A hybrid WUDT-NAFnet for simultaneous source data deblending

Simultaneous source technology, which reduces seismic survey time and improves the quality of seismic data by firing more than one source with a narrow time interval, is compromised by the massive blended interference. Therefore, deblending algorithms have been developed to separate this interference.Recently, deep learning(DL) has been proved its great potential in suppressing the interference. The most popular DL method employs neural network as a filter to attenuate the blended noise in an iterative estimation and subtraction framework(IESF). However, there are still amplitude distortion and blended noise residual problems, especially when dealing with weak signal submerged in strong interference. To address these problems, we propose a hybrid WUDT-NAFnet, which contains two sub-networks. The first network is a wavelet based U-shape deblending transformer network(WUDTnet), incorporated into IESF as a robust regularization term to iteratively separate the blended interference. The second network is a nonlinear activate free network(NAFnet) designed to recover the event amplitude and further suppress the weak noise residual in IESF. With the hybrid network, the blended noise can be separated purposefully and accurately. Examples using synthetic and field seismic data demonstrate that the WUDTNAFnet outperforms traditional curvelet transform(CT) based method and the deblending transformer(DT) model in terms of deblending. Additionally, for field applications, the data augmentation method of bicubic interpolation is applied to mitigate the feature difference between synthetic and field data.Consequently, the trained network exhibits strong signal preservation ability in numerical field example without requiring additional training.

Molecules with long preserved magnetic moments are perceived as the smallest units for storing bytes,which could bring a new revolution for information technology.However,the rational design of such molecules remains challenging.Here two rigid adamantanol ligand based dysprosium(III)complexes([Dy(1-AdO)_(2)(py)_(5)]BPh_(4)-1 and[Dy(2-AdO)_(2)(py)_(5)]BPh_(4)-2)with pentagonal-bipyramidal coordination geometry and local D5h symmetry were successfully prepared,which display excellent single-molecule magnet(SMM)behavior(U_(eff)≈1835 K,T_(B)_(ZFC)≈24 K,T_(B)^(100s)≈17 K and T_(B)^(H)=23 K for 1;U_(eff)≈1756 K,T_(B)^(ZFC)≈20 K,T_(B)^(100s)≈16 K and T_(B)^(H)=23 K for 2)due to the much weakened vibration in low energy regimes.Remarkably,the large energy barriers and high blocking temperatures for these two complexes in solid states are well preserved in solution.This is never observed in previous studies of SMMs,indicating that the adamantanol is rigid and can be introduced to make the composed molecules stable enough to maintain the solid state magnetic property in solution.

阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗胃溃疡的疗效分析

目的:探究应用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年7月贵州省盘州市第二人民医院收治的93例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组。参照组(n=46)采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗,试验组(n=47)采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合呋喃唑酮治疗。比较两组患者临床症状改善时间、炎性因子水平、溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及临床疗效。结果:试验组上腹疼痛、反酸、腹胀、嗳气等临床症状改善时间均短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组超敏C反应蛋白及白细胞介素-6水平低于参照组,白细胞介素-2水平高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组溃疡愈合率、Hp根除率及治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑及呋喃唑酮联合治疗胃溃疡疗效显著,能快速改善患者临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,提高溃疡愈合率及Hp根除率。

基于层次任务分析法的水域救援设备设计研究

目的现有水上救援设备无法进行多种方式救援,在功能和形式设计上存在不足,且现有的研究对于水域救援设备的评价体系并不完整。方法为实现水上救援方式多元化,完善水域救援设备的设计评价体系,提出将层次任务分析法(HTA)、层次分析法(AHP)、熵权法和PUGH决策模型融合运用在城市水域救援设备设计中。采用HTA对水域救援任务流程进行层次分解和分析,识别任务需求指标,完善水域救援设备设计评价指标体系;应用AHP方法对任务需求指标进行主观权重分析,通过熵权法对指标进行客观权重分析,最终计算综合权重,确定设计方案;利用PUGH模型对设计方案与现有救援设备进行对比评估,评价设计方案的优劣。结果基于HTA方法能够全面分析水域救援任务需求,联合应用AHP和熵权法,能够系统化综合计算指标的权重,更全面地考虑各指标的重要性,结合PUGH模型对比评估,能够有效比较设计方案的优劣。结论为城市水域救援设备的设计提供了一种新的方法,具有较高的实用性和可行性。

巴基斯坦某水电站为长隧洞引水式电站,发电水头为685 m。隧洞外侧山体为海砂沉积型的土质结构,富水量高。压力钢管材质为Q460C高强钢,灌浆孔多,堵头回装后,其周边的密封性焊接出现较大的焊接应力,并在渗水的情况下,容易产生微裂纹,在外水的压力下,裂纹处出现渗漏滴水甚至喷水的现象。本文基于产生裂纹并无法再进行无暇性返工修复的前提下,由设计院、咨询工程师和施工单位作出的让步处理方案,可操作性强,处理后能较好的解决渗漏困扰,并且不影响洞内水流状态及水头损失等。

Sterol carrier protein 2: A promising target in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis

Atherosclerosis, the underlying pathophysiological basis of cardiovascular disease, has been recognized as a lipid-driven chronic inflammatory disease. Sterol carrier protein 2 (SCP-2) is a 13-kDa non-specific lipid-transfer protein expressed by various tissues and cells, such as liver, heart, vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs), and macrophages. SCP-2 has an extensive role in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Recently, SCP-2 was reported to promote the development of atherosclerosis by regulating lipid metabolism and peroxidation, endocannabinoid metabolism, vascular inflammation, and fatty acid metabolism. In this review, we summarized the recent advances regarding the role of SCP-2 in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and tried to provide a rationale for future investigation and a better understanding of the biological functions of SCP-2 in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.

Micro-scratch behavior of WC particle-reinforced copper matrix composites

The WC particle-reinforced copper matrix composites with WC content in the range of 5 vol%-30 vol%were prepared and investigated by micro-scratch tests under the loads of 1-4 N.The influences of normal load and WC content on friction coefficient and wear volume of the composites were studied.The hardness and scratch resistance of the composites are greatly improved by the addition of WC.The penetrate depth and residual depth increase near-linearly with normal load increasing and decrease with WC content increasing,and the friction coefficient of the composites also shows the same variation trend.The valid material removal mechanism is found to transform from micro-plowing to micro-cutting as the normal load increases.

Background:Vessels with different microcirculation patterns are required for glioblastoma(GBM)growth.However,details of the microcirculation patterns in GBM remain unclear.Here,we examined the microcirculation patterns of GBM and analyzed their roles in patient prognosis together with two well-known GMB prognosis factors(O^(6)-methylguanine DNA methyltransferase[MGMT]promoter methylation status and isocitrate dehydrogenase[IDH]mutations).Methods:Eighty GBM clinical specimens were collected from patients diagnosed between January 2000 and December 2012.The microcirculation patterns,including endothelium-dependent vessels(EDVs),extracellular matrix-dependent vessels(ECMDVs),GBM cell-derived vessels(GDVs),and mosaic vessels(MVs),were evaluated by immunohistochemistry(IHC)and immunofluorescence(IF)staining in both GBM clinical specimens and xenograft tissues.Vascular density assessments and three-dimensional reconstruction were performed.MGMT promoter methylation status was determined by methylation-specific PCR,and IDH1/2 mutations were detected by Sanger sequencing.The relationship between the microcirculation patterns and patient prognosis was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method.Results:All 4 microcirculation patterns were observed in both GBM clinical specimens and xenograft tissues.EDVs were detected in all tissue samples,while the other three patterns were observed in a small number of tissue samples(ECMDVs in 27.5%,GDVs in 43.8%,and MVs in 52.5%tissue samples).GDV-positive patients had a median survival of 9.56 months versus 13.60 months for GDV-negative patients(P=0.015).In MGMT promoter-methylated cohort,GDV-positive patients had a median survival of 6.76 months versus 14.23 months for GDV-negative patients(P=0.022).Conclusion:GDVs might be a negative predictor for the survival of GBM patients,even in those with MGMT promoter methylation.
