We report that the co-doping of Li^(+)ions significantly enhances the crystallinity and mechanoluminescence(ML)intensity of CaZnOS:*** prepared CaZnOS:Mn,Li showed a preferred orientation of c-axis,and the particles possessed a plate-like morphology,which could be attributed to the layered structure of *** the same time,the ML induced by compressive load exhibited intense red emission and obvious intensity enhancement by the Li^(+)co-doping.

This paper highlights our work on the recent progress in novel elastico-mechanoluminescence(EML)materials CaZnOS:Mn^(2+)and CaZr(PO_(4))_(2):Eu ^(2+),which can simultaneously"feel"(sense)and"see"(image)the applied mechanical stress as an intense and proportional ***:Mn 2þcan sense various types of mechanical stress,including ultrasonic vibration,impact,friction and compression because of the large piezoelectric ***(PO_(4))_(2):Eu ^(2+)with multiple trap levels shows a broad measurement range for dynamic *** of CaZnOS:Mn^(2+)and CaZr(PO_(4))_(2):Eu ^(2+)belong to the defect-controlled type pie-zoelectric phosphors,and their EML mechanisms could be explained using the piezoelectrically induced carrier de-trapping model.

This paper was focused on the elasticoluminescence(ELS)characteristics,especially a response to small strain(below 1000μst),of mechanoluminescence(ML)sensor using strontium aluminate doped with small amount of europium(SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu)synthesized by different *** using nitrate decomposition method as a synthetic method of SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu,the response to small strain of the ML sensor was enhanced in comparison with using a conventional solid-state reaction *** on SEM observation and thermoluminescence(ThL)measurement,we proposed a hypothesis that the sensing characteristic of small strain affect the platelike shape of SrAl_(2)O_(4):Eu grain and/or shallower carrier trap levels formed by nitrate decomposition method.

The Janus fabrics designed for personal moisture/thermal regulation have garnered significant attention for their potential to enhance human ***,the development of smart and dynamic fabrics capable of managing personal moisture/thermal comfort in response to changing external environments remains a ***,a smart cellulose-based Janus fabric was designed to dynamically manage personal moisture/*** cotton fabric was grafted with N-isopropylacrylamide to construct a temperature-stimulated transport ***,hydrophobic ethyl cellulose and hydrophilic cellulose nanofiber were sprayed on the bottom and top sides of the fabric to obtain wettability *** fabric exhibits anti-gravity directional liquid transportation from hydrophobic side to hydrophilic side,and can dynamically and continuously control the transportation time in a wide range of 3–66 s as the temperature increases from 10 to 40℃.This smart fabric can quickly dissipate heat at high temperatures,while at low temperatures,it can slow down the heat dissipation rate and prevent the human from becoming too *** addition,the fabric has UV shielding and photodynamic antibacterial properties through depositing graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets on the hydrophilic *** smart fabric offers an innovative approach to maximizing personal comfort in environments with significant temperature variations.

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are neuroinflammatory demyelinating disorders that lead to permanent visual loss and motor *** date,no effective treatment exists as the exact causative mechanism remains ***,experimental models of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are essential for exploring its pathogenesis and in screening for therapeutic *** most patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders are seropositive for IgG autoantibodies against aquaporin-4,which is highly expressed on the membrane of astrocyte endfeet,most current experimental models are based on aquaporin-4-IgG that initially targets *** experimental models have successfully simulated many pathological features of neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,such as aquaporin-4 loss,astrocytopathy,granulocyte and macrophage infiltration,complement activation,demyelination,and neuronal loss;however,they do not fully capture the pathological process of human neuromyelitis optica spectrum *** this review,we summarize the currently known pathogenic mechanisms and the development of associated experimental models in vitro,ex vivo,and in vivo for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,suggest potential pathogenic mechanisms for further investigation,and provide guidance on experimental model *** addition,this review summarizes the latest information on pathologies and therapies for neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders based on experimental models of aquaporin-4-IgG-seropositive neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders,offering further therapeutic targets and a theoretical basis for clinical trials.

目的探讨大鼠肺缺血再灌注损伤(IRI)模型中Toll样受体4(TLR4)信号通路介导缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的变化及其意义。方法选取48只健康雄性SD大鼠,采用随机数字表法分为假手术组、IRI模型组、TLR4激活组(脂多糖干预)、TLR4抑制组(TAK-242干预),每组各12只大鼠。造模前3周时,IRI模型组和假手术组静脉注射生理盐水,TLR4激活组静脉注射脂多糖,TLR4抑制组静脉注射TAK-242,每周1次,连续3周。IRI模型组、TLR4激活组和TLR4抑制组均于末次注射30 min后建立肺缺血再灌注损伤模型。假手术组除不阻断肺门外,其他操作方法同前。再灌注损伤后3 h采用逆转录聚合酶联反应(RT-PCR)检测各组大鼠肺组织中Toll样受体4(TLR4)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)m RNA表达,采用免疫印迹法(Western-blot)检测各组大鼠肺组织中TLR4、HIF-1α、TNF-α和IL-6蛋白表达水平。结果肺湿重/干重值IRI模型组高于假手术组(P<0.05),TLR4激活组高于IRI模型组(P<0.05),TLR4抑制组低于IRI模型组(P<0.05);肺组织中TLR4、HIF-1α、TNF-α、IL-6 m RNA和蛋白表达水平IRI模型组高于假手术组(P<0.05),TLR4激活组高于IRI模型组(P<0.05),TLR4抑制组低于IRI模型组(P<0.05)。结论大鼠肺IRI后,肺组织中TLR4信号通路介导HIF-1α的水平显著升高,会增加对肺组织的炎症损伤程度。

Spinal cord injuries impose a notably economic burden on society,mainly because of the severe after-effects they *** the ongoing development of various therapies for spinal cord injuries,their effectiveness remains ***,a deeper understanding of metabolism has opened up a new therapeutic opportunity in the form of metabolic *** this review,we explore the metabolic changes that occur during spinal cord injuries,their consequences,and the therapeutic tools available for metabolic *** spinal cord metabolism is characterized by independent cellular metabolism and intercellular metabolic ***,spinal cord injury results in metabolic disorders that include disturbances in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and mitochondrial *** metabolic disturbances lead to corresponding pathological changes,including the failure of axonal regeneration,the accumulation of scarring,and the activation of *** rescue spinal cord injury at the metabolic level,potential metabolic reprogramming approaches have emerged,including replenishing metabolic substrates,reconstituting metabolic couplings,and targeting mitochondrial therapies to alter cell *** available evidence suggests that metabolic reprogramming holds great promise as a next-generation approach for the treatment of spinal cord *** further advance the metabolic treatment of the spinal cord injury,future efforts should focus on a deeper understanding of neurometabolism,the development of more advanced metabolomics technologies,and the design of highly effective metabolic interventions.

BACKGROUND Primary squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)of the renal parenchyma is extremely rare,with only nine cases *** SUMMARY This study reports a 51-year-old man with primary SCC of the renal *** patient was admitted with recurrent dull pain and discomfort in the right lumbar region,which had worsened over 2 weeks,accompanied by painful gross *** antigen(SCCA)levels were elevated,and imaging revealed a renal mass with associated *** patient underwent laparoscopic unilateral nephrectomy and lymph node *** pathology confirmed highly differentiated SCC with necrosis in the right renal parenchyma,with negative renal pelvis and *** pathological stage was *** months after surgery,the tumor recurred with involvement of the liver,right psoas major muscle,and inferior vena *** patient refused chemotherapy and succumbed to the disease 6 months postoperatively due to disease *** We report a case of primary SCC of the renal parenchyma,a rare renal *** clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,and imaging findings are nonspecific,making accurate and timely diagnosis *** to the literature,for patients with renal calculi accompanied by a renal mass,elevated serum SCCA levels,and magnetic resonance imaging showing cystic or cystic-solid masses within the kidney with pseudocapsules and heterogeneous mild enhancement,the possibility of this disease should be considered.
