative approach to achieving the whole-process,realtime,high-precision displacement predictions for multicharacteristic coupled landslides.

Sodium citrate enhancing electrodeposition of metallic arsenic from toxic trivalent arsenic and the mechanism understanding

Electrochemical conversion of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic can not only contribute to pollution abatement,but also resources reutilization,therefore being widely *** reduction of trivalent arsenic as a promising way is widely ***,the high efficiency conversion is retarded by the sluggish reduction kinetics of AsO33−and fierce evolution of side products of both H_(2)and toxic AsH_(3).Herein,by using the sodium citrate as the additive,the current efficiency for metal arsenic production is increased greatly from 60%to 91%,with the accompanied evolution of hypertoxic AsH_(3)being restrained from 0.15 Nm^(3)/t_(As)to 0.022 Nm^(3)/t_(As),promising a high-efficiency and green *** electrochemical tests and electrode surface characterizations aswell as DFT calculations indicate that the added sodium citrate promotes both the diffusion of reactive AsO_(3)^(3−)towards the cathode and its subsequent adsorption on the Ti cathode,contributing to smoother reduction for generating metal arsenic,with the evolution of toxic AsH_(3)being hindered at the same *** results can provide new insights for the highefficiency and greener conversion of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic.

Due to scale effects, micromechanical resonators offer an excellent platform for investigating the intrinsic mechanisms of nonlinear dynamical phenomena and their potential applications. This review focuses on mode-coupled micromechanical resonators,highlighting the latest advancements in four key areas: internal resonance, synchronization, frequency combs, and mode localization. The origin, development, and potential applications of each of these dynamic phenomena within mode-coupled micromechanical systems are investigated, with the goal of inspiring new ideas and directions for researchers in this field.

Assessment of Carbon Sink Capacity in Seawater Suspension Cage Aquaculture of Shellfish in Tianjin from 2015 to 2022

[Objectives]To assess the carbon sink capacity in seawater suspension cage aquaculture of shellfish in Tianjin from 2015 to 2022.[Methods]The carbon sink capacity of different shellfish species was evaluated using both physical and value assessment methods.[Results]The shellfish cultivated in seawater suspension cages in Tianjin exhibited a significant capacity for carbon *** amounts of carbon removed by suspension cage aquaculture of Rapana venosa,Crassostrea gigas,Scapharca subcrenata,Scapharca broughtonii and Argopectens irradias were 448.297,403.398,89.463,40.657,and 106.719 t,***,the total volume of shellfish cultivated in seawater exhibited a consistent upward trend over time,correlating with an annual increase in the amount of carbon *** the shellfish cultivated in seawater suspension cages,the order of carbon sink capacity was as follows:***>***>***>*** and *** terms of the carbon sink capacity of soft tissues,the ranking was as follows:***>***>***>*** and *** structural and yield factors associated with seawater suspension cage aquaculture of shellfish significantly influenced the enhancement of the total carbon sink of cultivated ***,structural factors had a greater impact on the increase in the carbon sink of cultivated shellfish compared to total yield factors.[Conclusions]The findings will serve as a reference for enhancing the carbon sink potential of fisheries and achieving sustainable development in seawater aquaculture in Tianjin.

Pure near-infrared(NIR)phosphorescent materials with emission peak larger than 700 nm are of great significance for the development of optoelectronics and *** have designed and synthesized two new B-embedded pure near-infrared(NIR)-emitting iridium complexes(Ir(Bpiq)2acac and Ir(Bpiq)2dpm)with peaks greater than 720 *** importantly,they exhibit very narrow phosphorescent emission with full width at half maximum(FWHM)of only about 50 nm(0.12 e V),resulting in a high NIR content(>90%)in their *** view of better optical property and solubility,the complex Ir(Bpiq)_(2)dpm was used as the emitting layer of a solution-processed OLED device,and achieved good maximum external quantum efficiency(EQE)(2.8%)peaking at 728 *** research provides an important strategy for the design of narrowband NIR-emitting phosphorescent iridium complexes and their optoelectronic applications.

Gold-catalyzed amination reactions based on azides via α-imino gold carbene intermediates have attracted extensive attention in the past decades because this methodology leads to the facile and efficient construction of synthetically useful N-containing molecules, especially valuable N-heterocycles. However,successful examples of intermolecular generation of α-imino gold carbenes by using azides as amination reagents are rarely explored probably due to the weak nucleophilicity of azides. Herein, we disclose an efficient gold-catalyzed intermolecular aminative cyclopropanation of ynamides with the allyl azides, enabling flexible synthesis of a wide range of valuable 3-azabicyclo[3.1.0]hex–2-ene derivatives in good to excellent yields with excellent diastereoselectivities. Importantly, this protocol represents the first use of allyl azide as an efficient amination reagent in gold-catalyzed alkyne amination reactions.

SlPGR5/SlPGRL1 pathway-dependent cyclic electron transport regulates photoprotection and chloroplast quality in tomato plants

The essential photoprotective role of proton gradient regulation 5(PGR5)-dependent cyclic electron flow(CEF)has been reported in Arabidopsis,rice,and ***,its functional assessment has not been performed in tomato *** this study,we focused on elucidate the function of SlPGR5 and SlPGR5-like photosynthetic phenotype 1(PGRL1)in *** performed RNA interference and found that SlPGR5/SlPGRL1-suppressed transformants exhibited extremely low CO_(2)assimilation capacity,their photosystem I(PSI)and PSII were severely photoinhibited and chloroplasts were obviously *** SlPGR5/SlPGRL1-suppressed plants almost completely inhibited CEF and Y(ND),and PSII photoinhibition may be directly related to the inability to produce sufficient proton motive force to induce *** transgenic plants overexpressing SlPGR5 and SlPGRL1 driven by 35S promoter capable alleviate photoinhibition of plants under low night *** transcriptomic and proteomic analyses suggested that the nuclear gene transcription and turnover of chloroplast proteins,including the plastoglobule-related proteins,were closely related to SlPGR5/SlPGRL1 pathway dependent *** bridge relationship between CEF and chloroplast quality maintenance was a novel report to our *** conclusion,these results revealed the regulatory mechanism of the SlPGR5/SlPGRL1 pathway in photoprotection and maintenance of chloroplast function in tomato,which is crucial for reduce yield loss,especially under adverse environmental conditions.

Complete response of gallbladder cancer treated with gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy combined with durvalumab:A case report and review of literature

BACKGROUND Gallbladder cancer(GBC)is the most common and aggressive subtype of biliary tract cancer(BTC)and has a poor prognosis.A newly developed regimen of gemcitabine,cisplatin,and durvalumab shows promise for the treatment of advanced ***,the efficacy of this treatment for GBC remains *** SUMMARY In this report,we present a case in which the triple-drug regimen exhibited marked effectiveness in treating locally advanced GBC,thus leading to a long-term survival benefit.A 68-year-old man was diagnosed with locally advanced GBC,which rendered him ineligible for curative *** three cycles of therapy,a partial response was *** one year of combined therapy,a clinical complete response was successfully *** maintenance therapy with durvalumab monotherapy resulted in a disease-free survival of 9 months for the *** patient experienced tolerable toxicities of reversible grade 2 nausea and *** adverse events were observed in the patient throughout the entirety of the *** The combination of gemcitabine and cisplatin chemotherapy with durvalumab was proven to be an effective treatment approach for advanced GBC,with manageable adverse *** research is warranted to substantiate the effectiveness of the combined regimen in the context of GBC.
