Gravel packing sand control(GPSC),as the optimization of mechanical sand control technology,is widely used in the deep water completion and sand control of loose sandstone heavy oil reservoirs and highly *** explore the blocking mechanism of GPSC,the influence of its structural parameters on the blocking of GPSC is *** paper establishes a particle element model based on computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method coupling using the discrete element method and establishes a fluid flow model combined with computational fluid dynamics to realize their full coupling *** sand control experiments were carried out using a micro visual sand control simulation device to verify the blocking *** blocking mechanism is analyzed from the microscopic point of view,and then,the influence of sand control structure parameters on the blocking in GPSC design is *** results show the following:(1)the blocking process of GPSC can be divided into three stages:an initial stage,sand accumulation stage,and equilibrium stage.(2)There are two main types of gravel packing *** first type of blocking is blocking on the surface of the gravel *** particles on the surface of gravel layer mainly exist in the form of large particle size blocking gravel pores and sand particles bridging each *** second type of blockage is the blockage inside the gravel *** particles mainly exist in the form of internal mud cakes and adsorption on gravels inside the gravel layer.(3)To ensure the sand control performance of the gravel layer,the gravel layer thickness is designed between 23 and 28 *** displacement or pressure of the on-site packing pump should be increased to ensure that the gravel layer packing solidity ranges between 59%and 62%.In the design of GPSC,it should be ensured that the median particle size of gravel is 5–6 times the median particle size of *** study provides an effective technical reference for the

The global concern over indoor air pollution in public vehicles has grown *** a focus on enhancing passengers’comfort and health,this study endeavors to investigate the distribution characteristics of formaldehyde within a high-speed train cabin by employing a computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model which is experimentally validated in a real cabin *** research focuses on analyzing the impact of air supply modes,temperature,relative humidity,and fresh air change rate on the distribution and concentration of *** results demonstrate that the difference in average formaldehyde concentration between the two air supply modes is below 1.3%,but the top air supply mode leads to a higher accumulation of formaldehyde near the sidewalls,while the bottom air supply mode promotes a more uniform distribution of ***,the temperature,relative humidity,and fresh air change rate are the primary factors affecting formaldehyde concentration levels,but they have modest effects on formaldehyde’s distribution pattern within the *** the temperature and relative humidity increase,the changes in formaldehyde concentrations in response to variations in these factors become more ***,the formaldehyde concentration may surpass the standard limit of 0.10 mg/m^(3)if the fresh air change rate falls below 212 m^(3)/*** research provides a systematic approach and referenceable results for exploring formaldehyde pollution in high-speed train cabins.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))nanosheets have attracted widespread interest in the construction of advanced separation ***,dense stacking and a single functionality have limited the membrane ***,an advanced two-/three-dimensional(2D/3D)g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) membrane is constructed by intercalating 3D TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) nanostructures into g-C_(3)N_(4) *** 3D flower-like nanostructures broaden the transport channels of the composite *** membrane can effectively separate five oil-in-water(O/W)emulsions,with a maximum flux of 3265.67±15.01 L·m^(-2)·h^(-1)·bar^(-1) and a maximum efficiency of 99.69%±0.45%for toluene-in-water emulsion(T/W).Meanwhile,the TiO_(2)@MnO_(2) acts as an excellent electron acceptor and provides positive spatial separation of electrons–holes(e^(-)–h^(+)).The formation of 2D/3D heterojunctions allows the material with wider light absorption and smaller bandgap(2.10 eV).These photoelectric properties give the membrane good degradation of three different pollutants,with about 100%degradation for methylene blue(MB)and malachite green(MG).The photocatalytic antibacterial efficiency of the membrane is also about 100%.After cyclic experiment,the membrane maintains its original separation and photocatalytic *** remarkable multifunctional and self-cleaning properties of the g-C_(3)N_(4) based membrane represent its potential value for complex wastewater treatment.

The injection of a polymer chain into a small circular cavity under tangential self-propelled force is studied by using Langevin dynamics *** indicate that the injection dynamics of the active polymer shows strong correlation with the polymer conformation inside the cavity depending on the polymer rigidity(k_(b)).The injection timeτvaries nonmonotonously with increasing k_(b),and reaches its minimum at k_(b)^(*).When k_(b) is small(k_(b)≪k_(b)^(*)),the polymer is nearly random coil in the cavity,and spends a long time at the final stage of the injection process due to the large repulsion between monomers inside the *** k_(b) is moderate(k_(b)∼k_(b)^(*)),the part of polymer inside the cavity forms spiral configuration under the tangential active force,and the whole polymer moves synchronously with a constant velocity during the injection process,leading to a small injection *** k_(b) is large(k_(b)≫k_(b)^(*)),the polymer is nearly straight at the initial stage of the injection process,and takes a long time to bend itself,leading to a large injection time.

In this study,a novel residential virtual power plant(RVPP)scheduling method that leverages a gate recurrent unit(GRU)-integrated deep reinforcement learning(DRL)algorithm is *** the proposed scheme,the GRU-integrated DRL algorithm guides the RVPP to participate effectively in both the day-ahead and real-time markets,lowering the electricity purchase costs and consumption risks for *** Lagrangian relaxation technique is introduced to transform the constrained Markov decision process(CMDP)into an unconstrained optimization problem,which guarantees that the constraints are strictly satisfied without determining the penalty ***,to enhance the scalability of the constrained soft actor-critic(CSAC)-based RVPP scheduling approach,a fully distributed scheduling architecture was designed to enable plug-and-play in the residential distributed energy resources(RDER).Case studies performed on the constructed RVPP scenario validated the performance of the proposed methodology in enhancing the responsiveness of the RDER to power tariffs,balancing the supply and demand of the power grid,and ensuring customer comfort.

Simultaneous source technology,which reduces seismic survey time and improves the quality of seismic data by firing more than one source with a narrow time interval,is compromised by the massive blended ***,deblending algorithms have been developed to separate this ***,deep learning(DL)has been proved its great potential in suppressing the *** most popular DL method employs neural network as a filter to attenuate the blended noise in an iterative estimation and subtraction framework(IESF).However,there are still amplitude distortion and blended noise residual problems,especially when dealing with weak signal submerged in strong *** address these problems,we propose a hybrid WUDT-NAFnet,which contains two *** first network is a wavelet based U-shape deblending transformer network(WUDTnet),incorporated into IESF as a robust regularization term to iteratively separate the blended *** second network is a nonlinear activate free network(NAFnet)designed to recover the event amplitude and further suppress the weak noise residual in *** the hybrid network,the blended noise can be separated purposefully and *** using synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that the WUDTNAFnet outperforms traditional curvelet transform(CT)based method and the deblending transformer(DT)model in terms of ***,for field applications,the data augmentation method of bicubic interpolation is applied to mitigate the feature difference between synthetic and field ***,the trained network exhibits strong signal preservation ability in numerical field example without requiring additional training.

AIM:To determine whether etomidate(ET)has a protective effect on retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)injured with hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))and to explore the potential mechanism underlying the antioxidative stress effect of ***:Cultured RGCs were identified by double immunofluorescent labeling of microtubule-associated protein 2 and *** injury model of H_(2)O_(2)-induced RGCs oxidative stress was established in *** were pretreated with different concentrations of ET(1,5,and 10μmol/L)for 4h,followed by further exposure to H_(2)O_(2)at 1000μmol/*** counting kit 8 and Annexin V/propidium iodide assays were applied to detect the viabilities and apoptosis rates of the RGCs at 12,24,and 48h after H_(2)O_(2)*** levels of nitric oxide,malondialdehyde,and glutathione in culture media were measured at these time *** reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)and Western blot were performed to observe the effects of ET on the messenger RNA and protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),heme oxygenase 1(HO-1),glutathione peroxidase 1 and the level of conjugated acrolein in RGCs at 12,24,and 48h after H_(2)O_(2)stimulation and in the retina at 12h after optic nerve transection(ONT).RESULTS:The applications of 5 and 10μmol/L of ET significantly increased the viability of *** from qRT-PCR indicated a decrease in the expression of iNOS and an increase in the expressions of Nrf2 and HO-1 in ETpretreated RGCs at 12,24 and 48h after H_(2)O_(2)stimulation,as well as in ET-treated retinas at 12h after *** blot analysis revealed a decrease in the expression of iNOS and levels of conjugated acrolein,along with an increase in the expressions of Nrf2 and HO-1 in ET-pretreated RGCs in vitro and ET-treated retinas in ***:ET is a neuroprotective agent in primary cultured RGCs injured by H_(2)O_(2).The effect of ET is dosedependent with the
