The effect of the combination of acupuncture and kinesiotherapy on upper cross syndrome based on mechanical balance principle:A randomized clinical trial

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combined acupuncture and kinesiotherapy on upper cross syndrome(UCS) by a parallel randomized clinical ***:A total of 45 patients with UCS were recruited from the outpatients of AcupunctureMoxibustion,Tuina and Rehabilitation Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,the students of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine and the patients from the nearby communities in accordance with the inclusion *** the random number table method,they were divided into a combined treatment group(acupuncture plus kinesiotherapy,23 cases) and a simple kinesiotherapy group(22 patients).Treatment for 4 weeks was one course,and two consecutive courses were *** visual analog scale(VAS) score,the score of the assessment scale for cervical spondylosis,the value of surface electromyography(root mean square,RMS),and the cervical curvature value were used in the *** allocation scheme was concealed from the outcome ***:The data from 23 cases of the combined treatment group and 22 cases of the simple kinesiotherapy group were *** treatment,the differences were not statistically significant in the general conditions,VAS score,assessment score of cervical spondylosis,cervical curvature value,and RMS in UCS patients between the two groups(all P> 0.05).After treatment,the VAS score was reduced compared with that before treatment in both groups(all P <0.05).In two courses of treatment,the VAS score decreased as compared with that in one course of treatment in both groups(both P <0.05),and the VAS score in the combined treatment group decreased more obviously after each course of treatment(both P <0.05).The RMS decreased compared with that before treatment in each group(both P <0.05),and the decrease in the combined treatment group was more obvious(P <0.05).After treatment of each course,the assessment score was all increased as compared with that bef

70CaF_2-30Al_2O_3渣系重熔参数控制对电渣锭下部表面质量的影响

根据双臂电渣炉冶炼的521钢（/％：0.37 ～0.45C,0.80～1.15Si,4.50～ 5.30Cr,1.20 ～ 1.40Mo,0.85 ～ 1.10V）和GCr15钢（/％：0.97C,1.57Cr）电渣锭下部出现的表面缺陷,统计分析了70CaF2-30Al2O3二元渣量、下部冶炼电压和电流以及重熔时间对2.5～5 t电渣锭表面质量的影响.结果表明,控制重熔时间（重熔速率）对电渣锭的表面质量有较大影响：5 t 521钢锭渣量200 kg,钢锭下部重熔电压55 V,电流15 500 ～ 16 800 A,总重熔时间为434 ～489 min时,钢锭表面光滑,总重熔时间500 min时,电渣锭下部有厚15 mm的渣疤;2.5 t GCr15钢锭渣量120 kg,下部重熔电压43 ～44 V,电流13500 ～14000 A,总重熔时间316 ～359m in,钢锭表面光滑,总重熔时间380 min,电渣锭下部有7 mm深渣沟和夹渣.

基于规划求解的组合预测模型在道路客运量预测中的应用

为更好地对道路客运量未来发展趋势进行预测,建立更加精确的预测模型,在分析主要预测方法的基础上,提出一种基于规划求解的组合预测模型。基于灰色模型、一元回归和指数平滑三种预测方法,建立了以历年预测值加权之和与实际值的差值的绝对值之和最小为目标函数,以权重系数非负和权重系数之和为1的规划求解模型。在权重计算过程中,目标函数值随着迭代次数的增加逐渐减少,通过对目标函数值的变化值进行观测,当目标函数的变化值出现拐点时,定义了组合权重迭代次数的确定方法。选取更具有代表意义的"百城百站"旅客发送量为基础数据,建立了道路旅客运输客运量组合预测模型。在规划求解过程中利用Excel中的"规划求解"功能。试验结果表明:随着迭代次数的增加,目标函数变化值逐渐减小,当迭代次数为7时,目标函数变化值出现拐点,以此确定了迭代次数;传统3种预测方法的绝对误差分别是1.26,0.48和2.98,基于规划求解的组合预测模型的绝对误差是0.12,预测精度更高、误差更小,并且该组合预测模型操作方便,可减少单个模型预测的不确定性,可根据上述模型对未来道路旅客发送量进行预测。

First wetland mapping at 10-m spatial resolution in South America using multi-source and multi-feature remote sensing data

Wetland degradation has been accelerating in recent years globally. Accurate information on the geographic distribution and categories of wetlands is essential for their conservation and management. Despite being the world′s fourth largest continent, South America has limited research on wetland mapping, and there is currently no available map that provides comprehensive information on wetland distribution and categories in the region. To address this issue, we used Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2 and SRTM data, developed a sample collection method and a wetland mapping method with a collection of multi-source features such as optical features, polarization features and shape features for South American wetlands. We produced a 10-m resolution wetland map based on the Google Earth Engine（GEE） platform. Our Level-1 wetland cover map accurately captured six wetland sub-categories with an overall accuracy of 96.24% and a kappa coefficient of 0.8649, while our Level-2 water cover map included five sub-categories with an overall accuracy of 97.23% and a kappa coefficient of0.9368. The results show that the total area of existing wetlands in South America is approximately 1,737,000 km2, which is6.8% of the total land area. Among the ten wetland categories, shallow sea had the largest area（960,527.4 km2）, while aquaculture ponds had the smallest area 1513.6 km2. Swamp had the second largest area（306,240.1 km2）. Brazil, Argentina,Venezuela, Bolivia, and Colombia were found to have the largest wetland areas, with Brazil and Colombia having the most diverse wetland categories. This product can serve as baseline data for subsequent monitoring, management, and conservation of South American wetlands.

Background:Vessels with different microcirculation patterns are required for glioblastoma(GBM)***,details of the microcirculation patterns in GBM remain ***,we examined the microcirculation patterns of GBM and analyzed their roles in patient prognosis together with two well-known GMB prognosis factors(O^(6)-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase[MGMT]promoter methylation status and isocitrate dehydrogenase[IDH]mutations).Methods:Eighty GBM clinical specimens were collected from patients diagnosed between January 2000 and December *** microcirculation patterns,including endothelium-dependent vessels(EDVs),extracellular matrix-dependent vessels(ECMDVs),GBM cell-derived vessels(GDVs),and mosaic vessels(MVs),were evaluated by immunohistochemistry(IHC)and immunofluorescence(IF)staining in both GBM clinical specimens and xenograft *** density assessments and three-dimensional reconstruction were *** promoter methylation status was determined by methylation-specific PCR,and IDH1/2 mutations were detected by Sanger *** relationship between the microcirculation patterns and patient prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier ***:All 4 microcirculation patterns were observed in both GBM clinical specimens and xenograft *** were detected in all tissue samples,while the other three patterns were observed in a small number of tissue samples(ECMDVs in 27.5%,GDVs in 43.8%,and MVs in 52.5%tissue samples).GDV-positive patients had a median survival of 9.56 months versus 13.60 months for GDV-negative patients(P=0.015).In MGMT promoter-methylated cohort,GDV-positive patients had a median survival of 6.76 months versus 14.23 months for GDV-negative patients(P=0.022).Conclusion:GDVs might be a negative predictor for the survival of GBM patients,even in those with MGMT promoter methylation.

为探讨八角植物粉体在造纸法再造烟叶产品中的应用效果,研究采用超微粉体加工工艺技术,制备出八角植物粉体,并将粉体直接添加应用于再造烟叶产品中。通过对产品造碎率、内在感官质量、化学和致香成分的评测分析,研究论证八角植物粉体对造纸法再造烟叶产品品质性能的影响。结果表明:八角植物粉体目数越高,应用于造纸法再造烟叶中的造碎率越低,八角粉体中特有的辛香、辛甜等香气成分能有效改善再造烟叶的抽吸品质,并具有降低刺激、改善口感和调节烟气状态的作用;八角植物粉体添加过多或过少均不利于产品内在感官品质表现,添加比例为5%、目数600目时,添加后的再造烟叶产品复合辛香香气特征表现较好;此研究为八角植物粉体在造纸法再造烟叶中的应用研究作了进一步扩展,对赋予造纸法再造烟叶复合辛香香吃味特征的应用研究提供了理论依据。

Anti -proliferative Activity of Methanol Extract from Bark of Juglans mandshurica in Gastric Cancer SGC- 7901 cells

Objective To investigate the anti-proliferation effect of methanol extract from bark of Juglans mandshurica(EMBJM) on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods SGC-7901 cells in culture medium in vitro were treated with different concentrations of *** cytotoxic effect of EMBJM on the SGC-7901 cells was by MTT assay;DNA content and cell cycle were detected by flow cytometry(FCM),and the activity of Caspase-3 was determined with microplate reader. Results EMBJM treatment exhibited a marked inhibition on the survival of SGC-7901 cells in time-and dose-dependent manners;compared with control group,the G2 group was significantly decreased in EMBJM treatment *** could induce cell cycle arrest at G1 and S phase in SGC-7901 cells in a dose-dependent manner;after exposure to various concentrations of EMBJM,the activity of Caspase-3 was significantly higher than control group. Conclusion EMBJM can effectively inhibit proliferation in SGC-7901 cells via cell cycle arrest and apoptosis induction.

mIL-2R,T cell subsets & hepatitis C

AIM: To study the levels of membrane interleukin-2 receptor (mIL-2R) and T cell subsets in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) from patients with hepatitis C and their role in the pathogenesis of hepatitis C. METHODS: The levels of mIL-2R and T cells subsets in PBMC were detected by biotin- streptatividin (BSA) technique before and after stimulation with PHA in 203 patients with hepatitis C with HCV-RNA(+), anti-HCV(+), anti-HCV(-). RESULTS: The total expressive levels of mIL-2R before and after stimulation with PHA(0.03+/-0.01, 0.03+/-0.02, 0.04+/-0.02, 0.36+/-0.03), and T cell subsets in PBMC (0.62+/-0.06, 0.37+/-0.05, 0.35+/-0.07) were all lower in patients with hepatitis C than those in normal controls (0.66+/-0.07, 0.41+/-0.06, 0.31+/-0.05, P0.05). The levels of CD(3)(+), CD(4)(+), CD(4)(+)/CD(8)(+) were lower and CD(8)(+) was higher in patients with acute and chronic hepatitis C with anti-HCV(+) than those in normal controls (0.62+/-0.06, 0.37+/-0.05, 0.35+/-0.07, 1.18+/-0.30, 0.61+/-0.07, 0.37+/-0.05, 1.39+/-0.33, 0.31+/-0.05, P<0.05-P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The cellular immunity is obviously changed in patients with hepatitis C. The levels of mIL-2R and activation of T cells are closely associated with chronicity of hepatitis C.
