目的研究阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年12月;015年11月收治的小儿支原体肺炎患者85例,依据随机方法将其分为研究组43例与对照组42例。研究组给予阿奇霉素治疗,对照组给予红霉素治疗。结果研究组总有效率97.67%高于对照组76.19%,其咳嗽改善时间（4.47±1.52）天、发热改善时间（2.32±1.14）天、气喘改善时间（3.22±1.58）天、喘鸣音改善时间（4.27±1.80）天短于对照组（8.31±1.90）天、（4.74±1.36）天、（7.01±2.55）天、（8.23±2.41）天,药后不良反应发生率13.95%低于对照组33.33%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论阿奇霉素在小儿支原体肺炎患者治疗中的应用价值较高,疗效显著,症状改善时间短,不良反应少。

采用菌液注射法,以来源于山东青岛、云南双龙和陕西太白的大白菜根肿病菌为病原菌,对49个抗根肿病大白菜品种进行人工接种抗病性鉴定。结果表明:参试49个大白菜品种对3个地区根肿病菌存在抗性差异,其中32个品种对山东青岛根肿病菌和陕西太白根肿病菌抗性表现基本一致,推测这两地的生理小种一致;云南双龙根肿病菌与山东青岛、陕西太白根肿病菌为明显不同的生理小种,且致病力强、抗源少。

Attosecond soft X-ray pulses are of great importance for the study of ultrafast electronic phenomena.In this paper,a feasible method is proposed to generate isolated fully coherent attosecond soft X-ray free electron laser via optical frequency beating.Two optical lasers with the opposite frequency chirps are used to induce a gradient frequency energy modulation,which helps to generate a gradually varied spacing electron pulse train.Subsequently,the undulator sections with electron beam delay lines are used to amplify the target ultra-short radiation.Numerical start-to-end simulations have been performed and the results demonstrate that an isolated soft X-ray pulse with the peak power of 330 GW and pulse duration of 620 as can be achieved by the proposed technique.

The temperature-dependent absorption coefficient and thermal conductivity of a quartz window are obtained through experimental tests at a wide range of temperatures.A Fourier transform infrared spectrometer with a heated cavity is used for performing the transmittance measurements.The spectral absorption coefficient of the quartz window is inverted by the transmittance information at different temperatures using a genetic algorithm.Then,a quartz window-graphite plate-quartz window multilayer structure is designed,and the transient response of the structure subjected to high-temperature heating is recorded by a self-designed setup.Cooperating with the above absorption coefficient,a non-gray radiative-conductive heat transfer model is built for the multilayer structure,and the intrinsic thermal conductivity of the quartz window is identified.Finally,the effects of the temperature-dependent absorption coefficient and spectral selective features of the medium on the heat transfer characteristics are discussed.The results show that the absorption coefficient gradually increases with temperature.The intrinsic thermal conductivity of the quartz window varies from 1.35 to 2.52 W/(m·K)as the temperature rises,while the effective thermal conductivity is higher than the intrinsic thermal conductivity due to thermal radiation,specifically 26.4%higher at 1100 K.In addition,it is found that the influence of the temperature-dependent absorption coefficient on temperature of unheated side shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.When the absorption coefficient varies greatly with wavelength,a non-gray radiative-conductive heat transfer model should be built for the semitransparent materials.

The existing full-span models of the tiltrotor aircraft adopted the rigid blade model without considering the coupling relationship among the elastic blade, wing and fuselage. To overcome the limitations of the existing full-span models and improve the precision of aeroelastic analysis of tiltrotor aircraft in forward flight, the aeroelastic stability analysis model of full-span tiltrotor aircraft in forward flight has been presented in this paper by considering the coupling among elastic blade, wing, fuselage and various components. The analytical model is validated by comparing with the calculation results and experimental data in the existing references. The influence of some structural parameters, such as the fuselage degrees of freedom, relative displacement between the hub center and the gravity center, and nacelle length, on the system stability is also investigated. The results show that the fuselage degrees of freedom decrease the critical stability velocity of tiltrotor aircraft, and the variation of the structural parameters has great influence on the system stability,and the instability form of system can change between the anti-symmetric and symmetric wing motions of vertical and chordwise bending.

A mixed graph G^(-) is obtained by orienting some edges of G, where G is the underlying graph of G^(-) . The positive inertia index, denoted by p~+( G), and the negative inertia index, denoted by n~-(G^(-) ), of a mixed graph G^(-) are the integers specifying the numbers of positive and negative eigenvalues of the Hermitian adjacent matrix of G^(-) , respectively. In this paper, the positive and negative inertia indices of the mixed unicyclic graphs are studied. Moreover, the upper and lower bounds of the positive and negative inertia indices of the mixed graphs are investigated, and the mixed graphs which attain the upper and lower bounds are characterized respectively.

To improve methane production from sewage sludge(SS),co-digestion of SS and microalgae(MA)was studied and the application of thermo-alkaline pretreatment to MA was evaluated.The results showed that thermo-alkaline pretreatment at 90℃ for 120 min on MA was the optimum pretreatment condition.Furthermore,when the volatile solids(VS)ratio of SS and MA was 1:2,the methane yield reached maximum(368.94 mL/g VS).Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis confirmed the synergetic effects of thermoalkaline pretreated MA on its co-digestion with SS.The analyses of microbial community indicated that Methanobacterium and Methanosarcina were the dominant methanogens during the co-digestion process.However,the relative abundance of Methanosarcina in thermoalkaline pretreated groups was higher compared to unpretreated groups.The microbial community structure might be affected by thermo-alkaline pretreatment rather than by the MA dosage in the co-digestion.

Dear Editor,This work investigates the issue of facial cartoonlization under the condition of lacking training data.We propose a domain-guided model(DGM)to realize facial cartoonlization for different kinds of faces.It includes two parts:1)a domain-guided model that contains four different interface networks and can embed an image from a facial domain to a cartoon domain independently;and 2)a one-to-one tutoring strategy that uses a sub-model as a teacher to train other interface networks and can yield fine-grained cartoon faces.
