BACKGROUND Common diseases after radical gastrectomy include cholecystitis and pancreatitis,but the sudden onset of acute appendicitis in a short period following radical gastrectomy is very rare,and its clinical symptoms are easily misdiagnosed as duodenal stump *** SUMMARY This is a case report of a 77-year-old woman with lower right abdominal pain 14 d after radical resection of gastric *** pain was not relieved by conservative treatment,and her inflammatory markers were *** tomography showed effusion in the perihepatic and hepatorenal spaces,right paracolic sulcus and pelvis,as well as exudative changes in the right iliac *** puncture revealed a slightly turbid yellow-green *** exploration showed a swollen appendix with surrounding pus moss and no abnormalities of the digestive anastomosis or stump;thus,laparoscopic appendectomy was *** patient recovered well after the *** pathology showed acute purulent *** patient continued adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery,completing three cycles of oxaliplatin plus S-1(SOX regimen).CONCLUSION Acute appendicitis in the short term after radical gastrectomy needs to be differentiated from duodenal stump leakage,and early diagnosis and surgery are the most important means of treatment.

This paper proposes a neural network-based intelligent feedforward gust alleviation framework,which includes a neural network identification model and a neural network controller.A neural network training dataset is formed by collecting flight data and the gust data encountered during the aircraft flight.A neural network identification model is first trained to accurately predict the aircraft’s ***,based on the output of the identification model and the collected flight data,the parameters of the time-delay neural network controller are obtained through a learning *** simulation results show that the designed intelligent controller has good gust alleviation effects for both continuous turbulence excitation and discrete gust *** example,when the aircraft is 40000 kg and the flight speed is 0.81Ma,the controller achieves a 67.82%reduction in wingtip acceleration and a 35.90%reduction in center of mass acceleration under continuous turbulence *** considering the measurement uncertainties,such as noise existing in the collected data,the trained controller can still achieve an acceptable gust alleviation ***,considering a flight in which the aircraft mass is constantly changing,the intelligent controller,which continuously learns from new flight data,maintains a good gust alleviation effect throughout the flight.

A recent study on the submolecular-scale control of phototautomerization methods and the underlying reaction mechanisms was reported in Nature Nanotechnology by Guillaume and co-workers[1],elucidating how the field confinement effect generated by the scanning tunneling microscope(STM)tip precisely triggers the phototautomerization of a free-base phthalocyanine at the submolecular level and demonstrating that the reaction process can be finely controlled by adjusting either the laser excitation wavelength or the position of the tip.

BACKGROUND Major depressive disorder is a common mental illness among adolescents and is the largest disease burden in this age *** adolescent patients with depression have suicidal ideation(SI);however,few studies have focused on the factors related to SI,and effective predictive models are *** To construct a risk prediction model for SI in adolescent depression and provide a reference assessment tool for *** The data of 150 adolescent patients with depression at the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from June 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively *** on whether or not they had SI,they were divided into a SI group(n=91)and a non-SI group(n=59).The general data and laboratory indices of the two groups were *** regression was used to analyze the factors influencing SI in adolescent patients with depression,a nomogram prediction model was constructed based on the analysis results,and internal evaluation was *** operating characteristic and calibration curves were used to evaluate the model’s efficacy,and the clinical application value was evaluated using decision curve analysis(DCA).RESULTS There were differences in trauma history,triggers,serum ferritin levels(SF),highsensitivity C-reactive protein levels(hs-CRP),and high-density lipoprotein(HDLC)levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that trauma history,predisposing factors,SF,hs-CRP,and HDL-C were factors influencing SI in adolescent patients with *** area under the curve of the nomogram prediction model was 0.831(95%CI:0.763–0.899),sensitivity was 0.912,and specificity was *** higher net benefit of the DCA and the average absolute error of the calibration curve were 0.043,indicating that the model had a good *** The nomogram prediction model based on trauma history,triggers,ferritin,serum hs-CRP,and HDL-C levels can effectively predict the risk of SI in adolescent patients
