【目的】在基于新闻文本挖掘的开源技术情报监测任务场景下,提出一种结合半监督学习与主动学习的细分领域新闻分类方案。【方法】首先,在新闻文本表示学习的基础上开展K-Means聚类,筛选各类簇中少量代表性样本供人工判定类目,合并调整后作为细分领域类目;其次,利用代表性样本作为训练集,集成多种分类算法训练出初始分类器;最后,结合困惑度和混淆矩阵开展主动学习有针对性地迭代优化初始分类器。【结果】在坦克装甲车领域新闻数据集上进行测试,进行主动学习后取得较好的文本分类结果,正确率、召回率和F1值达到83.68%、83.35%和83.17%,较主动学习前分别提升2.71、2.52和2.81个百分点。【局限】为了减少人工语料标注任务,主动学习环节仅做了两次迭代。【结论】所提方案能够在缺乏语料标注、未预设细分类目的原始状态下,仅利用少量人工参与成本,即可一体化地获得效果较好的细分领域新闻分类器。该方案在实践中具有较高的性价比和良好的领域泛化能力。

目的对军队中医学科科研的发展困局进行深度剖析并展开对策分析,为其科研体系的发展与建设提供理论参考。方法针对目前军队中医学科现状、军队医疗系统改革、军队院校人才培养等因素对军队中医学科科研体系建设的影响展开讨论与对策分析。结果提高军队中医学科科研能力是军队中医学科建设的根本基石,然而目前大部分军队中医学科科研面临着科研条件不理想、科研人才缺乏、科研意识相对薄弱、军队任务繁重等消极影响因素,因此一直处于边缘化的状态,发展较地方中医学科以及军队西医学科均相对滞后,可以采取以军队医疗需求为导向、立足临床发展科研、注重科研团队培养、实施科研激励措施以及寻求多方科研合作等应对方式开展军队中医科研。结论军队中医学科科研目前受到多方面因素的发展制约,可以通过多种应对方式来促进其发展建设。

To understand the mechanical response pattern of the existing structure and ground due to the construction of metro tunnels underneath,the finite difference method is adopted to study the torsional deformation and stress variation of the existing structure and the effect of underground carriageway structures on the surface subsidence.The curves of the maximum differential subsidence,torsion angle,and distortion of the cross-section of the existing structure show two peaks in succession during traversing of two metro tunnels beneath it.The torsion angle of the existing structure changes when the two tunnels traverse beneath it in opposite directions.The first traversing of the shield tunnel mainly induces the magnitude variation in torsional deformation of the existing structure,but the second traversing of the subsurface tunnel may cause a dynamic change in the magnitude and form of torsional deformation in the existing structure.The shielding effect can reduce the surface subsidence caused by metro tunnel excavation to a certain extent,and the development trend of subsidence becomes slower as the excavation continues.

Accurate quantification of dissolved organic nitrogen(DON) has been a challenge due to the cumulative analytical errors in the conventional method via subtracting dissolved inorganic nitrogen species(DIN) from total dissolved nitrogen(TDN). Size exclusion chromatography coupled with an organic nitrogen detector(SEC-OND) has been developed as a direct method for quantification and characterization of DON. However, the applications of SECOND method still subject to poor separations between DON and DIN species and unsatisfied N recoveries of macromolecules. In this study, we packed a series of SEC columns with different lengths and resin materials for separation of different N species and designed an independent vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) oxidation device for complete oxidation converting N species to nitrate. To guarantee sufficient N recoveries, the operation conditions were optimized as oxidation time ≥ 30 min, injection mass(sample concentration × injection volume) < 1000 μL × mg-N/L for macromolecular proteins, and neutral p H mobile eluent. The dissolved O_(2)concentration in SEC mobile phase determined the upper limit of VUV oxidation at a specific oxidation time. Compared to conventional HW50S column(20 × 250 mm),HW40S column(20 × 350 mm) with mobile phase comprising of 1.5 g/L Na2HPO_(4)·2H_(2)O + 2.5g/L KH_(2)PO_(4)(p H = 6.85) could achieve a better separation of DON, nitrite, nitrate, and ammonia. When applied to river water, lake water, wastewater effluent, groundwater, and landfill leachate, the SEC-OND method could quantify DON as well as DIN species accurately and conveniently even the DIN/TDN ratio reached 0.98.

Generally, predicting whether an item will be liked or disliked by active users, and how much an item will be liked, is a main task of collaborative filtering systems or recommender systems. Recently, predicting most likely bought items for a target user, which is a subproblem of the rank problem of collaborative filtering, became an important task in collaborative filtering. Traditionally, the prediction uses the user item co-occurrence data based on users' buying behaviors. However, it is challenging to achieve good prediction performance using traditional methods based on single domain information due to the extreme sparsity of the buying matrix. In this paper, we propose a novel method called the preference transfer model for effective cross-domain collaborative filtering. Based on the preference transfer model, a common basis item-factor matrix and different user-factor matrices are factorized.Each user-factor matrix can be viewed as user preference in terms of browsing behavior or buying behavior. Then,two factor-user matrices can be used to construct a so-called ‘preference dictionary' that can discover in advance the consistent preference of users, from their browsing behaviors to their buying behaviors. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed preference transfer model outperforms the other methods on the Alibaba Tmall data set provided by the Alibaba Group.

Background Moyamoya disease(MMD)is a cerebrovascular disorder characterized by progressive unilateral or bilateral stenosis of the distal internal carotid artery.As hemodynamic features in MMD patients alter,the comorbidity of intracranial aneurysm(IA)is sometimes observed clinically.We aim to investigate clinical characteristics and therapeutic strategies for the comorbidity of Moyamoya disease with intracranial aneurysms(MMD-IA).Methods A total of 13 MMD-IA patients were recruited in this study and were manifested to be intracranial hemorrhage.We reviewed the surgical technique notes for all patients.Results According to the locations of an aneurysm,MMD-IA could be divided into several categories:(1)MMD-IA at a circle of Willis—aneurysms usually located at the trunk of Willis circle;(2)MMD-IA at collateral anastomosis—aneurysms located at the distal end of collateral anastomosis;and(3)MMA-IA at basal ganglia region.In this report,aneurysms in 10 patients located at Willis circle,2 at the pericallosal artery,and 1 at the basal ganglia region.Among them,endovascular embolism was performed among 5 patients.Aneurysm clipping was conducted among 7 patients.A patient with an aneurysm at the basal ganglia region just accepted revascularization treatment.All the treatments were successful.Follow-up studies,ranging from 6 to 24 months,demonstrated all patients received satisfactory curative effects.Conclusion Diverse clinical presentations could be observed among MMD-IA patients.Individualized neurosurgical treatments should be chosen according to the locations of the aneurysm.

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1(PGC-1)family(PGC-1s),consisting of three members encompassing PGC-1a,PGC-1β,and PGC-1-related coactivator(PRC),was discovered more than a quarter-century ago.PGC-1s are essential coordinators of many vital cellular events,including mitochondrial functions,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum homeostasis,and inflammation.Accumulating evidence has shown that PGC-1s are implicated in many diseases,such as cancers,cardiac diseases and cardiovascular diseases,neurological disorders,kidney diseases,motor system diseases,and metabolic disorders.Examining the upstream modulators and co-activated partners of PGC-1s and identifying critical biological events modulated by downstream effectors of PGC-1s contribute to the presentation of the elaborate network of PGC-1s.Furthermore,discussing the correlation between PGC-1s and diseases as well as summarizing the therapy targeting PGC-1s helps make individualized and precise intervention methods.In this review,we summarize basic knowledge regarding the PGC-1s family as well as the molecular regulatory network,discuss the physio-pathological roles of PGc-1s in human diseases,review the application of PGC-1s,including the diagnostic and prognostic value of PGC-1s and several therapies in pre-clinical studies,and suggest several directions for future investigations.This review presents the immense potential of targeting PGC-1s in the treatment of diseases and hopefully facilitates the promotion of PGC-1s as new therapeutic targets.

张相文是中国近代地理学先驱。在时局动荡的清末民初时期,他将家国情怀与学术追求相结合,在不断转换的身份之中谋求地学报国。其地理学家的主要身份与革命家、历史学家、教育家、实业家等多重身份交织在一起。他是“中国地学会”(中国地理学会的前身)的主要创建者和组织者,是中国第一本地理学学术期刊《地学杂志》的主要创办者。他明确提出“秦岭—淮河”南北地理分界线,创编较为完整的地理学教材,积极投身洪水治理、田野考察为主的地理实践,强有力地推动了中国近代地理学的迅速发展。论文通过广泛的资料比对重新归纳提炼了张相文的学术思想、主要活动及其现实意义。包容与专业精神、卓越的组织领导力、积极投身实践与治理、长期的坚守是他能够获得开创性成就的主要原因,也非常值得现今地理学者及团体发展借鉴。
